12/10/2025: The only problem is that if you're driving from outside Pisa, you have to walk a bit too far to get to the restaurant, which is in a limited traffic zone. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

We arrived at 7:30 PM and no one paid attention to us. The waiters walked right past us without even saying hello.
We waited forever for only an appetizer and two pizzas. We left at 10:00 PM: almost three hours for so little. It's simply unacceptable.
Because of the wait, we forgot dessert and coffee.
The staff was cold and rude the entire evening. They brought our pizza unsliced and without providing us with knives or other utensils.
One of the pizzas was truly inedible, with sour onions and a terrible flavor.
We will never return.
10/02/2026: We ate divinely! The owners were very kind and attentive to our needs, also friendly and easy-going! The food was plentiful, homemade, and beautifully cooked. Warm and welcoming place! We'll definitely be back!

10/03/2026: I went last night with my daughter and son-in-law. The lady who welcomed us was extremely
kind, and the service was fast.
The pizza was excellent, thin and very rich in toppings.
I highly recommend this pizzeria.
(Plus, it's open on Mondays, when most pizzerias are closed.)

15/02/2026: We ordered two pizzas and 300 grams of cecina for takeout for €26!!!!
Let's start with the cecina, 300 grams for €7.50? What's gold? Chickpea flour with water!!! Or maybe you got the receipt wrong, but the pizzas? They looked frozen, and €9.50 for a provola and speck? Not even a gourmet pizza with stracciatella or burrata!!!
I think you're the kind of pizzerias that try to sell off as many customers as possible.
I'm sorry my daughter broke the receipt, or I would have come and told you in person.
Anyway, the other pizza had sausages... I wanted to clarify, not truffle and yellow cherry tomatoes!!!

11/06/2024: Tornavo dall’aeroporto in seguito ad un viaggio e ci siamo fermati alla pizzeria Il Pizzicotto conosciuta la settimana precedente.
Eravamo affamati e stanchi. Una buona pizza saporita e una birra fresca ci hanno salvato la serata.
Il tutto è stato accompagnato dalla cortesia e simpatia di Jonathan e sua moglie. Sono persone fantastiche e molto gentili.
Stra stra stra consigliato.
Purtroppo sono di Arezzo, ma appena mi ritrovo a Cascina ci passerò sicuramente.
