21/07/2025: My first and most enjoyable experience at Osteria del Carro was a sliced steak seasoned with flavored salt, an appetizer of light fried dishes, and an excellent red wine recommended by the host, a blend of two grape varieties. The lemon semifreddo was refreshing after such flavorful dishes. Overall, I found courtesy, authenticity, and excellent value. I'll definitely be back!

25/08/2025: A quaint wooden structure nestled in the countryside, discovered for the first time last night. As soon as you step inside, you can feel the warmth and friendliness. We tried the pizzas, which aren't traditional in both their leavening process and presentation, but they were delicious, and the toppings were excellent. The beers, mostly craft, are also excellent. Definitely worth a try!

We found the waitress Simona to be kind, reliable, and generous, but above all, she had a wonderful smile despite her tiredness. I invite everyone to stop by and taste their products. 23/08/2025: I stopped for lunch and started with an excellent charcuterie board, followed by strangozzi with black truffle, a truly delicious first course with well-balanced flavors. To finish, on the staff's recommendation, I tried a ricotta mousse with acacia honey and a sprinkling of truffle: a real surprise, so good I could have eaten a whole tub! The service was impeccable, with friendly and helpful waitresses. The price was fair, considering the use of premium ingredients like truffles and a good wine. If I ever return to Norcia, I'll definitely be back!

20/08/2025: I just finished dinner at Taverna del Boscaiolo...what can I say, totally approved and recommended! The cappellacci alla norcina were sublime, the lentils with herb oil were truly delicious, and finally, a ricotta mousse with honey and truffle was the icing on the cake. The food was excellent (try the grilled sausages too...if I came back, I'd definitely order them!), the staff were truly friendly, and the service was very fast. Recommended!

19/08/2025: Il Pellicano has been a regular stop when I visit my sister in Umbria since 1998. When I was younger, I'd stop in for sandwiches and a beer; now I use it to pick up a delicious takeout pizza. The dough is well-made, well-risen (so much so that you won't wake up thirsty the next day), and the wide selection of flavors is worth trying. Recommended for anyone passing through the San Faticchio area and surrounding towns.

18/08/2025: We had dinner at Pellicano and, in addition to the generous portions, we were served by very friendly staff. The burgers and pizzas were excellent. Prices were average. I recommend it!

I walk into a restaurant and expect a warm welcome, and the staff made us feel like regulars. I give it a 5-star rating. Then, once you're seated at the table, you expect to eat well. Well, we chose traditional dishes and felt the desire to serve good food. I give it a 5-star rating. And let's not forget that even though we had our Cucciolona with us, a peculiar Maremma dog with her obsessions, she was also welcomed with kindness and affection. And finally, we need to consider the exit. The one where you say it was wonderful to be there and that you want to return. I want to point out that the prices are fair. I give it a 5-star rating. The average rating is 5 stars, so I give it 5 stars. Great, and see you next time.

03/08/2025: During our stay near Lake Garda, my partner and I, traveling from Rome, had the pleasure of discovering an exceptional restaurant, booked through TheFork. The experience was nothing short of memorable, thanks to a welcoming atmosphere and a refined ambiance. Because it's a grill restaurant, our focus was on the meat, which was superb and cooked to perfection, according to our preference (rare). The restaurant offers a choice of three levels of marbling, with options changing daily. We opted for medium marbling, selecting a Scottish cut, as the more heavily marbling Polish cut didn't particularly appeal to us. I want to express my appreciation to the chef, whose kindness and expertise enriched our experience. He explained the cooking technique used, which involves a specially designed grill to allow the wood smoke to adhere to the meat, giving it an intense and delicious flavor. A nice touch was the rosemary-infused oil, which further enhanced the flavor of the meat. Although we considered adding a side dish, we chose to focus on the meat so as not to weigh ourselves down. However, I highly recommend the appetizers, especially the bacon-wrapped tomino and the pecorino with truffle, both excellent. To accompany the dinner, we enjoyed a local house wine, which we were so impressed with, we decided to buy it today. In short, an extraordinary culinary experience that I highly recommend to anyone in the area.

10/07/2025: Siamo di fronte ad un locale che non e' un semplice ristorant/ pizzeria....piatti di ottima fattura e di qualita'...pizza e pinza di un valore medio alto....il personale giovane e attivo( di questi tempi avere ragazzi cosi non e' facile).... chi ricerca cibo a quantita' industriale ha sbagliatio locale, chi invece e' alla ricerca di un cibo di qualita' servito in piatti con buonissimoe gradevolissimo impiattamento ,e' nel locale giusto....OGGI COME OGGI CON L'INFORMAZIONE WEB E SOCIAL,E' QUASI IMPOSSIBILE SBAGLIARE LOCALE,QUESTO NE E' LA CONFERMA

The service is exceptionally friendly and attentive, without being intrusive. You feel welcome and in good hands from the very first moment. The restaurant's culinary offerings leave nothing to be desired. From the appetizer to dessert, every dish was superbly prepared, lovingly presented, and a true highlight. The value for money is particularly impressive – more than fair given the quality and atmosphere. In conclusion: A place where you'll not only be full, but also happy.
