Let's start with the fact that the pizza is dark, so it's unclear whether the dough is whole wheat or not, since we're not told (which must be communicated over the phone, as I might be allergic). That said, the pizza is extremely thin and therefore very dry and tough, with very limited toppings despite the high price.

25/11/2025: We made a reservation on the way in, and when we got there, the pizza was ready, right on time! Light dough, very good, and reasonably priced. Sometimes we take it away, sometimes we eat in, and they're always very friendly and helpful. It's now our go-to place when we're in the area.

The attention to detail, the thoughtfulness, and the refinement, combined with extreme professionalism, the exceptional menu, and above all the welcome we received from the moment we arrived, made our day magical and unforgettable. The view and the magical location were beautiful. Thanks again to all the staff, especially Mr. Maurizio.
04/04/2026: A truly wonderful experience! We enjoyed a spa treatment in the splendid setting of Castelbrando, followed by dinner at this magnificent restaurant. The dishes were truly excellent, both the first and second courses.
The staff was extremely kind and professional, especially Melody, who stood out for her attentiveness: after ordering dessert, she discovered it was my partner's birthday and arranged a wonderful surprise with "Happy Birthday" music in the background and candles! 😍
We will definitely be back very soon. Highly recommended!

09/12/2025: For those who love thin crust pizza with a crispy crust, this is one of the best in the area. Fast service despite a busy place, helpful and friendly. The menu is extensive but not overwhelming. I highly recommend booking.

07/05/2026: Delicious pizza. Truffle toppings. They always have rabosello, which is always a must-have. The owner's desserts are delicious (the tiramisu). Impeccable service. The green mosaic seating is lovely. A refresh in the left-hand room would also be nice, especially to improve the acoustics; when there's a lot of people, it's hard to talk.

2 freshly baked pizzas, and in my opinion, they didn't even rise much...
And the Nutella pizza, completely raw, not even baked...
At home, I had to bake it for 20 minutes to be edible...

The staff is always friendly and helpful.
The flavors vary seasonally, which makes for a consistently interesting experience.
The option to order online is also very convenient.
