24/05/2025: A nightmare restaurant if you can call it that, the fish is absolutely to be avoided and the quality of the food is terrible. I pointed it out to the owners but evidently it is so frequent that they don't care.

15/05/2025: Delicious takeaway pizza! You can take a whole one, or you can take a slice. The slices are large, we took a Margherita, as for a pericuse, it's okay. The dough is crunchy, but I even liked it. Friendly salesmen, everything is fine.

07/05/2025: Average pizza place nothing special besides the fact they are always open super late and most other places in the area will be closed after 10:30-11.

24/05/2025: Perfetto.... the ingredients the flavor perfection. The staff excellent. The outdoor and indoor seating are both exceptional. Real italiano establishment.

16/04/2025: waited until someone sat us. Unfortunately our experience got worse. Our waitress was screaming from the dining room to the kitchen the entire time, at times it was in my face. She had little care to our food allergies but we were still able to find a meal that would accommodate for the allergies. We ordered the grilled eel, it was 80% skin and like rubber. My wrist hurt trying to cut it for so long. Upon trying to get the waitress's attention, she responded saying "quickly" waving her hands at us as though she didn't have the time of day to attend to us. She didn't come over to the table to look at the food just said that was how it was prepared and walked away. We wanted to order something else, and still pay for the first meal, just wanted something that wasn't rubber, but she rushed away before we could ask. I have never experienced anything like this rude and abrupt service. We respectfully paid the bill while our waitress was shouting in our faces to other tables and the kitchen.

30/08/2024: Food was really ok, nothing special but really good. Prices are ridiculous, but you think you're on vacation 😉but the service 🤦‍♀️so kind of listless, zero interest, almost unfriendly, not a nice word, nothing 🙈the ​​lady has the wrong job. We definitely won't be going there again. Too expensive, too unfriendly and, oh yes, it's rather uncomfortable to sit on.

05/05/2025: Tuvimos unas pizzas muy buenas aquí después de volver de un viaje en barco a Murano y Burano. Buen precio y personal amable. Zona tranquila a cierta distancia de las zonas más turísticas - unos 15 - 20 minutos a pie de San Marco.

06/04/2025: It's the fourth/fifth time I've ordered a tuna and onion and the tuna is finished. I can understand if it happens once or twice, but that's too much. Tonight for the umpteenth time I ordered it but to no avail. I change the pizza for a provola and speck and I find myself under the speck (therefore hidden) some porcini mushrooms that were not requested and above all not listed on the menu, but I'm not saying 1-2, at least a dozen. My mother is extremely allergic to mushrooms, what would have happened to her if she had tasted contaminated speck? Certainly nothing reassuring. I'm sorry to leave negative reviews for places that I frequent often and that I appreciated quite a bit in the past, but that's the limit. As for the tuna, it can be preserved perfectly, enough to offer it like all the other pizzerias, also considering that pizza in itself is not even such an "exotic" choice that it is necessary to consider the possibility of a shortage. And most importantly, I want to underline the seriousness of having received an unsolicited/marked ingredient on the plate in the presence of a highly allergic customer. It is a serious issue and greater attention must be paid when ordering.

08/09/2024: Very sad. Years ago this was the best pizza in Eraclea Mare. The opening hours do not correspond to reality. I specifically asked if it was open on Sunday and when I found myself in front of the door on Sunday (8 September) she told me in an unfriendly way: No, we don't open. Even though both the cashier's wife and the pizza chef were there.

25/04/2025: Booked at 7pm for 9pm Pizzas arrived at 9.30pm. Wrong pizzas 2 out of 8. After calling both mobile and landline, no answer. Embarrassing. Never again.

06/06/2025: A solid tourist spot. Nice, quick, and friendly service. The pizza and chicken dish were really good, the salad was fresh and tasty. Everything was excellent, please keep it up. Went back again and had another great pizzeria. The bottle of Merlot went perfectly with it.

30/05/2025: We had three Pizza one Pasta and Scampi. The Pizza was either burned, raw, runny and tough to cut. The Scampi were burned. The pasta was ok. The price is scarry for the quality, 16€ for a Pizza that is not tasty.

07/12/2024: Terrible delivery service, I called at 6.30pm to get the pizzas for 7pm at home, they arrived after 8pm after calling several times, I made a terrible impression on the people I had for dinner

07/12/2024: I had guests for dinner and I really wanted pizza, damn that time I decided to call Pizzalonga and take advantage of their home delivery "service". A lady answered the phone to take the order. At this point, all happy and hungry, I start waiting for my pizzas but unfortunately these will not arrive within 15 minutes as said by the lady on the phone (hide it from her, for her the phone is self-sabotage) but rather after 1 hour. Having understood absolutely nothing, the lady sent the delivery man around the metropolis of Scorzè with my pizzas, which had now become cold... I called on the phone, a girl answered and told me that the delivery man had gone back because he couldn't find the address (obviously you can't find it if it doesn't exist) and that therefore they were redoing my pizzas. I swear and wait again and again and again. Finally the doorbell rings...it was HIM with my pizzas, paid at full price. I swear again and call Pizzalonga complaining about the FULL price, the lady replies that in reality they had taken away the price of delivery (thank you so much, I love you). Moral of the story, if you want pizza, eat plain pasta, which is even better!!!!! good evening to everyone except Pizzalonga and the lady who answered the phone
