Everything was perfect! The food was delicious, the service was warm and friendly, and the atmosphere was charming and authentic. We tried several dishes, and each one was full of flavor and beautifully presented.
On top of that, the prices were very reasonable for the quality – excellent value. Bella 'Mbriana gave us one of the best dining experiences during our trip. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in the area!

The pizza was absolutely delicious. I had one incident where my napkin fell to the floor. I bent to pick it up and heard one of the waiters say “No! No!” He took the dirty napkin away and another waiter who was watching this, immediately handed me a fresh clean napkin in a seamless exchange like in Formula 1 when the cars go for pitstops! Not only that, a third waiter came after 2 seconds to bring me a napkin, after also observing this incident. This example shows how attentive the waiters are. Would 100% return!

The service is a little discreet but remains friendly, and the dishes are very good.
01/05/2025: The meal was good but the atmosphere was zero, no consideration from the waiters, we were in a very bad place, however we had reserved they never came to serve and offered the desserts so after waiting a long time after the dish, we got up, paid the bill and left, really very disappointed with the rudeness of the boss and the waiters, I do not recommend especially since there are many restaurants in Polignane a mare

23/05/2025: Oh my, what a pizza it was… the best I've eaten in Italy… exceptionally thin… The service was very nice… I felt like I was at home… a family, friendly atmosphere
15/05/2025: The pizza here is always perfect and there are so many, each one named after a different city. I don't know the story behind the names, but my favorite is the Ankara. I would love to try the other dishes, but I love the pizza here so much that I always order the same thing! It's an authentic Polignano place and the people are very friendly.

Io celiaca e mio marito allergico ai crostacei.
Nonostante la mia insistenza nel ricordare le nostre allergie e la loro evidente “rottura”e scortesia non abbiamo ricevuto le attenzioni dovute, piuttosto ci è stato servito un piatto che conteneva crostacei senza nemmeno chiedere scusa e non calcolando le gravissime conseguenze che ci sarebbero state se fosse stato mangiato.
Per non parlare della prima volta come invitati ad un matrimonio.. ci è stato servito nuovamente un piatto contenente crostacei giustificandosi del fatto che fossero sgusciati 🤦🏻♀️

01/06/2024: Posto molto carino ma per il resto molto delusa, premetto che ero stata in questo ristorante un anno fa, ed avevo mangiato bene anzi molto bene, quindi ci sono ritornata certa del fatto che non sarei rimasta delusa, invece mi sbagliavo forse c è stato un cambio di gestione non so, ma ieri sera ho ordinato un insalata chiamata "la polposa" ma del polpo ne ho visto veramente poco molto poco, inoltre dopo aver portato tutti i piatti ordinati dai commensali seduti al tavolo con me, noi di fatto non avevamo ancora l'acqua,per completare la cena ordiniamo il caffè ed era cattivissimo.
Per cui sconsiglio vivamente il posto.

Qualità: servono piatti omettendo degli ingredienti menzionati nel menù di cui ignorano l'esistenza. Poi si scusano dicendo che il piatto è stato preparato da un collega... Ovviamente non scontano nulla dal conto per il loro errore.
Prezzo: omogeneo con tutti gli altri ristoranti ma eccessivo per il servizio e la qualità.
Da evitare.
