02/01/2025: Per il primo del 2025 con la mia coppia di amici storici io e mia moglie ci siamo recati presso questo ristorante in una location suggestiva per l'appunto in un vecchio frantoio....davvero bella così come è stata altrettanto bella l accoglienza del personale tutto ma ancora di più la qualità e la bontà del cibo servito. 12/12/2024: Intimate venue, atmosphere and attention to detail almost like a starred restaurant. We let the owner guide us on how to best enjoy the pizza and he offered us various tastings, excellent raw materials as well as an excellent selection of craft beers, the price definitely in line for the type of table service and the culinary experience . Highly recommended for those who want an out-of-the-ordinary dinner in a pizzeria, nothing similar can be found in the province of Taranto today. I will definitely return.

11/12/2024: A wedding favor in the center of Martina Franca, a small but finely furnished environment in which a relaxing English green reigns supreme, with all the details in the right place. Amazing pizzas with extensive use of San Marzano tomatoes. I ate that PROVOLA E PEPE, it was amazing. It is recommended

28/12/2024: I arrived because it was recommended by a dear friend... well, never before has advice been better to choose a new place, we immediately appreciated the place, beautiful, spacious, tastefully furnished, after all it's a pizzeria, it was me, mine wife, our child, and a couple of our cousins, we took some pasta omelettes, amazing, croquettes split in the middle and seasoned with provola capocollo and tomato, which I tell you to do and chips with peel... the pizzas, 1 margherita and one recommended by the excellent waiter Dino (among other things, a friend of the person who recommended the place to me) with pumpkin cream, cardoncelli and I don't remember what else... 2 split sizes with cherry tomatoes , rocket and parmesan, everything absolutely delicious, the pizza among the 3 best I have ever eaten, omelettes and croquettes the best I have ever eaten, the dessert between cheesecake and babbà, the very, very good cheesecakes, but the dream babbà for flavour, the right impregnation and the very fresh babbà, then at the end the touch of class that I would never have expected in a pizzeria, and this says a lot about the professionalism of those who work and manages this place, my cousin and I asked for 2 Ron, they were served with dark chocolate and here's the touch of class... with 2 glasses of water and ice to "clean" the mouth and better savor the Ron…what can I say, congratulations to them, highly recommended

24/12/2024: Due stelle sarebbe troppo punitivo tuttavia ci si avvicina. Le premesse erano buone: possibilità di scegliere, oltre alla farina tradizionale, la multicereali e la Senatore Cappelli. Vegetariana con Senatore Cappelli. Pomodoro troppo forte, melanzane (molte tagliate anche spesse) e zucchine poco cotte, dure. E quindi no.

01/12/2024: We took some scrocchiarella daisies (higher price than the classic dough) and as you can see they are small, dry and with little seasoning (even the sauce) so much so that we didn't finish them because it was useless to eat dry pasta that scratched our palates It's been a long time since I ordered them, if it's a bad day it doesn't matter, it can happen to anyone, if it's the new standard things change... the arduous sentence for posterity!

26/11/2024: Locale molto carino peccato sia un poco piccolo. Pizza molto buona sia quella tradizionale che la scrocchiarella. Impasto molto leggero e digeribile. Prezzi adeguati. Da ritornare
