08/08/2026: I was there last night and the place was super crowded, but despite that, the three ladies in the dining room took care of our every request, accommodating everything, always friendly and kind. We tried several starters, starting with spectacular seafood spaghetti, mussels and clams spaghetti, and sea and mountain paccheri. For the main course, we ordered two fried dishes to share, and we were so pleased to see the shrimp already peeled, as well as the freshness of the calamari, mussels, and clams. A wide selection of desserts, too. We'll be back!

05/04/2026: Nothing to complain about the pizza, it's really delicious. The only downside, unfortunately, is the service. Some friends from Rome are visiting, and I decide to take them to dinner here. We booked a table at 8:30 PM, but due to traffic and parking issues, we were seated at 8:50 PM. I should point out that when I made the reservation, I wasn't told there was a strict time limit, and I did, in any case, let them know we were late, just to be fair. Once we were seated, they made us wait over half an hour to order. We waved our arms around trying to call them, but to no avail, they ignored us. When they finally got our order, they rudely responded to my friend, and we pretended nothing had happened. They made the mistake of bringing us drinks, but we pretended nothing had happened. At 10:20 PM, when I had just eaten my last bite of pizza, the waiter practically kicked us out because he had to seat the second-shifters. He started a heated argument about our 20-minute delay, but ignored how long they'd made us wait to order. We went to the cashier and there we would have had to wait for their convenience to pay. So no, if you kick us out of the place practically while we're still chewing our pizza, we won't wait a single second to pay. We demanded they give us the bill immediately, left €100 without even taking €30 in change, and left. We certainly didn't make a good impression on our Roman friends. It's equally certain that we'll never return to this place.

28/01/2026: I went to this pizzeria with my boyfriend and had a fantastic experience. We ate really well: delicious pizzas and delicious tiramisu. What really made the difference, however, was the welcome, with an extremely kind, cheerful, and friendly waiter. When you feel welcomed like that, dinner becomes even more special. Highly recommended!

11/07/2026: Absolute excellence! The sfogliatine is a masterpiece. If you're passing through San Pancrazio Salentino, Pizzeria Fratelli Buccolieri is an absolute must. The pizza dough is light, digestible, and perfectly cooked, but the undisputed star of the menu is their sfogliatine. To say it's delicious is an understatement: it's simply a masterpiece of crispy outside and soft inside, filled with fresh, top-quality ingredients. A true explosion of flavor that alone is worth the trip! The place is welcoming, and the atmosphere is typical of things made with love. Special mention also goes to the staff and owners: kind, fast, and always smiling, capable of making you feel at home from the first moment. Excellent value for money

18/05/2026: In a charming location (both inside and in an outdoor gazebo on one of Brindisi's main streets), you can enjoy excellent dishes, both seafood and meat. I enjoyed the cacio e pepe (truly delicious) and the mixed antipasti (abundant). The staff is friendly and courteous. Reservations are recommended on weekends. The price is average.

27/06/2026: Surprising experience among the locals. According to our accommodation host, it is definitely “the place to be” for good food. Let your taste buds be surprised by the starters, and then share a pizza for two because you are full from the starters. We had a delicious meal, so it is highly recommended. Italians eat late, so go around opening time for the best chance of getting a spot, or otherwise just call to make a reservation.

20/05/2026: A very basic place, unpretentious but authentic. It only serves appetizers and pizzas. The appetizers are excellent and very reasonably priced. The appetizers aren't as generous as those you'd typically find in the area, so they're best paired with pizza. We didn't order them, but looking at the tables next to them, it looked good. We were happy, and will definitely return.

12/07/2026: We went on Saturday evening. The place was very nice. The service was fast and attentive. The food was decent. The trick was that when you asked for the bill, it only showed the total without specifying what I was paying. Sometimes it always overcharged. The price was very high. We were disappointed...

08/08/2026: It's a shame not to speak Italian to receive a warm welcome from the head waiter… Perhaps a more friendly approach would have made the experience more pleasant. The young waiter seemed more enthusiastic about seeing tourists… Two experiences, both were good, but still… The welcome is part of the experience…
