09/06/2026: 🌟 A true slice of Rome in the heart of Trento! If you're looking for the authentic flavors of Roman tradition in Trentino, this place is an absolute must. The cuisine is simply excellent. The menu ranges from classic Roman first courses, such as cacio e pepe (which deservedly gives the place its name), a textbook carbonara and amatriciana, to the signature gricia. In addition to meat dishes, the selection is vast, ranging from excellent seafood, crispy fried dishes, rich appetizers, and excellent pizzas. The desserts are also noteworthy, truly delicious and the perfect way to end your dinner. What made the experience even more special was the welcome: a heartfelt thank you to the kind lady who served us all evening with a wonderful smile, making us feel at home.

05/07/2026: My wife eats vongole everywhere in Belgium and wherever we go in Italy, but the ones here are absolutely among the best she has ever tasted. The quality of the dish clearly surpasses that of many restaurants in Belgium. In addition, I personally enjoyed a delicious tuna tataki, perfectly prepared and full of flavor. Our daughter chose an artisanal pizza and ate it with great pleasure; it was fresh, crispy, and clearly made with care. Moreover, the setting in Trento is truly beautiful and contributes greatly to the overall experience. You can also really feel the typical, friendly Italian culture reflected in the service, which makes the whole experience even more pleasant. A cozy and atmospheric restaurant with excellent dishes for the whole family. Highly recommended!

04/07/2026: We were there a few years ago and were scorchingly hot on the outdoor veranda... we've returned now under new management, and what can I say: spectacular! Everyone is truly excellent, from the waiters to the chef, to the friendly and helpful owner. The vitello tonnato melts in your mouth, and all the dishes are plentiful and delicious. We always love returning... I'm glad I was able to revise my review to a positive one!

20/03/2026: Terrible! The waiter was extremely rude! He packed 9 of us into 2 small connected tables that could fit 4 people. When we said in English that we couldn't eat like that and that 9 dishes wouldn't fit, he cursed at us quietly in Italian, not knowing that some of us spoke Italian. I wanted to spread his teeth on the floor, but he ran away and hid behind the bar.

14/03/2026: Nice service, good food. Restaurant at a high level, they have good not only pizza but also other food. As a bonus, excellent prosecco.. prices are not exorbitant. I recommend. It is better to book seats in advance in case of larger groups.

23/07/2026: My boyfriend and I went there and were really satisfied. For starters, I had the vegetable tart, well-cooked and not heavy. For the main course, I had a truffle risotto with mushrooms, really good and filling. For dessert, the tiramisu was classic and homemade, delicious. The service was very attentive and friendly. I really appreciated the various vegetarian options. The place itself is worth it: the veranda has a beautiful view and the atmosphere is refined. The prices are fair for the quality. Recommended, we'll be back.

15/05/2026: Tasty thin pizzas worth driving for. Definitely recommended. The restaurant could be decorated a bit nicer (lighting and posters on the wall), but that is perhaps a matter of personal taste.

03/07/2026: Unfortunately, my experience wasn't very positive. I went with friends to try fry day, a promotion the restaurant offers two Fridays a month. First, the menu structure isn't clear, and second, they made a lot of confusion with the order: - they brought the dessert before the frying, and when they brought it back at the end of the meal, they brought the same hot dessert (even though it was a parfait, it probably hadn't been remade); - they brought the drinks without glasses; - the fried food was placed in the center to be shared among everyone, but even though there were three of us, they only brought two dishes, and they also messed up the order by bringing less than we ordered. The staff was also nice and friendly, but at the end of it all, they didn't even ask us how the dinner went or how we enjoyed it. I'm sorry, but I don't think we'll have a second experience at this restaurant.

28/06/2026: The prices are quite high for what you get, with the Spritz being really watered down. The pizzas are very thin, averaging between €11 and €15. On the plus side, the staff is very friendly.
