Abbiamo più volte scelto di pranzare/cenare, non solo per la qualità e bontà del cibo, ma anche per la cordialità e disponibilità del Sig. Mimmo e dei suoi familiari. Abbiamo apprezzato le tagliatelle allo scrigno, i secondi a base di pesce e gli antipasti tipici siciliani. Porzioni abbondanti e gustose. Torneremo sicuramente

We arrived at the parking lot, they gave us an entry ticket, registering our car's entry. We asked the parking coordinator if there was availability. The guy's response was: YES, you can park your car, so far so good (let's say). We took a walk because the parking lot is after the gas station. We went inside to reception, and the girl at the desk responded, "We're sold out." This resulted in no apology from reception! We returned to the parking lot, and the parking guy himself tried to apologize for the poor service. I objected, saying that these things shouldn't be done. Please come to an agreement by clarifying matters and ensuring constant communication between the parking lot and reception. We left the parking lot with disappointment. I'm sorry, but this incident needed to be reported. I've also seen other negative reviews. Ask yourself a question and give yourself an answer.
