11/04/2026: Excellent pizza with easy-to-digest dough and good side dishes. A wide variety of pizzas are available. The place is simple, discreet, and basic. It's quiet and conducive to conversation. The service is fast, with friendly, courteous, and helpful staff. The price is exceptionally reasonable.

11/05/2026: We arrived late in their lunch service hours, yet they accommodated us willingly. We committed to returning for dinner that same evening to thank them for their attention. Upon arrival we found a table reserved for us. We each had a personal pizza which were excellent. Our server (both visits) was a ray of sunshine.

28/02/2026: Invited by a friend, I discovered a cozy place. We had excellent pizza. Cristian is a pizza wizard...a war machine. Fast service, everyone is good and...smart. The prices are reasonable. I highly recommend it.

13/06/2026: Simply perfect! I've been going to Jesolo for four years now and come here to eat every year. The people are lovely, the service is friendly and attentive. The food is delicious, and the red wine is also very good. Highly recommended! 🍷😊

07/05/2026: I was at this restaurant about a year and a half ago, and I still remember it as the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. First of all, I can't even remember the taste of the pizza, because the atmosphere before and during the meal was so unpleasant that it effectively killed my appetite. We chose this place "off the street," without checking reviews—unfortunately, a big mistake, as confirmed by other guests' comments. We sat outside. Even then, we were surprised to find it almost empty in the city center, but we thought it would be a more intimate setting. We ordered drinks, and my wife decided to get a pizza. And that's where the problems began. The waiter brought me an empty plate, which surprised me a bit, even though I'd clearly said I wouldn't order anything. Meanwhile, I was looking through the menu and noticed a text that said an extra empty plate costs €5, while the cheapest pizza was only slightly more expensive. After a brief scuffle, the plate was removed, but the atmosphere began to deteriorate. And that's not the end of it. Other tables received olive oil, spices, and a small snack, but we received absolutely nothing, even though it was later added to the bill. When my wife got her pizza, I got up and handed her salt and pepper from the empty table next to her, because no one had even brought our spices. That's when it all started. The owner kept coming out and making comments, the waitresses were laughing under their breath and clearly gossiping about us. At one point, the owner stood in the distance and likely insulted us—his behavior was extremely unprofessional and aggressive. The whole situation was absurd, unpleasant, and stressful. I don't know how places like this can function normally. The owner insults people in the comments, calling them poor. Just read the comments. A terrible place. I recommend it to everyone.

24/05/2026: Updated the hours, we stopped by for Sunday lunch and it said "open" but we found it closed...

10/05/2026: The pizza is fantastic but the bill is a bit high. I would go back and recommend it.

07/06/2026: Never trust certain reviews...we tried it and all six of us were more than satisfied. The fish was excellent, as were the meat dishes, plentiful and reasonably priced. We'll definitely be back to try the pizzas, too. The atmosphere is family-friendly with relaxing music that allows for conversation. A thumbs up!

26/05/2026: They charge €2.50 per person for a tablecloth. It takes 20 minutes before anyone even comes to you.

13/05/2026: Plenty of tables, fast service, average food, a typical "trattoria" for a work lunch break. I've never tried the pizza, but it's recommended by many of the Mattone regulars. The atmosphere is also great for large crowds.

08/04/2026: Pizza was so good we ate here two nights on the trott. Base is so light with the most flavoursome and unusual toppings that just worked. Go, you will not be disappointed and have the tiramisu too! Pasta is also delicious.

10/10/2025: Very kind, they make you feel at home, truly wonderful people. One evening I couldn't make it in, and they brought it to me despite the late hour. I recommend asking them what day they'll be getting the mozzarella from down there, it's amazing. The Nutella angels are a must-try.

20/05/2026: A waiter who goes out of his way for his customers WITH a smile. Pizzas bursting with flavor... cherry tomatoes that already smell of summer... creamy buffalo mozzarella cheese... melt-in-your-mouth anchovies... Chewi had a delicious and indulgent seafood pizza... for an aperitif, homemade focaccia (excuse the spelling). And all washed down with a little Tuscan rosé... 10 out of 10... nothing to complain about...

16/05/2026: The service was exceptionally friendly. The waitress was very patient with the guests, and communication in English was easy. The food was also very good. The sauce on the side dishes was particularly excellent. There were plenty of complimentary snacks. I would definitely return!
