03/11/2025: I've often been there for organized events or simply for dinner with friends, taking advantage of the children's entertainment. It's cheerful and welcoming, and the staff is exceptionally knowledgeable. We've always returned, and we will again and again.

02/11/2025: Scacco Matto is a great place for delicious pizza in Martina Franca. The dough is thin and well-baked, the ingredients are fresh and of really good quality. It's clear that everything is prepared with attention to taste. The friendly, unobtrusive service and pleasant atmosphere are also a plus. It's definitely worth returning.

The price is very low compared to the excellent quality of the products. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious pizza at a good price. 😃

12/09/2025: What a wonderful night. Food was exceptional! Family owned restaurant where brother cooks and sister serves. They even gave us a tour of there property that has been in family for generations. We found this restaurant late one evening and was not disappointed. Only problem leaving area today...would love to go back. A MUST VISIT!

Professionally managed by two young people (sister and brother) with love and dedication to their work they satisfy their customers. The will of these young people is to be rewarded ... I will definitely return to taste other specialties excellent on the palate and very beautiful to the eye!!!!

22/10/2025: Luckily, my boss always lets me discover new places when I come to the restaurant, and this pizzeria is one of them! The gluten-free pizza I ordered was truly fabulous, as were the pizzas served with various dough types. They also had many delicious appetizers and local specialties that sold out in no time. This characteristic stone restaurant features vaulted ceilings of various sizes. They've added a covered outdoor veranda that can accommodate many, many people. Definitely worth a visit and try for the pizza, appetizers, and meat, even for special dietary needs. The staff are impeccable in their service, as are all the staff and the owners. Thank you for the thoughtfulness and attention they gave me last night! Thanks again, and definitely stop by if you're in the Martina Franca area!

19/10/2025: It rarely happens that I want to write a review after the second bite. And this evening, it happened. Excellent pizza, sublime, quality ingredients, perfect cooking, excellent dough. Fantastic pizza alla norma!! Congratulations! We always happily return every year after the wedding fair, and every year it gets better. Excellent service, impeccable cleanliness. The only flaw?!? You're too far for us, since we come from Manduria 😅

14/09/2025: Excellent...because excellent is an understatement...it's become our favorite restaurant. In the photo, fried calamari with zucchini...tender Angus steak...crusty pizza...sublime pistachio cheesecake...the staff is courteous and helpful. The place is spotless. Go visit them, you won't regret it.

13/09/2025: I'll start by saying I can't comment on the quality of the food because, after waiting about 20 minutes to order, we were told we'd have to wait at least 45 minutes for the pizzas we were supposed to order, and were told to order appetizers we didn't want. Obviously, we had no choice but to get up and leave. Since most of the customers were there for the pizza, I'd recommend either increasing the number of pizza chefs or reducing the number of tables.

10/12/2025: Martina Franca is a beautiful city. You can easily stop for lunch under the porticoes. The place is welcoming, the staff friendly, and the food reflects our traditions. A shout out to the owner who welcomed us in the square, and to our Calabrian friends with whom we shared an excellent rosemary digestive. See you soon 😉👍

08/11/2025: The pizza was excellent, especially the one with cereal dough. The staff was friendly and the service was good. The only flaw was that we suffered a bit from the heat.

11/09/2025: Albarosa Pizzeria Gastronomia has become a go-to place for me. I often get takeout pizzas, even by the meter, and they never disappoint. The dough is light and flavorful, the toppings always generous and well-balanced. The quality is evident in every bite. And I say this as a Neapolitan: the pizza here is truly delicious! Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy excellent pizza made the right way.

05/11/2025: Everything was spectacular, high-quality cuisine...from appetizers to dessert! Too much!

18/10/2025: Despite making a reservation in advance, we were given a very uncomfortable seat by the entrance. Pasta dishes were slightly smaller in portions than usual. No appetizer combinations possible, the red wine was ice-cold, and the bread was definitely not fresh, with some of the tiramisu still frozen. It's a shame, because we used to be happier!

30/11/2025: A welcoming atmosphere, with attentive service from the friendly, courteous, and highly professional staff, supported by the kitchen, which serves traditional dishes while maintaining old traditions with innovative touches without being overly pretentious. The entire establishment is run by a family that has grown up with the public. Prices are normal and don't increase due to tourism.

23/11/2025: A quiet little place just outside Locorotondo. Good appetizers, fast service, and fair prices. The house wine is a little tart, but it depends on your taste. The mixed roast meat is good; I recommend the appetizers. The pizza is worth trying.
