10/07/2026: The Chalet degli Ulivi is a breathtaking, romantic, and peaceful location surrounded by centuries-old olive trees that create a one-of-a-kind atmosphere. The plants covered in fairy lights create a unique and romantic atmosphere. The food was impeccable, everything delicious and presented with meticulous attention to detail. Since I have allergies, the staff was very attentive in recommending the various dishes. You can continue the evening with their selection of drinks, accompanied by background music. Thank you for the fantastic experience, we will definitely be back ❤️

09/07/2026: A lovely location just outside Vieste, nestled in a spectacular olive grove with a truly chilled atmosphere. The appetizer platter of local cured meats and cheeses is truly delicious, along with orecchiette with turnip greens and cavatelli with chickpeas and bacon, both delicious. The burgers are unforgettable... Terramisú is a lovely idea, good but not superb! Double serving...

12/06/2026: This isn't the first time we've come with friends to this charming and unique little place. A small room with just a few seats, where the owner Luigi is very welcoming and friendly. The room is filled with truly original details and a truly unique background music. As for the food, I can confirm the specialty of the pizza slices served, with their very light dough and high-quality ingredients, from the truffles to the schiacciatine with gorgonzola and pecans, to the pepperoni and sausage slice. All accompanied by quality wines and excellent sparkling wines. The desserts are also superb. Congratulations, Luigi, for your professionalism and, above all, for your desire to give your place a unique and excellent feel.

10/03/2026: I had dinner at Il Carbonaio and was very satisfied. I tried both the pizza and the pancotto, a typical dish from San Severo, and everything was truly delicious. The pizza was light and well-seasoned, while the pancotto was rich in flavor and prepared according to tradition. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service friendly. Recommended! 😊

08/07/2026: Negative experience. Friendly and polite staff, but too many inefficiencies. First of all, the dishes arrive scattered. The first diner eats at one time, and the next diner after almost two hours. I mean, it's madness; the very foundation of catering is to ensure that diners eat more or less at the same time. 10 minutes is fine, but not two hours. Furthermore, I had ordered a grilled dish, and after almost an hour and a half they told me they were out of fish. Seriously? Since there was practically nothing I could eat, I ordered a Margherita, and what arrived was a sort of bruschetta that would make even Buitoni blush. I personally had no digestive problems, but the diners who ate meat felt sick. There's certainly more to say that I'm missing now. I think it's time to consider converting to another type of production activity. EDIT: In response to the owner's response, I can say that the review is polite and I also praised the politeness of his staff, but that evening I only paid to have a bad liver and one star is the right rating.

19/04/2026: We visited this seafood restaurant and had a truly excellent experience. The staff was attentive, helpful, and very clear in explaining the menu, making us feel immediately at ease. The seafood entrees were delicious, while the fried and roasted seafood stood out for their freshness and truly high quality. A special thank you also to those who reviewed this restaurant correctly before us: it really helped us make a safe bet. We were celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary, and the staff was very kind in providing a table for the cake and flowers, allowing us to take some beautiful photos. A much-appreciated gesture. Unbeatable value for money. We hope to return soon!
