Pretty good pizza...the only flaw is that, having booked in person for a fixed time and outside, upon arrival, he told me that he had already accepted other people outside...and there was no room outside...and he put us inside, so hot it was impossible to breathe and without air conditioning, when they say just close the drawer in defiance of those who booked...sufficient.

01/08/2025: Accueillis avec un magnifique sourire, Wally et Youssef nous ont régalés de leurs excellentes pizzas. Ambiance familiale, avec un soupçon de musique de fond qui laisse facilement la place à la conversation même si à chaque pizza, ( grande variété et produits très frais) un ange passe!
26/07/2025: Heerlijk gegeten, we kwamen en het zat best vol. Super dat er een plek werd geregeld. Heerlijke pizza’s! Leuke zitplaatsen buiten onder de uitbouw. Honden welkom ook heel prettig als je met hond reist.

The staff is kind and friendly,
as are the owners.
The dinners are exquisite and delicious, as are the breakfasts!!
This year, there's also a heated pool for cooler days. Truly a top-quality hotel in the Puster Valley.

01/08/2025: Delicious pizza with a dough made with carefully selected ancient grain flours. The crust is a bit thick but crispy. Excellent ingredients. I had a Melinda pizza and I must say I was really won over by the combination! The strudel was excellent! The staff were incredibly friendly and the prices were very fair! When I return to Croviana, I will definitely be repeating the experience.
31/07/2025: Had dinner with friends. The pizza was EXCELLENT, one of the best I've ever had, both in terms of the dough and the quality of the toppings. We'll be back, highly recommended!

11/08/2025: Top-notch pizzas! I've never had such a large pizza in my life! I estimate it to be about 40cm in diameter, bizarre. But on the plus side, a thin crust, plenty of toppings, and not greasy! We both had a Chef pizza.
08/08/2025: We went to the restaurant again today for dinner. The service is truly exceptional, very attentive, yet not stiff; just warm 👏👏 The food, as always, is absolutely delicious, and the price/performance ratio is definitely right 👍 Very nice atmosphere 👍 We would definitely love to come back 👏👏 You guys are great 🤗

17/08/2025: We managed to get a room at short notice while on a bike tour. The room was newly renovated, plenty of space, an elevator, a great breakfast, and bike storage—what more could you want? We had a great evening meal there, and the staff were consistently friendly—all in all, a fantastic experience.

Abbiamo preso sia primi che pizze: molto buoni i canederli e gli spatzle, cosi come anche le pizze, condite con ingredienti di buona qualità, anche se l’impasto risulta leggermente pesante.
Prezzi in linea con gli altri ristoranti della Val di Fassa.

Large selection of different pizza variations. Something for every taste.
There are fewer pasta dishes.
Good value for money. Short wait. The tiramisu was also very tasty.
