06/01/2025: Due aperol spritz 14 € serviti male con pacchetto di patatine minuscolo, senza tovaglioli!!!! Non voglio immaginare per una pizza, il mutuo!!

13/11/2024: This restaurant in the small village of Forza D'Agra has two lives really , one for when its quiet and caters for a small number of guests and when it caters for large groups of tourists on the Godfather tour. We saw both worlds and were amazed how well the restaurant / cafe coped considering it is a family run place where several family members are quite elderly and not in their prime. We saw when the large groups arrived many were impatient and demanding expecting all staff to speak fluent English and provide instant service. Ok so we saw the odd mistake being made and a few language challenges but many of these tourists forget they are in Italy and not a downtown cafe in New York ! We just loved this place and sat and had a few beers and enjoyed a lovely Margarita pizza cooked in the wood fired oven when the place was nice and quiet, we watched the manic arrival of the tour party and sat back and watched with interest , when they left and calm returned we enjoyed a few more beers. Ok we do speak Italian to a reasonable standard which helps but were amazed at how well this place is run and the food was just amazing

18/10/2024: Péssimo servizio. Personale maleducato ed incompetente. Assurdo che un bar di fronte alla cattedrale, pieno di turisti, non abbia opzione di bevande vegetali. Da evitare.

13/07/2024: Ci siamo trovati benissimo sia con il personale sempre gentile e premuroso e soprattutto con il cibo, fresco e molto buono.

01/05/2025: Insieme a mio marito, abbiamo gustato il pranzo odierno presso il Ristorante La Vela. Per l'occasione venivano proposti alcuni dei piatti più richiesti dalla clientela. Noi abbiamo preso : antipasto degustazione misto mare con 4 specialità calde e 4 fredde , spaghetti con le cozze, frittura mista di pesce e un delizioso tiramisù . Il tutto innaffiato con due calici di bollicine. Definire la qualità del cibo, il gusto e la presentazione è possibile con una parola: SUPERLATIVO 👍🏻 Location bellissima sullo Stretto di Messina, servizio ottimo preparato e veloce, pulizia di tutti gli ambienti encomiabile e........Buon Primo Maggio 🥂
