16/11/2025: Even though the restaurant was packed, even on a Sunday lunch, we didn't even have time to finish our order before the dishes were already on the table! A varied menu, something for all tastes! Fresh, freshly prepared dishes, with generous portions. Elegant and well-kept restaurant, courteous and professional service! Superb value! Highly recommended

12/11/2025: The overall experience was decent, but with its ups and downs. The meat wasn't particularly flavorful or tender, and the fries were too greasy, probably because they were cooked in less-than-fresh oil. The accompanying focaccia, however, was a positive: it was truly delicious, fragrant, and well-seasoned. Overall, a place that could improve significantly with a little more attention to the quality and cooking of the main dishes.

24/10/2025: Wonderful restaurant! The pizza is out of this world! Every meal we had here was delicious and the service was excellent. Friendly and welcoming. We were there somewhat off season, but many people still came from other towns and the restaurant still had good business. I highly recommend this place.

07/10/2025: Well, what can I say! We spent a wonderful family evening in this wonderful, yet familiar place. We've known Filippo for many years now, and he never disappoints! Friendliness, kindness, and great professionalism...number 1! The best in Stintino...delicious food and great customer service. When we decide to spend a carefree evening and eat well, the sarago is always our first choice...thank you so much, and see you soon!

29/10/2025: We were there in September and it was truly a gem. The food was excellent and the waiters were very friendly. We spent a wonderful afternoon on the terrace. Highly recommended if you're in Fertilia, as I don't think there's another place quite like this restaurant.

24/10/2025: Went for lunch. Was told much of the menu wasn't available as it was lunchtime(!), including pizza not offered at lunchtime for some strange reason. Annoyingly we only found this out after trying to order. All very odd despite being called Ristorante "Pizzeria" il Paguro! Roasted boar also wasn't available which was my second choice. So in the end we were left with a very limited selection of lunchtime choices which was disappointing. Outdoor patio gazebo is very nice to sit in, but unfortunately the roof structure helps the cigarette smoke to linger for all the non-smoking patrons while eating. Service seemed abit off to me, they weren't particularly busy at all but it almost felt like they were overwhelmed. Desserts were good, though nothing exceptional enough to make me return. I have many favourite restaurants in the Alghero/Fertilia area so don't think I'll be returning il Paguro.
