I migliori ristoranti di cucina pizza e pasta in Foggia

01/05/2025: Torno abitualmente in questo ristorante ed ogni volta provo la stessa gioia dei bimbi di fronte a propri giocattoli preferiti. Antipasto misto di mare di quattro portate tra cui spicca il sartasciniello ( tipico piatto dei 5 reali siti) rivisitato con polipo. Il troccolo allo scoglio da menzione d'onore. Neanche stavolta lo spazio per la loro mitologica frittura. Però per onorare la festa buonissimo semifreddo amarena. Un rosato IgT per brindare al lavoro di tutti e in particolare di Franco, Gabriella e il loro staff. Antipasti, primi, dolci e vino 40 euro a testa: ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Non lasciatevi ingannare dalla location semplice: il pranzo vale il viaggio ( io faccio 30 km). Temo che perché la sera è una pizzeria sia sottovalutato come ristorante, invece...

29/04/2025: Location non proprio esaltante ma cucina (pizza e primi piatti) indubbiamente di qualità. Peccato di essere capitati in una serata "no" (voglio sperare...) perchè il servizio è stato molto al di sotto degli standard per l'attesa lunghissima a cui siamo stati costretti. Il proprietario però si è fatto perdonare con uno sconto finale e - soprattutto - con un primo piatto di cucina locale (a me destinato) davvero delizioso. I costi? Correttissimi.

27/05/2025: I hadn't booked, I was alone, but they still found me a place to stay. I enjoyed the small entrée of pappa al pomodoro, the average spaghetti allo scoglio, the calamari alla Maltese (mistakenly indicated alla massese on the menu) are fabulous! The rest of the menu is still all to be discovered for me.... I will definitely return, I recommend it... A special mention to the bread, delicious (the owner told me that it is their own production... The room is slightly noisy when the place is full (obviously) Clean and tidy bathrooms, small parking lot adjacent to the entrance... Seating also outside (but on the roadside)

10/06/2025: Invited for a birthday in this restaurant in APRICENA what can I say a wonderful place we ate surrounded by olive trees and also with the company of a little fox. Started with the house appetizer called INGARANO composed of cold cuts cheeses olives artichokes buffalo stracciatella and various excellent frittatas then the first orecchiette with turnip tops, cherry tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella and cicalini sausage and porcini mushrooms.. the sauce is the pasta all homemade continuing then with the second courses sausages and mixed grills all super delicious and soft but the surprise was the grilled Torricelli really excellent finally the finale was amazing without cake but their desserts buffalo panna cotta with strawberries and black cherry liqueur and bitter pugliese always homemade have the dinner/party truly delighted the palate. Satisfactory price service after an initial confusion due to too many customers I can consider it sufficient. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

09/05/2025: Fabulous experience, Mr. Vincenzo pampered us with local specialties. Excellent first courses with fresh pasta and superior quality fish. Price more than fair. If we return to Rhodes we will definitely return PS accepts animals 🐶

Personale disponibilissimo, servizio velocissimo, carne di alta qualità, panino gigante e pienissimo la pizza semplicemente fantastica, addirittura la migliore che abbiamo mai mangiato, ingredienti di super qualità e abbinamenti molto originali. I dolci altrettanto fantastici. locale super accogliente. lo consiglio vivamente!!!

01/05/2025: Faccio la recensione molto volentieri, perchè ci ha permesso di conoscere Luigi, una persona speciale. Il suo locale e la sua cucina rispecchiano in pieno la sua autenticità e unicità. Le pizze sono una più buona dell'altra, e si sente la ricerca e la passione con cui Luigi ci si dedica. Grazie per la serata e per la gustosa cena. È stato davvero un piacere conoscerti e parlare un pò con te.

27/12/2024: In my opinion it is the best pizza by the slice you can eat, expertly produced by the owner Luigi with special combinations of first choice foods in a welcoming and warm environment, to say the least, top in everything.

18/05/2025: Every time I return to "Al Carbonaio" it is a heart-warming experience. The staff is extremely professional and always friendly, able to make you feel at ease from the first moment. The atmosphere is intimate, familiar and well-kept. The owners, Ciro and Gina, are wonderful people: passionate, welcoming and always careful to guarantee the best to those who sit at their tables. And the food? A guarantee. Whatever you choose from the menu is superb, from appetizers to pizza, from first courses to second courses. Everything is prepared with quality ingredients and great care. There is also great attention to gluten-free: those with special dietary needs feel welcomed and protected, without ever giving up taste and variety. The selection of wines is wide and well-curated, as is the selection of desserts, which always end the meal in style. Another strong point is the menu, always refined and constantly evolving: it changes every three-four months, always offering new proposals to those who love to return often. Thank you so much, Ciro and Gina, for offering excellent cuisine in a place that feels like home. A restaurant that is much more than a restaurant: it is an experience.

18/05/2025: I had the pleasure of trying both the cuisine and the pizzeria at Carbonaio and I can say that both lived up to my expectations. The menu is refined, with creative dishes and quality products. The owners are very competent, professional, friendly and always available, ready to respond to the customer's needs and to advise. A real added value, which makes this place truly special. If you are looking for a place to eat well and feel at home, Il Carbonaio is the perfect choice. I highly recommend it to everyone!

07/06/2025: Very nice little place. We've been here three times and have been satisfied every time. Very uncomplicated, quiet, right on the beach, with private access. The village is also within walking distance or easily accessible by bike. Very friendly owners. The pizza here is highly recommended; one of the best of the trip. We had a small dog with us, which we were allowed to take anywhere on the beach. I can't comment on the showers or toilets, as we use everything in our camper. Water and sewage disposal facilities are available. We would love to come back.

05/07/2025: We had dinner outdoors at this pizzeria in Foggia discovered by chance via Google and we were really satisfied! The outdoor atmosphere is pleasant, ideal for a summer evening. The pizza was the real highlight: light dough, fresh ingredients and perfect cooking. Compliments to the pizza chef! The only aspect that could be improved is the service: a little more attention to the tables ... With a little more care towards the customer, the experience would have been perfect. We will definitely be back 🙂
