16/10/2025: Takeaway is definitely the way to go. I highly recommend the Gorgonzola pizza — the blue cheese is incredible. The salami has a nice kick of spice, which I really enjoyed.

23/12/2025: A place offering a variety of pizzas, calzones, and other local products. Prices are above average, very high for Brindisi; pizzas can cost up to €8.50. If you order at the counter and sit down, you pay the price displayed on the sign. If you sit down and order, you pay an average €1.50 increase, plus a €1.50 cover charge per person—a rip-off! Nice place, but only for one visit. The staff looks like they're tired of life.

15/10/2025: We had takeaway pizzas there and they were absolutely delicious! The crust is perfect, there is a lot of fresh and qualitative ingredients on it, it was perfect! The restaurant looked like a nice place to eat to, and the staff were very sweet. Thank you so much 🍕🙏🏻

14/01/2026: At the tables, after ordering, we waited two hours for six pizzas. Long after we'd ordered, people arrived, were served, finished their food, and then left. When I asked the owner about it, she blamed me for ordering two plates of fried food, which she had highly recommended. When I pointed out that other people at the tables who had arrived much later had already left with full bellies, she replied that they had ordered fewer pizzas, so it was normal for me to have to wait that long. The pizzas were good, but the professionalism in the restaurant business and the relationship with the customer were unclear.

14/01/2026: The place is modern and bright, the service excellent, the food very good, with an intense, authentic flavor. Cleanliness and courtesy are second to none, and parking is easy to find, which is a plus.

Non ho trovato solo buon cibo e ottima accoglienza...ma una grande Famiglia e ottimi nuovi amici Solitamente mi capita di fare richieste particolari in quanto vegetariana ... Ho chiesto cosa si potesse fare ed è arrivata al mio tavolo "la Nonna cochia" in persona per concordare qualsiasi pietanza avessi voluto! 05/01/2026: We made a reservation at Spilusi Restaurant in advance via Google because I'd read reviews that it was difficult to get a table. The restaurant is well located, neat, and very clean. The food was generally good – the pizzas were truly delicious, with very large portions, so filling that we couldn't finish them all on the spot. What's more, even reheated the next day, they still tasted very good. However, we felt the cacio e pepe was a bit overly salty. The service was attentive and engaged, at times even a bit too intense – frequent visits to the table and questions about everything made it difficult to eat in peace and finish our drinks without rushing. It's also worth noting that reservations are probably not necessary during the off-season – the place wasn't very busy around 8:00 PM.

04/01/2026: Without warning, they simply delighted us by telling us we were vegan. 😍 The chef, who is also an expert in vegan cuisine, prepared excellent dishes for us. Our compliments to the staff and owner for their kindness and helpfulness. Excellent food. Delicious place. We'll be back as soon as possible.
