10/09/2025: We highly recommend everything. Breakfast was excellent. The staff found and returned our luggage. It was a pleasure to search for it, rather than having to forget about anyone's help once you're gone. I recommend it for families. It's close to the beach and other attractions, and the connection is good.

16/02/2026: An hour's wait for four pizzas, seated at a table in the midst of the constant comings and goings of the staff, between the refrigerator and the stockroom. The pizza was practically inedible: no toppings, sour tomato sauce, and terrible dough. The icing on the cake? I even threw up when I got home. When I complained, the staff was completely indifferent, almost annoyed. Their response? "We eat it all the time and we like it." Kudos to you for your professionalism: if you like it, then there's no problem, right? Terrible experience in every way. Never again. I AM EDIT MY REVIEW TO RESPOND: We didn't post false reviews or use fictitious names. We're simply a table of four who had the same negative experience, and everyone has the right to review. The public accusations and threats of legal action are unprofessional and inappropriate. We're sorry, because the place could have potential, but the way we handle criticism and the service seems to be the real problem.

29/01/2026: From afar, we noticed the headlights approaching at high speed...respecting the speed limit. When he approached the house, we recognized the pizzeria's Punto. It stopped dead in front of the door...and immediately after opening it, he ran up to the second floor like a cat. The pizza was still hot, as if it had just come out of the oven.

19/01/2026: Delicious semi-whole wheat dough or organic Senatore Cappelli durum wheat dough, excellent ingredients including Cetara anchovies, a Slow Food Presidium, and seasonal pizzas with unusual ingredients, including many PGI products. They also offer home delivery... top!

09/10/2025: We went there for a late-night drink with my brother, who was staying at a hotel around the corner. We were surprised to find the place almost full, so we just managed to get the last table. A waitress came immediately, and a short while later, we had our drinks. Friendly staff and good drinks. Highly recommended.

19/09/2025: The service was okay, the order was processed quickly, and the pizzas were decent, but nothing special. We were there on a rainy day, and the terrace, with its side panels pulled down, had the feel of a cold train station concourse. Furthermore, people were smoking at every third occupied table, and the staff, despite being asked about it, tolerated it! I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to non-smokers.

03/01/2026: I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. From the beginning, things went wrong: two people in our group were served the wrong dishes. When we politely pointed this out, instead of apologizing, the staff reacted annoyed and blamed us. The worst part came when we asked to pay. We were not given a proper bill or receipt, only a total amount told to us verbally. When we calmly asked for an itemized receipt, the manager became angry and aggressive. His tone was rude and intimidating, which made us uncomfortable, so we felt pressured to stop discussing and just pay. After that, the atmosphere completely changed. We were treated extremely unprofessionally and basically rushed out of the restaurant. The behavior of the staff, especially the manager, was disrespectful, unwelcoming, and shocking. This felt like a clear attempt to overcharge tourists and silence questions. I have never experienced such rude service before. Never coming back. Avoid this place if you expect transparency and basic respect.

01/01/2026: We didn't get the welcome aperitif as I was told, I'm talking about New Year's Eve dinner, from one course to the next, it took over 45 minutes, too many people, the music was so loud that the tables on the dance floor were constantly vibrating, intense smoke was blowing out, the air was unbreathable to be able to dance, there were 8 of us, 6 slices of panettone and we paid for coffee and water, very disappointed

06/09/2025: We went to this restaurant last night. The place is lovely, right on the beach, and the staff was very kind. It's a shame we didn't have a good meal: the pizza was burnt, the tiramisu and the pistachio dessert weren't good at all. What a shame.

11/01/2026: Top gluten-free pizza... one of the best I've ever eaten... thin and crunchy... I recommend it well cooked... eaten on site and taken out twice... thanks and congratulations

05/01/2026: Friendly and helpful staff. Clean place. We had lunch and the food was good. Service was quick. It's a shame we were at a table near the door, and I was cold because the door was constantly being opened due to the crowds.

04/03/2026: Renovated atmosphere, what can I say? The nostalgics preferred it the way it was before, but we like it just as much now. We tried a strudel, served at the table with excellent service, and it was truly delicious. Their piadinas are always amazing, with impeccable home delivery. We'll be trying one of their lunches soon. Special mention goes to the owner, Cristian, the lovely Sandra (the macchiatoni are incredibly creamy, something only she knows how to make), and our fellow countryman, Luca. 🔝👏😎

24/01/2026: I've known this place for over 20 years. The food is always good, and the staff are very kind and friendly. Unfortunately, they've changed management and aren't up to par, and the prices are high. The old owners have moved to the center of Porto Santa Margherita.
