29/08/2024: In my opinion... They want to do too much.. They should follow a specific path and do it well... It looks like a bazaar... I don't think I'll go back a second time.. I can say that the pizza was raw and the pasta was white... It wasn't cooked...well, it's not a small thing.....then I saw the owner bending over backwards... Between the oven, the kitchen and the counter. Then I understood everything..

13/08/2024: Excellent pizzeria restaurant, good fish especially the fried fish which I ate with gusto.

30/08/2024: We came across it by chance for the first time two years ago, and we returned specifically for the exceptional pizza at very good prices. Also worth trying are farinata and focaccia!

25/08/2024: Yesterday we went to this pizzeria for the first and last time, we are not local, but we had never eaten a pizza like this. There were 4 of us, we arrived at 8pm and went out at 10.50pm to eat a pizza (if you can call it pizza) with dry, hard, salty, very thin dough that crumbled in your hand.... The staff he had a fake kindness, they served 2 couples who had ordered after us 10 minutes after they entered.... When we asked the waitress, she went to the boss and told her to send us to hell... Really rude

05/07/2024: Ci siamo stati a cena perché vicino all'hotel, abbiamo atteso un bel po' per ordinare e per mangiare perché c'era parecchia gente ma ne è valsa la pena, buone sia le cozze che la zuppa di mare, eccezionale la frittura, talmente buona che il giorno dopo ci siamo tornati a pranzo per rimangiarla e provare gli ottimi primi. Il locale è un po' datato ma la cucina merita una visita.

08/08/2024: Chilling place, not to mention the rude and slow staff. With the oven exposed, the pizza chef, having burned himself with a baking tray, thought it best to swear in front of the customers, creating frost. We waited half an hour to get what we had requested (no problem regarding waiting times) as foreigners staying in the neighboring streets, even without a reservation and without any plausible explanation, have priority. We arrive home and the much desired "napoli" didn't have capers and was raw (even the children know that pizzas cook slower in the electric oven). An experience that we will certainly not replicate.

06/08/2024: Really rated too highly, which misled us. Small, thin and overcooked pizzas. Non-existent staff apart from the 2 pizza makers hidden behind piles of boxes. The room looks like an equipment depot (don't be fooled by the photos) In short, by far not the best pizzeria in the area

18/08/2024: Every summer it is a fixed stop on our holidays in Marina di Carrara. Excellent service even if the place is small, excellent hot (Farinata/Cecina)... and pizza in a pan cooked in a wood-fired oven, very good. Highly recommended!

25/07/2024: I returned from Vanilla after many years. My partner and I got two takeaway pizzas and they were really good. The dough is light, very digestible, in fact we have taken pizzas on another occasion, plus the "hot" for those who are not local the "hot hot", here with us, it is the farinata, the cecina or the cake for the people of Livorno! That's good too! One evening we went to eat at a pizzeria, thinking we'd do it first, because then we had to meet up with some friends. The pizza is always good, but the service is a little slow and needs improvement. A note of merit goes to the pizza chef. The second time we got take-away pizza, I asked for a Rustica without aubergines, he made it again because whoever had stuffed it had made a mistake and had put them in. Not bad, I would have eaten it anyway, even though I don't like aubergines. He behaved correctly and professionally! My opinion is positive and I recommend going there!
