25/02/2024: I've been to this place other times and eaten the pizza there, which was really good. This time I wanted to try the cuisine: I took "not the usual rock", unlike the classic rock, here they added the prawn tartare, really good. Then I had the fried fish with vegetables, excellent and plentiful.
The only flaw was slow service due to the packed place and a lot of confusion, so much so that you could barely hear the person nearby.
Other than that, I highly recommend it!

08/03/2024: Friendliness towards customers, excellent menu, the "loins" are real smaller steaks with very tender meat.

06/04/2024: Good pizza, a slightly noisy environment, polite, fast and competent staff, but I don't understand why the owner doesn't list the various items on the bill telling you only the total, and again, when you ask for explanations for the slightly high bill, magically immediately the error comes out and the price drops. Meh!!

Io di solito la ordino prima e non ho mai avuto problemi.
Peccato per la posizione scomodare l'orario di apertura ridotto, ma lo consiglio perché il sapore, la consistenza e la qualità degli ingredienti sono una garanzia: ne vale la pena!

Unfortunately, the kindness of the owner and the kindness of the people who work there don't match the rest.
Pizza perhaps, even if very salty.
The Schiacciata, terrible: very salty and okay, but very hard to cut, dry, the filling had been seen in another pizzeria, and also lukewarm (so it becomes even drier in a short time). I finished it because we had waited an hour or more to eat, and because food doesn't go to waste.
The cheesecake comes from a box in the freezer, and is already pre-packaged with the berries on top, they defrost it and in fact it arrives hot. Whether you like berries or not.
The door of the room opens directly onto the room, so every time it opens there is a nice shiver down the back, also because those who enter certainly don't have to think that there are people they can annoy. I recommend a double door that acts as a filter at least, even for constant drafts.
I'm sorry, but no.
28/02/2024: Pizzeria of the past and how it should be in my humble opinion. Michele and Ilaria create an atmosphere like at home and the proposals are varied and original.

10/03/2024: I went to dinner with my family to celebrate an anniversary, what can I say, a table set without a tablecloth but only an unsanitary rattan placemat, about an hour and a half passed from the starter to the first course, very salty fried fish and finally all the staff unprofessional but above all not attentive, 7 of us spent 340 euros but it's not worth it!!!!!
10/03/2024: Tuscan cuisine revisited in an exquisite way...! Excellent value for money, friendly staff and welcoming environment
