26/07/2024: Stumbled across this while lost in the streets of Venice. I had the seafood soup and my partner the fish & chips. Both were excellent and great for a lighter lunch. The food I saw coming out all looked delicious although the pasta wasn’t huge serves. A pleasant surprise!

18/07/2024: I tried to avoid this post. And I asked to speak to manager while i was in today for clarity. But the waiter did not help me out. And i tried to send and email and it does not work. But……I noticed two waiters watching security cameras….while young ladies where in the bathroom. I found it very odd. As a mom and women, i became curious as to what i was seeing. Then i noticed what looks like cameras in the women's bathroom ONLY. Photo attached. Happy to take this down once clarity is given. Never been more AWARE of something off in a bathroom.

19/07/2024: Mangio qui quasi tutti i giorni, essendo un ristorante vicino al mio ufficio. Questo è un locale dove si mangia bene ad un prezzo più che onesto. In più il servizio è sempre veloce, cortese e disponibile a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Infatti è sempre pieno di lavoratori e locali, ma vedo anche che i tanti turisti che arrivano, escono soddisfatti. Magari fossero tutti così i locali veneziani...

27/06/2024: Makarnalar ve Balıklar çok iyidi. Özellikle Mürekkep balıklı pestoyu deneyin. Limoncelloyu kesinlikle deneyin…..

01/07/2024: Recommended by Google reviews, me and my partner were not disappointed... The pizzas are fresh, well garnished and incomparable to what we do in other countries. Dry risotto is also refined and delicious. And to finish the tiramisu is a delight, we would like to have more as much as we want

03/08/2024: Found by chance after walking down by the canal. Food here was delicious along with extensive wine list. We sat inside with it being so hot, but was an option to be seated outside overlooking the grand canal. I highly recommend the Beef Carpaccio to start, this was fantastic. Had an excellent pasta dish as main.

26/08/2024: Fantastic restaurant ⭐️ Ate very well with a quiet and pleasant environment. The tuna tartare with stracciatella and passion fruit was very very good!! The fish was delicate and very fresh! Excellent fried prawns, not greasy, crunchy and plentiful. Friendly and helpful staff. Very satisfied with this dinner 😌☺️

15/08/2024: Frequento questo locale da sempre, ma il cambio di gestione a partire da quest'anno lo ha notevolmente penalizzato. Non ho assaggiato le pizze, ma la cucina non è assolutamente all'altezza della precedente gestione. Il menu è scarno e i piatti non particolarmente curati. Dolci della grande distribuzione allo stesso prezzo di dessert di pasticceria serviti ancora congelati. Servizio inesistente. Non credo ci tornerò, peccato.

15/08/2024: 2 ore per essere serviti abbiamo iniziato a mangiare alle 22.00 arrivati alle 20.30 Le bevande diventate calde non ce le hanno cambiate Servizio pessimo

21/04/2024: Unfortunately, trying so hard to taste a pan pizza doesn't always pay off. Fast, even if not very punctual, to be honest there was no staff. The pizza, cooked on trays that have seen better weather, did not meet expectations. The question remains whether to give another opportunity.

16/08/2024: Until 2023 the "ASTRO" restaurant was managed by Piero and his family with a good standard and a wide variety of excellent fish dishes, and pizzeria service. An activity with a long tradition and mainly managed by the family that owns the business, with friendly and always efficient and helpful staff. Prices were in line with those charged in the area. With the end of 2023 the activity in this location ended but with the intention of reopening elsewhere. (3 July 2024) The "Astro - da Piero" management has reopened in the premises of the former "Marchesin" restaurant, near the dock, with the historic name "The Ships - da Piero". At the Astro there has been renovation work on the premises and it has reopened under new management which I have not frequented and therefore I cannot comment on it at the moment.

11/08/2024: Unfortunately the restaurant has changed owners. It used to be very rustic here and you could eat well and for reasonable prices. That's not the case anymore. Ambience 0, but there is no air conditioning. You melt away... The waiters leave you standing at the door for ages and are generally not particularly friendly. The order was taken quite quickly. Carbonara (15€) and chicken with fried potatoes (~12€) and a pizza. After about 30 minutes of sweating, the first two dishes arrived. Carbonara was unusually yellow - yes, there is egg yolk in it but not a whole box of it. Upon request there was parmesan. In fact, spaghetti never only tasted like egg yolk, adding a bit of parmesan at the table added a bit of spice. Pepper was also in short supply in the dish. Ham was ok The other plate wasn't appealing either, but tasted ok. After the pizza still didn't come, we wanted to pay. At the counter they wanted to charge for the pizza, even though it never came... We noticed that others also complained to the waiters because dishes were not brought. One couple said they waited 2 hours for the pizza. They left too. So what can you say... expensive, unfriendly staff, restaurant furnished coldly and not refrigerated, dishes average to poor or not served at all. On a side note: after we saw the pizzas at the other tables, we weren't so sad that we couldn't try them...

27/07/2024: Mi spiace dover lasciare questa recensione visto che ci sono stata anche negli anni precedenti e mi ero trovata bene, ma lo spaghetto allo scoglio di oggi a pranzo era totalmente diverso e i sapori dei frutti di mare erano inesistenti, ovvero una semplice pasta al pomodoro dal sapore insipido, deludente su un posto di mare visto che un piatto del genere dovrebbe essere un piatto di base saporito.

26/07/2024: Moc mě mrzí, že jsme do téhle restaurace šli až předposlední den..Poslední večer jsme se tam totiž s radostí vrátili znovu!! Jídlo bylo výborné a prostředí skvělé.. Co je na téhle restauraci ale úplně to nejlepší, je obsluha!!!♥️ Vy vlastně jen spokojeně sedíte, jíte a výborně se bavíte..To jak se obsluha chová k dětem je prostě úžasné!!

25/06/2024: So, let me start by saying that I have been ordering from them for a long time. Unfortunately they have lost the quality that distinguished them. Now every order you make, you have to pray. One shot they are good, one shot they never arrive, one shot they are wrong, one shot cold, inedible and with quite questionable shapes, one shot overcooked, one shot too undercooked or garnished with raw materials even oxidized or old. I really hope you can regain your old quality, because I'm honestly sorry to say it, but we're not there. Good luck.

24/05/2024: Pizza buona ma ahimè mi è arrivata con mezz ora di ritardo per cui mi è arrivata fredda e con zero scuse dell' accaduto 🤷🏻‍♀️
