18/06/2026: The quality-price ratio is excellent. The decor is economical. You order and pay. You wait your turn by calling a number. You pick up your plate and find a place where there's space, with tables that customers are supposed to clean themselves. There's practically no service.

16/05/2026: The atmosphere is beautiful, even though I asked for a table inside and they put me in the storage room. I didn't order the pizza anyway, because I'd definitely have waited a long time on a Saturday night. I had a roast, good sausage, and slightly greasy bombette. I don't recommend the house wine; it tastes like nothing. The Parma platter was a spectacle, delicious. The only flaw is the rush the staff puts on. I go out to relax, not to be anxious. I understand it's Saturday, but you make people anxious. The price is fair, and parking is great.

14/05/2026: It's not my first time there, but it never disappoints. Last time, we had a table of excellent appetizers and a few pizzas in the center; this time, it was just pizza. Really good, thin, crispy, and easy to digest. The place is welcoming, spacious, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Compliments to the pizza chef.

11/04/2026: Debatable, both the pizza and dessert I chose from the menu were unavailable(???) last night, and it wasn't clearly indicated on the menu. Furthermore, the reservation was for 9, but there were 8 of us, and we still paid for 9 covers. Fortunately, in Puglia, you have a wide choice.

The ingredients used were of the highest quality and crafted with superb skill. A special thanks to Alessio, who guided us with such kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended.

07/07/2026: I'll start by saying I didn't dine there, but... Cycling back from Locorotondo to Alberobello, I was looking for a bar for a cold beer. I passed by and, thinking it was a bar, stopped. I met Mimmo, who not only granted my wish, but also offered me a beer. It was a relaxing break, spent chatting between two longtime friends. I stopped by the next day to thank him again, and after a coffee (also on offer), I continued my journey toward Ostuni, promising to return for dinner when I return to Puglia. Thank you again, Mimmo, an example of the finest Southern hospitality, and Apulian hospitality in particular.

They are simply fantastic and reflect the high standards of the entire establishment. The Cuisine: We offer top-notch cuisine. The dishes are true works of art: the presentation is meticulous, but the flavor reigns supreme. Quality of Ingredients: You can clearly taste that the food is fresh and top-quality. 29/06/2026: A haven of peace, order, and cleanliness, enveloped in the scents of Salento, fiery red sunsets between the typical Apulian dry-stone walls and the foliage of the majestic palm trees. The rooms smell fresh and clean, with extremely comfortable mattresses and spacious rooms, and the high arched tuff ceilings are typical. Beautiful. The food at the table is divine, featuring only fresh, local produce. I don't know if the reviewer was "limited in choice" or just pretending, but the lack of a mile-long menu of dishes is certainly a sign of quality, as is the case with the best restaurants throughout Italy. The outdoor spaces are spacious, so my four-year-old son was able to run and play freely and safely. All this while sharing a laugh with the owners, who are kind and warm-hearted, always available and ready to meet every need. The location is also strategic, making it easy to quickly reach both the sea (8 minutes by car) and the nearest towns. If you pass through Manduria, you can't miss this place. It's truly a special place, one of those places that enters your heart and stays there forever.
