02/06/2026: First time for me, recommended by B&B Poggio Caiar. Nothing special. I ordered a mixed grill, while my companion ordered beef steak. They asked us the cooking level and switched my dish, which was supposed to be medium, with my companion's, which was supposed to be rare. I asked for bread to accompany the appetizer and had to ask another waitress because they forgot. The tiramisu wasn't very good; my companion left it after two spoonfuls. But she paid anyway without hesitation or questioning.

31/05/2026: The three of us walked there from Caprino Veronese without a reservation. It's a rocky and steep path, so sturdy shoes are recommended. For the return trip in the dark, you should bring a flashlight or headlamp. A mobile phone will do in a pinch. The restaurant is authentic, without any unnecessary frills. The pizzas are delicious; I tried the spaghetti with anchovies, which I also recommend. The rabbit with polenta was very good, as were the salads. The prices are perfectly reasonable, not at all expensive. We'll definitely go again, preferably on foot.

06/06/2026: We showed up unannounced with 20 people, and the owner immediately made room for us in a side room. The food was outstanding and absolutely first-class. The pizzas were incredibly generously topped, the carbonara was perfect, and the portion of mussels was unbeatable. We were served by Ricardo, who had only been working at the restaurant for five days, and we couldn't find a single thing to criticize about the service. He was very friendly and patient. On top of that, the pizzaiolo even offered us a free pizza. A highly recommended spot away from the major tourist hotspots.

12/06/2026: Having landed at Venice Airport around 9:00 PM and having to continue on to Padua, where restaurants close very early, I found excellent reviews for this restaurant. I called to announce our arrival, a 20-minute walk from the airport, and the staff was extremely friendly from the moment we booked. I ordered a nice prosecco with a seafood appetizer (the Quadrante), and I must say I was amazed by the quality of both the ingredients and the preparation. I continued with truly excellent spaghetti with clams and finished with a homemade tiramisu. Everything was excellent, the service was absolutely friendly. I highly recommend it. The manager, Lauret, is a special person. After waiting over 30 minutes for a taxi (Taxi/Uber) that never arrived, he very kindly insisted on taking us to our hotel in Padua. P.S.: He didn't even let me pay the highway toll. Thank you so much. In conclusion, the quality/price ratio is excellent. I will definitely go back, hoping this time to find taxis available 🤣🤣🤣🤣

12/06/2026: There are those evenings when you realize that you don't end up in certain places by chance, that you certainly find yourself there to eat and you already eat divinely from the appetizer, to the first course and the dessert.... and then you find truly kind people, of a unique cordiality.... thank you ☺️🍀

05/06/2026: It supposedly opens at 5:00 PM. We arrived on time. To our surprise, we were informed that the kitchen doesn't open until 6:00 PM. This could have been added to the website.

20/05/2026: A small restaurant offering pizzas of rare lightness and delicacy, with refined toppings made from carefully selected, high-quality ingredients. The decor is rustic and original, yet functional. They also offer takeout, and are popular with locals. Early reservations are recommended.

20/05/2026: We had dinner with friends, intrigued by the Chicago Style promotion. Kudos to you for your courage; not everyone offers potentially questionable products like this! Overall, we had a good time: the pizza was good, even if a little different from what we expected, and the service was good (everyone was smiling and polite). It's a shame there's no real beer selection; something could definitely be done to improve that. The desserts aren't bad. On Thursdays, the pizzeria was packed; it's definitely worth making a reservation.

10/05/2026: I'm perplexed by the excellent reviews about the pizza...I'd like to think there's a difference between eating in and taking out. The pizzas had good ingredients, but the sides were a bit burnt and decidedly dry, hard to chew...plus, I was really thirsty. Hmm!

18/04/2026: Good neighborhood pizza with impeccable service. The restrooms need improvement; it's just a cubicle, so customers can hear everything. The pizza is well-topped, although the crust is a bit hard.

11/05/2026: Once you've made it up the hill, you're rewarded with a lovely, quiet (at least in early May) village square. The service is incredibly friendly, and the food and drinks are very good and fairly priced. 👍👍👍
