Fillet steak thin like it has been cut with a razor blade.
Basically you pay for the spot not for the food .
Service is good, the gentleman who served us very polite also the lady .

02/08/2025: The food is pretty good at the restaurant, we both had pasta and the portions are just the right size to not over face you. The location is great in a bustling part of the town with the exterior made pretty with flowers oustide.
The main downside is the service, I waited at the menu board band ended up going to the bar inside to find a waiter to take us to a table. For the rest of the meal we had to chase the waiters more than once for drinks and the bill etc..The restaurant is losing customers by not being proactive as they simply got the the two next door which have really great waiter service.

01/08/2025: Risotto was poor and purely tasted of butter. service was poor. Told us we couldn’t have spaghetti and risotto because they’d have to cook both. Overall a very bad experience - not worth the money

20/07/2025: We visited the beach, but you have to make a reservation if you want to be closer to the water and if you want to be there at all. 30 euros per person for a whole day sunbed with an umbrella. Well, we refused 90 euros for three....we shouldn't be on the Riviera, Cannes, Nice....?!?!?! We sat in the restaurant above the sunbeds, eating pizza and drinking beer. The pizza is great, I recommend it. I took the child down to the beach to take a bath, as one of the staff, I don't know what he was like...a security guard might have asked me if we were on a sunbed, because if we weren't we couldn't bathe there, we could only go for a walk. I had to tell him in a sharper tone and explain that my husband and I were at the establishment and only the grandfather would bathe. I simply have no words. My one star is for the nice pizza and beer. I don't have a star for the policy and prices of this beach

07/08/2025: We had a very good meal. We found the "Gorgonzola Gnocchi," atypical for southern Italy, here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The meat was cooked to perfection, and the pasta with seafood was also very tasty. We can't say that the waiters were unfriendly. Everyone was friendly, and they even swatted the wasps away from under our noses with an electric tennis racket. All good. Thank you.

Food was fine, service needs improvement.
Seated quickly, menus issued, drinks prompt. Food arrived and literally chucked on the table. Fish was fine but wasn’t filleted as per the menu and so was returned to the kitchen to be done. No Parmesan offered with the pasta - had to be asked for. First bottle of wine returned as it was corked. Water was good though.

Si viene subito accolti da un aperitivo di benvenuto e, in alcune sere, da gruppi di musica tradizionale. Personale disponibile e gentile.

22/07/2025: We arrived a little early to eat pizza on the Granduca terrace, but the pizzeria wasn't open yet. Despite this, the staff was incredibly welcoming: they sat us down anyway and offered us a glass of prosecco while we waited, telling us to enjoy the view. And what a view! The sunset over the bay of Taormina is truly magical. The kindness and courtesy of the entire staff made the evening even more enjoyable. And the pizza? Truly delicious, with a light dough and
quality ingredients.
22/07/2025: I've been there for dinner several times, and the service was excellent. The service is very good. I want to highlight the waiter, Axel, and the tall, bearded young man who took our order.
The atmosphere is remarkable, with a view of the sea, Capo Taormina. I was lucky enough to see an incredible red moon the first time I went. Excellent place for a variety of occasions, from a date to a family dinner or a private event.

Small portions at prices you wouldn't even see in Piazza Duomo.
The dishes, in my opinion, aren't typical of a trattoria.
I definitely don't recommend them.

30/07/2025: Revestido aquí de nuevo después de nuestra última visita hace 3 años, y recomendaría a cualquiera que quiera comer aquí para probar su comida y bebidas.
El propietario reconoció de inmediato cuando nos vio en nuestra noche de 1 calle de vuelta en Taormina después de una brecha de 3 años. nos recibió como amigos perdidos hace mucho tiempo y era muy hablador y nos dio la bienvenida allí.
Magdalana nos reconoció también y tuvimos una buena charla mientras placiong nuestra orden con ella.
Ambiente muy relajado allí y todo el personal allí es cálido y tranquilo.
La comida es buena y los precios muy razonables también, nuestros amigos que estaban con nosotros también quedaron impresionados con la comida y los precios.
tampoco te apuran así que te sientas, comes, bebes y te relajas sin que te apuren.
29/07/2025: Girando per i vicoletti , abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante ordinando dei secondi carne ( involtini e filetto ) veramente dí eccellente qualità. Serviti dal proprietario e dai collaboratori attenti e disponibili .
