23/12/2024: Informal place with few seats so it is advisable to book. The pizza is excellent and is also available with wholemeal dough which is fabulous. Excellent choice of homemade desserts. Steak is also available and it looks really good and we will try it. All ingredients are quality. On average with pizza, dessert and coffee you spend around €20 so it's excellent. To finish, a glass of limoncello is offered. Friendly staff. Recommended

05/11/2024: The pizza didn't convince me. It doesn't suit our tastes. Paying 1.50 cover charge for a napkin, two cutlery and a glass seems excessive to me. However it is listed in the menu and therefore 🤷‍♂️. The pizzas are a little expensive in terms of quantity and quality in my opinion, made too quickly and not cooked properly.... I WOULD NOT GO BACK.

22/10/2024: It is located near the pedestrian area of ​​Tonfano, it is essentially a take-away pizzeria but there are also some tables, even in a small room. In summer the tables are outside, in any case it is advisable to book because there are not many seats. The pizza is truly delicious and the dough, although consistent, is crunchy and soft at the same time, this denotes that it is prepared with care and skill. Don't miss the absolutely non-greasy farinata. Finally, on the weekend you can find a splendid Ligurian focaccia not to be missed. What to add... all you have to do is book.

20/10/2024: Siamo passati questa sera alle 20:20 e ci hanno mandati via dicendo che era finito l'impasto. Ps: consiglio del tutto spassionato per i titolari: dato che so quanto costa la materia prima per fare l'impasto, consiglierei di darsi ad altro mestiere. Non tutti sono fatti per stare al commercio!

17/11/2024: The place is easily accessible and there is plenty of metered parking nearby. We even managed to park in front of the place. The place is very small and there are few seats inside. The bar-style entrance, with bottle caps attached, bottles of cut wine instead of chandeliers, Spino Fiorito glasses in their neck bags, hanging on the walls, etc. Not my kind of vibe. But the lights were not annoying and the few seats still guaranteed a certain tranquility and the possibility of conversing with people, which believe me, is no small feat. They greeted us from the kitchen and showed up at the table 15 minutes later. We ask for the menu. We didn't know there was a QR code to pick up, scan, and do the usual Chinese restaurant thing of checking the menu on a 5-inch screen. So after 15 minutes they give us a tile to scan, and another 10 minutes later, we order. Starter like fake cacciucco in the strudel: interesting idea, attempt to deconstruct the cacciucco which we found a little pretentious but above all, beyond the excellent flavour, the strudel dough had clearly been overcooked. Not burned, it was one step before burning. When the pasta dehydrates completely. Cutting it with the knife was not pleasant. Too bad, because the flavor of the fish sauce was delicious. Good starters, although I wouldn't call them plentiful. I didn't try a first course, but I had the pleasure of trying one of the mixed fried dishes which I would define, without fear of making mistakes, as one of the best I've ever eaten. Not oily, fried perfectly, light. However, the frying resembled a light, pale batter, tempura style. So I would have eaten a second tray no problem. I reckon it was honest. With a small discount, with coffee, dessert, white wine, and 4 people at the table, we spent €40. The figure is more realistic than those who say that the average is €25/30 per person, a more realistic figure if you exclude dessert and wine. Overall the experience was pleasant. The kitchen staff comes out every now and then to go around the tables and take orders, all in the family, kind of way. And this sometimes involves a few tens of minutes of waiting. I would go out more often, to check if anyone needs a waiter. For example, when it came time for the coffee, we had to wait almost another quarter of an hour to order it. Our attempt to get the attention of the staff from the kitchen was in vain, so we put our minds at rest and waited for them to come and ask us. One thing that everyone present at the table would have changed immediately is this: when a menu contains dishes ranging from €15 to €25, that menu must be made of paper. Readable. Clear. Great. There are also those with transparent sheets whose pages can be quickly replaced to accommodate menu changes. It's quicker to insert three A4 sheets into three menus than to modify everything via software, and in general I barely accept the menu on the smartphone in Chinese restaurants, where it really helps to get things done first. But it doesn't make any sense in a place with 20 seats in total.

10/01/2025: A bunch of smart guys. I booked two panettones costing €35 each. One for me which was pear and rum flavored and the other which was a gift with apricot and white chocolate flavour. Mine was ultra sweet and soggy, the other one had very little presence of both apricots and chocolate, it was practically a simple panettone without candied fruit, I even made a fool of myself to the recipients of the gift. Not to mention the pizza they make a decent pizza taste out of 10 and what's more it's also indigestible, see the dragons during the night. The usual ones who want to be gurus with things "homemade by hand" but which in reality are made with their ass, sky-high prices just because you are close to the marbles, a pizza for 20 euros which in nearby areas you pay half and it's even better

03/01/2025: L'Apogeo in Marina di Pietrasanta is a gourmet pizzeria that is worth a visit. Located in a quiet area, it offers an elegant and welcoming environment, with ample parking and a pleasant outdoor veranda. The interiors are well cared for, with tables well spaced to ensure privacy. The pizzas are light, crunchy and prepared with the freshest, high-quality ingredients. The menu offers creative and original combinations, such as the "Apogeo", served already cut into wedges. Desserts and craft beers are also excellent. The staff is friendly, if sometimes a little hasty. Prices are slightly higher than average, but justified by the quality. An excellent choice for those looking for a gourmet pizza in a quiet and refined environment.

28/11/2024: VER-GO-GNO-SO! Ho chiamato alle 17.32 prenotando un tavolo per due. Mi è stato chiesto di prenotarlo per le 20.00 anziché le 19.30. La signora mi ha anche chiesto il nominativo. Ci siamo presentati alle 20.04 ma era tutto buio. Avvicinati alla porta era chiuso. Ho chiamato e mi hanno confermato di essere chiusi. Ho chiesto spiegazioni ma non ne ho avute. Questo il giorno martedì 26 novembre.

05/10/2024: Simple little place, but very functional. We had a first course and a focaccia, both very good. Friendly and fast service, for the prices you could do better.

30/12/2024: Sono andato a cena con la famiglia in questo ristorante dove siamo stati accolti con il sorriso e simpatia. Abbiamo mangiato dall antipasto al dolce, tutto squisito. Lo consiglio.

09/12/2024: Sono venuta per festeggiare un compleanno con 20 persone. Partiamo dalla cosa “meno grave”: il cibo. Riscaldato, insapore e veramente pessimo, nessuno lo ha finito. Le penne agli scampi erano penne al pomodoro e peperoncino, gli scampi li avevano visti con il binocolo. La frittura di pesce era una frittura di verdure: carote e zucchine con un totano a testa a malapena. Le cotolette hanno visto la carne col cannocchiale. Le cameriere maleducate, scontrose e con zero voglia di lavorare. La cosa più buona il dolce perché non era fatto da loro. Non tornerò a farmi prendere per i fondelli. Sconsigliato.

27/10/2024: Mediocre place for the area, you can find better being in Pietrasanta. Fair and certainly competitive prices. Mediocre quality of the products, I wouldn't recommend it for eating a good pizza in the center of Pietrasanta. Slow service but certainly due to the amount of customers who were present. Lack of empathy from the waiters, service was normal. The environment was quite welcoming as well as we had been placed in a quite intimate and quiet place (top) but with an unmarked rise. In fact we risked stumbling often.

10/10/2024: I went on a Saturday for lunch, I had a gluten free pizza... I'd say it was tasty... the products used were good, the service was okay
