We were absolutely thrilled! The pizza at Floris was definitely a completely different quality than what we're used to. We tried the Pizza dalla Casa and the Pizza Sarda, and both were unique and tasted fantastic. A must for every pizza lover! Five stars!

06/01/2026: We ordered to eat at home, but unfortunately, I have to say we were left hungry. The pizzas were lousy, and most of them were burnt. Plus, we ordered tempura vegetables with a can of Coke, and they didn't even arrive. The rude delivery driver's response was, "For €79, give me €70 and we'll be fine."
That said, I don't think I'll ever order from here again.
21/12/2025: The new management was a pleasant surprise. We had pizzas, and what can I say?! Amazing dough, tasty and light. We will definitely be back to try the first courses, especially the pasta alla genovese 😍😍. PS: Congratulations to the skill of the girl who served us, for her kindness and ability to interact with the customers.

Specializing in pizzerias and restaurants, wonderful service, a beautiful and welcoming place, and fair prices for the quality. If you want to eat truly well, this is the place to go. 10/01/2026: A truly enjoyable evening at this pizzeria! We were all very satisfied with both the excellent quality of the pizza, which was tasty and easy to digest, and the welcoming atmosphere.
Special praise goes to Giacomo, who looked after us with professionalism, kindness, and attention throughout the evening, helping to make the experience even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back!!
02/01/2026: The worst pizza of my life. Burnt, soggy, and even cold (they must have been brought out at least 6 or 7 minutes after they were ready). But the saddest thing was the owner's comment. "Sorry, we were closed for the holidays, and the dough had been in the refrigerator for a couple of days."
Dear owner, if you think the dough isn't good, throw it away, don't sell it. A note about the service, too; if you're not a regular customer, you're practically a ghost.

10/01/2026: Family lunch. The restaurant also offers outdoor seating, but given the cold temperatures, we sat inside. In my opinion, the place is dimly lit inside. The wait time is a bit long. The staff is friendly, and the prices are a bit above average. Typical Roman cuisine. The supplì, artichokes alla giudia, and zucchini flowers are excellent. The carbonara was decent, but too creamy for my taste buds. Not up to the standards of a carbonara I've had in Rome. My first experience here, but it was still decent.
03/01/2026: The restaurant has very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I personally ordered a carbonara, various supplí, and the tiramisu, all very good.
I recommend the experience.

20/10/2025: A small pizzeria with limited seating. Most orders are delivered or picked up. The service was very good and friendly. The menu is also available in English and German.
The best part, though, was the quality of the pizza! We had five different ones, and each one was simply delicious. The crust was thin and crispy.
The prices are rather low for such high quality.
Highly recommended!
