As soon as you walk in, you can smell the aroma of the oven and understand that pizza is a serious business here. Light dough, a crispy crust yet soft on the inside, and top-quality ingredients. I tried the charcoal pizza with pumpkin cream, sausage, and smoked provola: simply spectacular! A perfect blend of flavors, balanced and surprising. Attentive and friendly service, clearly showcasing the passion behind everything. Borgo Giarracca is a place you'll want to return to, each time with the certainty of eating a truly special pizza.

02/11/2025: The place is cute and welcoming. Small rooms and/or spaces for tables of varying sizes: there were nine of us around a large, comfortable square table in a private room slightly larger than the table, just enough to allow for table service. The pizza, with its soft dough, was very good.

14/11/2025: This evening, my wife and I ate an excellent gourmet pizza, and an equally spectacular dessert called montanara, made with fried pizza dough and then oven-dried with pears, ricotta, and chocolate. I was truly amazed. The waitress who welcomed and served us was very kind and professional, and even gave us some tips on the Emaia fair in Vittoria, which is taking place right now. I'd say it's a very positive experience.

29/06/2025: We took 2 pizzas to go last night. The pizza was okay, nothing special. Nice, well-kept environment, very kind staff. The problem was the price. A very common supplement of €2.50? We took 1 patapizza with sausage and the addition of the sausage was €2.50 and there were only 3 pieces. Are you kidding? That alone cost €11.50! For 2 pizzas with simple toppings we paid €24!! Take away!! I'm sorry, but since we're not in Piazza Navona, I won't be going back.

Despite the crowds and the chaos, the organization is perfect, and we're served in no time. The atmosphere is pleasant, tidy, and welcoming, ideal for a dinner with friends or family. 12/10/2025: We’ve been there twice so far and were very happy both times. The restaurant is nicely tucked away on a side street, yet right in the very centre. The food is delicious and the service is quick and friendly. We tried the octopus with guacamole, pasta with mushrooms and guanciale, grilled vegetables, mixed grilled meat, and of course two different pizzas — all excellent! The décor isn’t particularly impressive, but it’s simple and welcoming — and in a restaurant, it’s really the good food and friendly atmosphere that matter more than fancy decorations.

10/10/2025: This authentic Italian restaurant and pizzeria is located in a back alley and seems to have been around for a long time. We recommend the seafood pizza La Contea and the daily special pasta. Open from 7pm (may vary depending on the season).

05/10/2025: I booked for 9pm and they seated us for 9.30pm... despite this, they sat us at a table in a corner where customers and staff pass through, where we were in the way, so we had to get up and sit down to let them pass, eating badly... how do you feed your customers... we will never set foot in this place again

05/09/2025: A few weeks ago I ate a delicious plate of fettuccine allo scoglio, excellent, very good and very kind and efficient. But above all Giovanna, I was in a crazy hurry and Giovanna had the spaghetti arrive for me in 15 minutes as promised.
