30/01/2025: Even though we hadn't booked, we were seated relatively quickly. I recommend booking anyway, to be sure you can get a seat, at least on the weekend. The pizza is top, one of a kind, of infinite goodness. The pizzeria is special, also one of a kind. Fair service.

15/12/2024: Siamo andati in questo posto perché da tempo ne avevamo sentito parlare ,siamo arrivati con grande curiosità e aspettative ma ci ritroviamo a dover fare delle puntualizzazioni . Per quanto riguarda la location ambiente accogliente ,personale poco professionale,per quanto riguarda il cibo gli antipasti buoni anche se troppo moderate le quantità ,j primi il cous cous era buono , le busiate con la salsiccia scarna e i fusilli con la zucca non legavano con il condimento ,i secondi e il dolce ok . Nota dolente per quanto riguarda il vino in quanto telefonicamente mi è stato riferito che era compreso nel prezzo ,invece nel momento del conto ci rendiamo conto che era a parte circa 18 euro la bottiglia . Per quanto mi riguarda non considero professionale e seria un informazione telefonica illusoria. Quando ho riferito al proprietario l accaduto prontamente mi ha risposto che avrebbe richiamato il personale ma credo che nessun impiegato abbia voce in capitolo o prenda iniziativa di questo tipo. Qualità prezzo non proporzionato .

10/12/2024: Dagli antipasti al dolce e la frutta tutto molto buono, personale gentilissimo e premuroso. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente, sono rimasto molto soddisfatto.

09/02/2025: Vado quasi ogni settimana almeno una volta alla Quercia . I proprietari sono molto gentili ed ospitali. Le pietanze sono tutte buone sul menu dagli antipasti ai secondi. Adoro le patate vastase accompagnate da triangoli di focaccia,le busiate alla trapanese e le pizze. Spesso prendo la pizza rianata e la pizza antica con la tuma. Una vera specialità quest’ultima. La pizza è buonissima e digeribilissima. Spesso prendo metà rianata e mezza antica. Una vera goduria. Come dolce consiglio le Cassatelle che sono prodotte da loro. Ottime.
