20/02/2026: If you're in Venice and want a memorable dining experience, La Rivetta is an excellent choice. Located in the city's picturesque streets, this restaurant combines authentic Venetian atmosphere with well-executed traditional dishes and friendly, attentive service. We'll be back.

06/01/2026: We had a reservation at this restaurant for New Year's Eve. However, upon arrival, we were not shown to our reserved table; instead, we were given a random, available table without regard for our reservation. When ordering, we were informed that a minimum of two dishes per person was mandatory. We accepted this and then began to wait. After 60 minutes, only an appetizer plate was served. After a total of 90 minutes of waiting, and despite several requests, our food still hadn't arrived, even though we had only ordered spaghetti. The restaurant wasn't even particularly busy at the time, so this long wait is completely incomprehensible to us. The service staff also seemed unprofessional, consistently avoiding eye contact and barely responding to our inquiries. Finally, we realized that our plans would be completely disrupted by the long wait. We informed them that we would leave if the food didn't arrive within two minutes. Since nothing was served, we got up and left. Finally, we realized that our plans would be completely disrupted by the long wait. When it became clear that we were actually going to leave the restaurant, the staff became very pushy and at times aggressive, which we found extremely unpleasant. In the end, they wanted us to pay €61 for just a glass of wine. To end the situation quickly, we paid; however, we received neither a comprehensible explanation nor a discount. After this experience, I now understand why the Google reviews are so low. Unfortunately, I shouldn't have ignored them.

31/12/2025: The food is really not good, frozen and undercooked. We were very disappointed with the New Year's Day meal, which included inedible shellfish. The service is very slow, forcing you to order at least two courses to be served (the restaurant wasn't very full...). In short! If you're a traditionalist, don't go; you'll be disappointed by what I consider to be the best Italian cuisine 🫣 (which I absolutely love). Summary: 🤮

06/10/2025: Unfriendly staff. Absolute disregard for new guests. Even though only 2 tables were occupied, none of the 5-6 waiters who walked past our table even noticed us for 20 minutes. And then hostile communication like "why are you bothering us", so we changed restaurants, where the staff greeted us at the door, seated us and in 20 minutes we were all eating. And we had good experiences in other restaurants nearby. If you want to eat well without nervousness, avoid this one.

02/09/2025: In my opinion, the best restaurant in Altanea. A very nice restaurant. The food is very good. The music is very pleasantly loud. Unfortunately, it hasn't been the same at other restaurants here. The prices are very reasonable. The menus are also brought to the table at the same time. The three ladies serving are calm and have everything under control. We'll be happy to come back 👍

08/02/2026: I was passing through Scorzè and stopped for a Margherita pizza, hoping for quality ingredients and a delicious "da Pino" pizza... unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment, and the service and friendliness weren't exactly top-notch. A place I really wouldn't recommend.

30/10/2025: Cover charge for two people was €10 euro. Very expensive as we only had one drink each.

28/10/2025: The food was fine but not good enough for the price. The fried calamari was soggy and the salmon lacked any flavor. The service was horrible. Our first waiter clearly did not want to be there, and our second waiter was incredibly sexist. My aunt asked for the check, he did not bring it to her, then my dad asked for the check and he brought it to him but my aunt had the credit card in her hand and still refused to give her the check. Then, my aunt finally handed my dad HER card, he tapped it, and the waiter said “thank you sir.” Terrible food. Even worse service.

08/03/2026: We booked at 12:45 and ordered shortly after. The first courses arrived at 2:20, just as we were about to get up and leave. The food was acceptable, but definitely not worth the wait.

08/03/2026: Terrible. After an hour only the bottle of water arrived. We left the restaurant without having lunch.

26/10/2025: Two of us went and spent €150 for food that, in my opinion, wasn't even half the price. So, I'm not complaining about the high bill, but about the quality/price ratio of the food I ate. So, you have two options: either improve the quality of the food you serve, or drastically lower the prices! Otherwise, I think you can always close down...

11/10/2025: I'm a little resentful Because after three years of going every two or three weeks, always during the week, not on busy days. Last week, we asked if we could bring our small, very calm dog, and they told me to leave him outside the restaurant. (I would have left him outside on a leash.) The thing that bothered me was that during the summer, we saw dogs inside the restaurant, even right next to our table. The staff was unfriendly, except for one middle-aged waiter who was a bit of a joker.

27/02/2026: Just because it can't be done, More than 30 minutes late, I'm still waiting, the order was supposed to arrive at 1:40 PM. I called three times and on the third time I asked for a discount on the order given the huge delay and was told "No discount, do you want it at 2:45 PM, yes?" Shame on you.

19/02/2026: It's done extremely slowly; they don't do what's done first, they do what's done later.
