We were absolutely thrilled! The pizza at Floris was definitely a completely different quality than what we're used to. We tried the Pizza dalla Casa and the Pizza Sarda, and both were unique and tasted fantastic. A must for every pizza lover! Five stars!

19/02/2026: I had lunch at this restaurant on Tuesday, February 17, and had a truly positive experience. The restaurant is located slightly outside of Tivoli's city center, but it's definitely worth the trip.
The setting is elegant and welcoming, with a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The menu offers refined, beautifully presented dishes and generous portions. Everything I tried was well-prepared, with quality ingredients and perfect pairings.
The service was courteous and attentive, the timing was right, and the overall experience was excellent. I would gladly return and recommend it to anyone looking for refined cuisine in a pleasant setting, even outside the most central areas.

01/03/2026: The pinsas are good, but last night I didn't have a great experience... we ordered at 8:40 PM and the dishes arrived at 9:50 PM (1:10 AM) due to a problem with the water boiler, which a waiter informed us. I ordered a carbonara, but it arrived lukewarm, almost cold (I would have had it remade, but given the biblical waiting times, I didn't know what time I'd receive the dish, so I gave up...). At least the tiramisu saved this disastrous dinner.

I wasn't satisfied from the quality of my sea food pizza, I was expecting more, at least in the variety of seafood and the quantity of sea food.

12/03/2026: We've been coming here for years but today I had something different, a hamburger and fries, good, good, good, completely satisfied.
12/03/2026: Three of us stopped by for lunch.
A quick break.
We enjoyed two rib-eye menus and a burger menu. They were really good, nice and large, with generous sides.
The meat was very tender and delicious.
The staff was kind and available for any request.
Highly recommended.

20/10/2025: Ordered pizza to go on a Friday and then on a Monday. Each day the pizzas were made within five minutes. We were able to order in English. Very friendly and great service. The pizza crust, sauce and cheese were tasty. The cheese had a creaminess that we don’t get in Germany. We were staying in Chia and drove the 10 minutes one way to pick up the pizzas. Well worth the drive. Overall, highly recommend. Would do it again.

Tip: Book a table because the place sells out in no time!

They offer what you'd expect from a tidy place, with terrible acoustics, frequented by loyal customers (so it seemed to us) without any particular culinary demands or expectations. In our opinion and for our tastes, the pizza offered is an option (....quality, toppings, variety...) and the "homemade" desserts are average. Friendly, fast, attentive. Excellent. In our opinion, that's not enough, but it's also true that everything is geared towards the tastes, needs, and type of clientele. I won't be one of them: we happened upon it and gained experience. Just once! Thank you for the welcome and with all due respect, I bid you farewell.
