24/03/2026: I'm sorry to write this comment, because I've known you for a long time, and I've always had a great experience. Unfortunately, it's during difficult times that customer service is most noticeable, and today this attention was lacking. I came with six colleagues for pizza. After about 10 minutes of perusing the pizza menu, the waitress informed us that the pizza dough was out, and she did so without the slightest apology. I expressed our disappointment at the cashier, receiving only a vague explanation of your difficulties, but no apology, and not even a courtesy (a small discount, a free coffee). Perhaps it's normal for you for a pizzeria to run out of dough, but for me it's not. Despite this, I think the shortcoming is understandable, but what should never be lacking, and which would have cost you nothing, is customer service. I know you, and I will return, but I can assure you that my colleagues have already expressed their intention to choose other places in the future. This is why I am writing to you, to urge you not to repeat certain very avoidable slips.

18/05/2026: Great place in Padua. The pizzas were very good, thin crust and excellent charcuterie; the homemade desserts were equally excellent. Reasonable prices. Located on a quiet little street with friendly and efficient staff, all smiling 😁 We'll be back!

20/05/2026: After a few days in Italy, we arrived at this place late at night to eat. At first sight, it looked like a small restaurant. Later, we discovered that it is actually quite large and full of customers. To be honest, I ate here the best pizza I have ever had, with salami, Philadelphia, and ’nduja. We also had some drinks, which were very fresh and well prepared. We had the chance to meet Esmeralda, who is a great server—very funny, well trained, and she really tried to help us have a great experience. 10/10 recommend. We will definitely be back whenever we visit Treviso again. Also, this is the best restaurant we’ve been to in Treviso.

08/06/2026: We've been there twice. Very large selection of dishes (too large in our opinion). Food like pizza and pasta was only acceptable for Italian standards. Unfortunately, we didn't order any other dishes and therefore can't comment on them. Restaurant: outdated and unwelcoming.
