I dined here and was completely satisfied. The dough faithfully reflects Trapani tradition, cooked to perfection.
Special mention goes to the oregano; I really appreciated the flavor of the fresh tomatoes, surprising considering it's out of season.
My fellow diners also praised the quality of the ingredients and the balanced flavors of all the pizzas. The service was precise and punctual, within a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for those seeking authentic local pizza.

21/01/2026: An old brothel transformed into a pizzeria, very original in style. The pizza used to be the epitome of originality and crispiness: it arrived already cut into squares, a technique I see used elsewhere today. I don't know if they copied it or if they were inspired by others.
I recently returned, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The pizza was inedible and, above all, impossible to digest: there were 12 of us, and only two people were satisfied. I don't know if they changed the dough or the ingredients, but the difference is definitely noticeable.
Unfortunately, for me, it failed.

Personale gentile, disponibile e con molta cura nei confronti del cliente, che dimostrano in ogni piccolo dettaglio. Io sono un'amante della pizza e qui ho mangiato la pizza più buona della mia vita! Alta, biscottata fuori e morbida dentro. Lievitata perfettamente, cosa che si può vedere dalle bolle sul bordo che restano vuote (come il pane). Saporita, ma non salata, gustosa e altamente digeribile, nonostante il lievito mi crei qualche problema, questa pizza non mi ha gonfiata affatto. Ci ritornerò sicuramente, già solo lei vale tutto il viaggio!

18/01/2026: The pizza is good, and after you order, the service is fast, but beforehand there are senseless waits, confusion, and absolute chaos. You can't talk because of the noise. Space is cramped, waiters and customers are jammed, children are running around, people are queuing at the entrance to get seats, only getting in the way of those already seated and barely making it to the bathroom. Of course, it's always busy, and it's better not to need one. On Saturday evening, takeout is available until 8:30 PM, for sure, because we arrived at that time and people were leaving with pizzas and family members, thus further chaos. Some people complained that even though they sat down early, they were waiting to take their order while others who arrived later were already starting to eat. Significant disorganization. Too bad. I repeat, the pizzas are good, and if the service were managed a little better, it would be a good alternative pizzeria. Mine is a criticism, but at the same time, it's primarily meant as advice. I understand that the business has been around for a while, so you could continue like this regardless of what I'm writing. Feel free to...
