25/10/2025: A whole different class of pizza! We were absolutely thrilled! The pizza at Floris was definitely a completely different quality than what we're used to. We tried the Pizza dalla Casa and the Pizza Sarda, and both were unique and tasted fantastic. A must for every pizza lover! Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

20/10/2025: Excellent pizzeria! Everything was delicious, from the pizzas to the appetizers, and the prices were the same, but not too high. What I appreciated most was the friendliness of the staff and the homey feel. The atmosphere was simple and welcoming, with a very welcome Sardinian touch. The only downside: it can get a bit crowded when the place is full, but it's still worth it!

31/10/2025: First time... recommended by several acquaintances, we went to this place. So, first of all, the pinseria products are excellent, perhaps slightly revisited, but for the better, as the ingredients, i.e., the raw materials, are 100% better than those from Rome. The first courses are truly delicate, much more digestible than those from Lazio. Let's talk about the wines... Excellent selection from Alghero wineries with a fantastic range of varietals, from Vermentino to Cagnulari, Cannonau to Bovale Sardo, etc.... Excellent choice from the winery as the main attraction. Staff... We were very impressed by the young staff, who were knowledgeable in pouring glasses and checking the quality of the bottles. I was particularly surprised by a hostess named Alessandra who served us. After countless questions asking for descriptions of the dishes and wines, including the desserts, she responded with impeccable precision, detailing every detail, especially the grape varieties on the wines we ordered, and especially the origins of the ingredients used in the pinsa. The owner is certainly very selective when it comes to finding professional staff. We will definitely be back. Location rating: A+++, food: A++++++ Staff: A+++++++++ Well done!!!

20/10/2025: A small pizzeria with limited seating. Most orders are delivered or picked up. The service was very good and friendly. The menu is also available in English and German. The best part, though, was the quality of the pizza! We had five different ones, and each one was simply delicious. The crust was thin and crispy. The prices are rather low for such high quality. Highly recommended!

27/08/2025: We stayed in this wonderful hotel the week after Ferragosto... What can I say? Everything was perfect!! Starting with the owners, who are disarmingly kind, and the same can be said of all the staff, who are efficient and beyond courteous. The rooms are comfortable and super clean, and the restaurant/pizzeria stands out for its excellent value. We highly recommend it!

Clean place, the team was kind and welcoming, especially the owner, extremely friendly and helpful, not at all predictable given the times we live in. Not to mention the waiter Simone, professional, polite, friendly. I celebrated my birthday and everything was perfect. Among other things, with 2 people with celiac disease, they were careful about cross-contamination of the steak and fries. Thanks Nicolino, we will be back soon. Highly recommended.

13/11/2025: In a previous review where I mentioned the bathroom (certainly not accessible to disabled people, but not very dignified or decorous even for able-bodied people), the prompt response referred to other bathrooms that customers would never use. During my last dinner there, I asked for directions to the bathroom and was directed to the usual one. When I asked about any alternative bathrooms, I received puzzled looks. Bottom line: if there are other bathrooms, the staff isn't aware of them. I reiterate my previous review: the pizza is good, but a place is also judged by its ambiance and services, and I think the bathroom is disreputable and poorly maintained, as well as not accessible to people with mobility disabilities.

31/10/2025: It's a pleasure to eat a special pizza and drink beer with friends in this place, where you can chat peacefully at the table without any background noise. Very tasty pizza and top-notch service.
