30/11/2025: The prices are unbeatable, the food quality was excellent and the service and atmosphere were great. We had the house made pizzas and soup, topped up with the house wine.
Everything was perfect, I would recommend it to anyone visiting Venice. They also have a really nice view of the Palazzo Ducale, accross the water.
We will definitely not forget it and will be returning.

19/11/2025: A lovely little restaurant away from the usual tourist crowds. The view, especially at sunset, is fantastic. It's certainly not a gourmet temple, but that's not the point; it's a nice little corner restaurant like you can find in any city. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

05/04/2026: Tucked away place for amazing pizzas that sees local crowd. Run by a sweet couple and they sell pizza by weight and bake fresh thin crust pizza on demand. Vegetarian and vegan friendly. Tried Marinara, Zingara and mixed vegetables pizza that chef made specifically for us!
28/03/2026: It's a small pizza shop. It costs 19 euros per kilo; I bought one large slice for 6 euros. The toppings are delicious, but the crust is thick. They serve it heated. There's limited space in the shop, so you could take it and enjoy it by the canal next door.

08/04/2026: My husband and I enjoyed lunch here today. The staff were really attentive and friendly. They allowed us to take our time. The food was of high quality, which yes does make this restuarant more expensive than the average, but entirely worth every euro. I would highly recommend to family and friends. 08/01/2026: We've been to Mario's several times, and the pizza 🍕 is simply legendary. The small 33cm pizza is more like 40cm, and you'll definitely be full afterward. The price is very good. It's not a restaurant, just a takeaway pizza place.
The people are incredibly friendly and speak a little German.

08/03/2026: Avoid if your British they will make you wait 40 minutes it takes 2 minutes to cook a pizza went there last night was 40 minutes as I waited 3 people ordered and got there pizza I had to wait so avoid if you are British unless you're happy to wait

24/03/2026: For me, going to Jesolo means only one thing: coming to Bucintoro. It's become a true legend. I'm fortunate to be able to come here often, but even when I happen to be in the area, even if it's just for one night, this is a regular and indispensable stop.
The quality of the food is always top-notch, consistent over time, and the service is simply impeccable—something increasingly rare these days.
An absolute must-visit. Highly recommended.
