A perfect combination of durum and soft wheat, and you can taste the quality of the workmanship. The toppings are generous yet balanced, with well-distributed mozzarella and even cooking. Even for takeout, the pizza arrived in perfect condition, not damp or squashed. You can see the attention and professionalism behind it.
