27/12/2025: Terrible service... The waiter made us wait ages to order, to receive our food, and even to pay... The waiter was very unfriendly, arrogant, and confrontational... The pizzas weren't anything special either. I've never eaten worse in a restaurant.

10/03/2026: A terrible experience. If I could give it zero stars, I would, and I'm disappointed because I've always loved ordering from them. After ordering pizza slices from them via Just Eat, after several minutes I see that the order is listed as delivered on the app, but in reality I haven't received anything. So I try calling the pizzeria, and after several attempts and minutes, they answer, telling me that they've tried to call me in vain and, unable to reach me, the girl returned to the pizzeria with my order. First of all, they tell me that I'd entered my last name in the "wrong" order (it was actually correct; I just checked the app to immediately prove them wrong), then that they didn't think the intercom had my last name. They then put me through to the delivery girl, who absolutely insisted there was no intercom with my last name on it, which is a shame, in fact, there is. I even tried to hypothesize that she might have used the wrong door (since there are several nearby), but they were never willing to admit a possible mistake, placing the blame on me because they told me verbatim, "I've looked at all the doors, the last name isn't there," even though I was obviously telling them that the last name is on both the outside and inside gates. Clearly annoyed that they were taking the lion's share, blaming me for not being reachable by phone and perhaps for having mocked them on the intercom, causing the girl to waste her time, I then explained that making mistakes is human and understandable, but it's unprofessional to pass the blame without admitting a mistake. Nevertheless, I asked if it was possible to return them to me and that, to accommodate the girl's difficulty in finding the doorbell, I would be downstairs. After my request, I heard a voice (I assume it was the owner) annoyedly shout, "Tell them we'll bring them back as they are," meaning cold, without remaking or reheating them. So I told them they could keep them and handled the matter through Just Eat. Mistakes can happen to anyone; the problem is how they're handled. There was zero courtesy and respect when an apology and repair would have been enough. Instead, there was a lack of professionalism, rudeness, arrogance, no accountability, and zero attention to the customer. Never again. Edit in response to the owner's comment below: As I suspected, you have zero self-criticism, and you even write false things. I didn't even dare to tease anyone. You were the ones who accused me of not answering the phone without apologizing for not finding the apartment, actually claiming there was no intercom with my last name on it... the mistake is forgivable, the presumption and arrogance are not, but then again, it's all clear from the response you gave me and many others. Moreover, the phone number was indeed on the order, so much so that you called me from the Just Eat number because I received the message since I was busy with another conversation at the time. I also tried calling back, but obviously it said it didn't exist. Furthermore, you are the first to not answer the various calls I made as soon as I saw that the order had been delivered. But you should be ashamed of writing untrue things and apologize instead, it would make a better impression. Thanks for the advice, but it wasn't necessary. There's no shortage of pizzerias in Sassari, and I'll gladly do without your rudeness. My advice, however, is to change jobs given your total inadequacy.

18/04/2026: A decidedly disappointing experience. I ordered a steak, which unfortunately turned out to be tough as concrete and difficult to eat. My mother and sister's pizzas fared no better: very little toppings, low-quality ingredients, and an excessive use of spices that overpowered the flavors. Even the tiramisu was a disappointment for us, who are lovers of the genre: the biscuits were too dry and the cream was too much and cloying. The service seemed rushed and inattentive, and the setting was excessively chaotic and noisy, making conversation impossible. I do not recommend it.
