31/08/2025: We often stop by friends' houses for takeout pizza in the area. The last time we called here, after patiently waiting for the lady to finish serving the people at the register, we asked for a second to decide whether to order the pizzas anyway, as they would be ready later in the evening. (After turning to the others to ask if they were okay with it,) the lady hung up. Seven seconds must have passed, if that's a long time. The pizza is usually good; you could treat your customers better.

22/08/2025: This evening we had dinner at this restaurant, where the food was decent, but €75 for a pizza with prosciutto and two sandwiches is absolutely outrageous. They even charged us for the sauces for the sandwiches separately (the sandwich cost €20); crazy!

15/08/2025: Today I went to La Capannina with my family and I have to say the food was excellent. Unfortunately, however, I witnessed an unpleasant scene: two male waiters spoke very rudely to one of their colleagues, raising their voices and using inappropriate language. It's a real shame, because throughout the evening, she was the only one who acknowledged our presence, frequently asking if everything was okay and always being available to answer our questions. I hope the owners noticed the rudeness shown to her, because she certainly deserves recognition for her professionalism. Otherwise, we had a great time.

10/07/2025: The pizza arrived quickly and was well-made. Service was polite and fast. I considered the pizza to be only average; I've had much better. I just wouldn't consider boiled sausage as a topping. But the taste was still okay.

09/07/2025: Good restaurant, friendly service. We arrived promptly at 7 p.m., but at 8:30 p.m. there was a wait. The food was delicious, very plentiful, and delivered quickly. Good quality and very good value for money.

08/08/2025: Ottimi vini locali Sauvignon e Chardonnay. Ottima la tartare. Il servizio molto attento e gentile. La location è eccezionale con i tavoli in un porticato medioevale bellissimo.

23/05/2025: eccelente pranzo da ripetere in ogni occasione ..lungo la strada principale e vicino mare..mangiato in modo eccelso sia primo di tagliolini con scampi e pomodorini freschi( da leccarsi le labbra) --delle polpette al baccalà superlative e pesce alla piastra ancora migliore..personale squisito e gentilissimo..Bravi..Bravi ...e poi da juventino il massimo ..

01/03/2025: Ci hanno fatto sedere nonostante non avessimo prenotato. Baccalà mantecato con polenta molto gustoso. Lo gnocchetto al granchio era davvero buono lo spaghetto alla scogliera era buono e molto condito ma un po’ scotto. Servizio veloce e cortese. Prezzi giusti

10/06/2025: What a fantastic pizzeria! In my opinion, it is underrated. Sure, it is in the center of Giarre, not in New York, but lucky for us. In any case: the pizzas are very good, the draft beer is good, the staff is delightful, who bends over backwards for the customer. We will definitely be back, and I highly recommend it; go there, you will not be disappointed.

26/05/2025: A ketogenic pizza that has nothing to envy to many "normal" pizzas that are eaten around, a keto coffee semifreddo also this, which is a marvel, and a friendly and helpful staff like few others nowadays... I will definitely be back!

They're mostly available for takeout, but they have an adjoining room where they sell their own products—pizzas, bread, everything frozen, and classic drinks—for takeout. If you'd like, if the timing allows, you can ask to eat it there, at a table in the center of the room. There's only 4-5 seats, but if you want to enjoy it fresh from the oven... They have various pizza sizes: Napoli, Normal, and Maxi...

19/07/2025: I'd already tried once and everything went well. I ordered a Napoli through Deliveroo, which arrived well after it left the pizzeria, so it was cold (and that's a Deliveroo issue). I opened the box and found a sad Margherita, almost completely lacking in tomato and mozzarella (tastes are tastes, and maybe it was intended for someone on a diet). I called, and they already knew about the problem (so the pizza was intended for another customer) and told me to contact Deliveroo for a refund. That's fine. But it means you ruined my evening. You have to fix the problem you caused! Not say, "Eat your soup or jump out the window..." (obviously, I'm paraphrasing what was said to me on the phone). You should have said, "If you want, we'll make you another one right away and you can come pick it up." That said, if we're at 50% of the two orders, I'm no longer risking ruining my evening. I go to others where they're 100%, or where, if they make a mistake because of a mere 5-minute delay, they'll give you two free cans of soda. If 50 years ago it was said that one dissatisfied customer is worth 100 satisfied ones, today I think it's even worse. I'm shocked by the superficiality and lack of promptness in trying to find solutions to your mistake! Now I'm leaving, because I'm more than angry, and I'm going out to eat! One less pizzeria to go to!
