01/04/2024: Let me start by saying that as a regular customer I have always praised this pizza, as it is excellent. Except today. Today, the pizzas were terrible. Completely raw. Still still fresh dough. Nothing to say about the condiments but the base was inedible as it was thrown away on the second slice. What can I say, a disappointment that will cost you two customers less. The next batch of not one, but three more eyes, what's going to happen to people's stomachs?

03/04/2024: Very nice place, good pizza but the service is not up to par! I booked a table the day before and when I arrive they want me to sit on a counter and to top it off, customers who arrive 20/30 minutes later than me are served first!

02/04/2024: I hate leaving negative reviews but, pizzas ordered for 9.40pm, at 10pm nothing, I call and he tells me that the pizzas are ready, and they are waiting for the pizza rack, they arrive after 20 minutes, obviously lukewarm! And obviously with the 2 euros for delivery, you would have made a better impression not to wear them but whatever. I open the pizza and am surprised by a nice central hair. To avoid writing a review I call the place who answers and puts me on hold. I end the call and I communicate my dissent to you with two stars. 1 more because the pizza, despite being cold, wasn't bad.

29/12/2023: It's our reference pizzeria. We have always found the pizzas excellent, with a punctual home delivery service and with thermal containers always guaranteeing the heat of the pizzas ordered. The possibility of paying with a debit card at home, thanks to the adoption of a portable POS, is an indispensable plus for us. The dough is always easy to digest and the raw materials in the toppings have always seemed excellent so far. Well done! but be careful, don't lower the quality, because in Quartu and in the area where we live, the possibility of choosing different pizzerias is enormous.

21/12/2023: Small place, but very very nice and welcoming. Impeccable cleanliness. Really friendly and attentive staff. I ordered a margherita pizza with lactose-free mozzarella, good although I was expecting a different, more crumbly dough, still good and light. To while away the wait they also served delicious fresh fried potatoes and a cherry tomato salad. Possibility to choose the dough between various types, and also the very interesting possibility of taking just a slice of pizza to season to your liking. I will definitely come back to try some other specialties. Congratulations for your kindness, I felt well treated and super pampered. Thanks 😊

26/07/2023: Mi sono trovata ad Uta di passaggio e sono entrata in questa pizzeria per prendere una pizza "personalizzata". La proprietaria vedendomi con un pancino di indubbia gravidanza ha interrotto il conto del signore che stava servendo per darmi la precedenza . La mia pizza è stata servita in meno 5 minuti. Indipendentemente dalla qualità dell'impasto e dei prodotti, a cui do il massimo dei voti, merita 5 stelle soprattutto per l'attenzione al cliente. Altamente consigliato

05/04/2024: Contacted us last month for a quote: a wedding anniversary dinner. After a few days I received the proposal for 40/50 guests as I requested. Proposal that granted one of their rooms exclusively and two options, dinner served at the table or alternatively buffet dinner with different costs. The proposal interested me so much that I went, after indicating the contact, at the times indicated to talk in person and understand any other variations. Arrived on the scheduled day, Mr. A, contact person writing the emails, was not present. I was welcomed by the facility staff who apologized for the absence of Mr. A, who had had to move to work for another facility. I speak with the Chef who gives me information on the dishes offered and I am shown the only available room. The same evening, I always contact Mr. A. by email referring to my visit and the small change that they would have liked to make to the menu . Absolute silence for a week after sending 2 reminder emails and a phone call asking to be contacted. Today I received a reply via email where the estimate was changed by as much as 5.00 euros per person and I was informed that the room that had been proposed to me would only be available for 50 guests and up. I went there to better understand why he was retracting what he proposed. It goes without saying that he found a very unwelcoming person, he stated unknown reasons with an unprofessional manner who claimed to have explained everything via email that it was not convenient for him to give the room exclusively to less than 50 guests. I wonder if I know that my guests are between 40 and 50 and I ask you for a proposal because you are offering me an exclusive room, yet it is clear at a glance that 40 is less than 50. When I refer to the 5.00 more per person he tells me but how do you eat the cake and do you wash the plates and forks? It just wasted my time. I felt sorry for the boy and the Chef who welcomed me on the first evening because due to the owner's rudeness he definitely didn't go to taste their cuisine
