05/05/2026: If you want a simple and delicious Trapani-style pizza, go to Stéphy's. The dough is airy and easy to digest, the mozzarella is excellent, and they don't skimp on the ingredients. Whether you order a small or large, the price is reasonable, and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend it.

But relegated to a room that seems to be used for storage, everything is piled up there, a waitress shamelessly pushes you to order without any friendliness, and plastic cups are used.
Everything is done to bring the chef's performance down to the bottom of the scale.
Dinner is about food and atmosphere.
For the food, 20/20; for the atmosphere, 5/20.

28/04/2026: Truly exceptional pizzas, richly topped and flavorful, yet light and easy to digest. The owners' kindness and Anna's helpfulness made it all possible, making my husband's birthday party a reality. Congratulations!
11/04/2026: What a fun place! With over three dozen choices, one can find the toppings they like on their pies. Our server was fun, engaging and gave excellent service. She put up with my bad Italian. 😀 We had the vegetarian and the porcini pizzas. Both were excellent. I can eat a whole pizza, but most will be satisfied by sharing one for two people. In addition to local beers, wine is available by the glass.

25/04/2026: The food was very good, except for the side dish: the potatoes were inedible, not fresh, and had some "bad" parts (dark spots). I wouldn't offer them to customers when they were unpresentable!
16/02/2026: Good food and excellent pizza, although it used to be better than it is now.
Located in Trapani's historic center, the prices are affordable and the atmosphere is welcoming and quaint.
I recommend it.

Personale gentile, disponibile e con molta cura nei confronti del cliente, che dimostrano in ogni piccolo dettaglio. Io sono un'amante della pizza e qui ho mangiato la pizza più buona della mia vita! Alta, biscottata fuori e morbida dentro. Lievitata perfettamente, cosa che si può vedere dalle bolle sul bordo che restano vuote (come il pane). Saporita, ma non salata, gustosa e altamente digeribile, nonostante il lievito mi crei qualche problema, questa pizza non mi ha gonfiata affatto. Ci ritornerò sicuramente, già solo lei vale tutto il viaggio!

26/04/2026: A modest, nice pizzeria in the train station building. My husband and I ordered bruschetta (al pomodoro) and pizza Romana. The bruschetta was very nice, fresh, and delicious. The pizza was very good, with a delicious passata and excellent dough. And the prices were very reasonable. For bruschetta, pizza, a large beer, a small water, and a coperto, we paid €20.
25/04/2026: I stopped by for a day for work. Someone recommended this pizzeria near my B&B, and I had a great time! I was immediately welcomed, and I waited very little for the pizza to be prepared: delicious! Super soft, with a high crust, and pre-sliced...and I spent less than €10 😋
It's in the same building as the train station, and it's also very central! I'll be back 😊

28/02/2026: Burnt pizzas, raw and flavorless mushrooms (definitely left at the exit), incorrect orders, annoyed staff, and a rude owner. Some restaurateurs think they can treat their customers rudely (or condescendingly) as if they were doing them a favor. Humility, a smile, and helpfulness should be mandatory.

a fried seafood platter consisting of octopus, calamari, shrimp, and baby octopus. The fried food was pitiful; the octopus was hard and burnt, and the fried food was horrible. The potato croquettes were sour.

so much for bisque!!!!

Red shrimp bisque is a concentrated and velvety sauce, characterized by an intense, sweet, and persistent flavor that captures the pure essence of the sea. I WON'T ADD ANYTHING ELSE. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT.

09/05/2026: asked for medium rare steak, they took out a fully cooked meat which was clearly not a steak, then we asked if we can have a medium rare steak and they took out basically the same one just half the size - still not a steak. the drinks were warm and the whole experience was horrible because even after complaining they put it on our check and put things like "extra" on the check and when we asked to remove it since the meat was barely touched because it was not even eatable they refused.
shitty food, shitty service. we both work in hospitality and this is NOT how you act towards guests at all.
do yourself a favor and don't eat here.
08/05/2026: We came without checking the reviews and, sure enough, we were ripped off like typical tourists! The service was mediocre, as was the food... And don't even get me started on the bill: an unjustified €2.50 service charge, and a plate of fries cost €8! A restaurant that should have cost us around €50 for three people actually cost us €70 for three courses and three drinks! Avoid at all costs!
