18/07/2025: We were there for work, and were welcomed as if we were their grandchildren. The owners, Filippo and Rosaria, are two genuine, hard-working people who do everything they can to make their guests feel welcome and cared for, as do their daughters who help them, who are also tireless. After 15 days, we were sad to leave them; we felt at home. We returned two years later, again for work. The place has been completely renovated, but fortunately the spirit hasn't. I will return as soon as possible, and we will continue to return. Thank you again for everything you have done and continue to do. If you pass through Roseto, you can't miss this place. 25/08/2025: We found it somewhat by chance while on vacation in Cagnano Varano during the week of August 15th 2025, and we returned a second time before returning home. The pizzas, paposce, grilled vegetables, and baked cacio cheese were delicious! The service was attentive, welcoming, and cheerful. We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Puglia! 23/08/2025: The pizza of a lifetime!!!!! When my boyfriend and I crave a good pizza, our first thought is this wonderful place, L'Ammiraglio. Exceptional staff: fast, helpful, extremely kind, quality is not to be taken for granted, in fact... practically perfection. In addition to the pizza and paposcia, which I dare say are amazing, the waiters and the pizza chef always have a smile on their face, even when the place is packed. They always manage to cheer you up despite having so many things to do. As far as I'm concerned, a wonderful place, the best. If you have the chance, stop by, you won't regret it. One of the few places that in August (when you can't understand anything) still treats you with kid gloves. Well done, keep it up!!!! (We love L'Ammiraglio and the Americana, not to mention the Bronte, delicious!!!) ❤️❤️

08/09/2025: Terrible experience. We confirmed that there was gluten-free pizza and lactose-free mozzarella. Once seated, we were told that since it was Sunday, the products hadn't been "unloaded." So, whatever, we ordered something else. The waiter, Antonio, was very helpful and apologized several times. To top it all off, a waitress-like figure arrives: arrogant, presumptuous, and so on. I would have gotten up, but the staff were incredibly patient with me. I wasn't at all satisfied with the food. Rubbery octopus and packaged mozzarella. Highly not recommended.

06/09/2025: While on vacation with my girlfriend in Rodi Garganico, we decided to stop at this pizzeria. As a true Campanian, I've always been skeptical of pizzas "outside the region" because, traveling around many parts of Italy, I've never found a pizza that came close to our region. Either very thinly sliced, or toasted. And yet I can say that last night I came home to this place. The pizza was well-leavened and light. I complimented the pizza chef (yes, we're talking about a girl) who I hope this pizzeria holds on to because for me it was like eating a pizza in Campania. Simply spectacular.

24/01/2026: Restaurant, pizzeria, and antipasto bar accessed from the main street via a half-staircase (accessible to disabled guests) and from the upper side street. Spacious, two-room restaurant with a wood-fired oven. High ceilings with a simple, sea-themed design. Meals and seating are simple, yet functional. The restaurant and pizzeria serve good food, but the service is a bit distracted and casual. Overall, excellent value. Worth a try.
