15/11/2024: Stopped spontaneously because I felt like a pizza. Was exactly the right decision. Friendly and attentive service. Food came very quickly even though there was a lot to do on Friday evening. A super tasty pizza with a crispy thin base. Absolutely fair prices. Really highly recommended.

19/01/2025: We stayed here last summer. Discovered it by chance but we were truly delighted and pleasantly surprised! It was all perfect. Well-kept environments. Nice and clean room, very kind staff, including the owners available for a chat at any time! Attention to children, varied buffet, very good cuisine. Very kind, friendly, patient waiters. Large garden with swimming pool, deckchairs, children's games. Unfortunately, having a child, we were unable to use the SPA area. Excellent location, close to all the main tourist points. The site deserves a mention, well done, it provides a lot of useful information for planning your holiday. In short, everything was perfect. We left our hearts there!

08/02/2025: Arrived in a party of 10 people, including 2 children. The setting is extremely cosy and inviting with a super friendly staff. My pizza diavola was amongst the best I have had in my many trips to Italy. The general consensus among all of my 'crew' was that the food was extremely tasty. My daughter wasn't able to finish her large portion of pasta, so I happily volunteered to finish it off for her. Her loss was my gain...in weight! The pasta was so addictive, I couldn't stop eating it. Prices were good for what we ordered and given that this was the night we arrived here, I am suptemely confident we'll be having a few more meals here before the end of our stay.

23/10/2024: Tasty and inexpensive We were guests at the Sparber restaurant twice. The food was tasty and inexpensive. The service was also very attentive and friendly. We'll go again next year.

18/10/2024: Probably the best pizzeria in Dorf Tirol. Apart from the good taste, the pizzas are visually very nicely topped. Since the pizzeria is located just outside the village center, you can almost always get a seat here. Highly recommended.

27/01/2025: For me there is only one pizzeria. His name is Cavazzani. Since I discovered it I can no longer eat any other pizza. Soft Naples-type dough, quality products and very polite staff. Trust me!

15/02/2025: Fantastic place with heritage if you want South Tyrolean cuisine and wine. if you're interested in inspired dishes cooked properly with fresh and local ingredients, this is a place to go. Filling portions and exceptional service. I highly recommend getting a reservation.

04/02/2025: We went there for pizza during lunch and the pizza was okay. Nothing special but also not bad. Be very careful with the bill because we only realized later that the total we pay did not add up, so they must be adding some surcharge or tip already to the bill without disclosing it beforehand.
