We dined on Saturday; the appetizer was good, but the pizza was superior. Impeccable service; we thank Tomas for his patience and his ever-present smile. Recommended.

For more than 25 years, Paolo and Vito have stood for authentic Italian grilling and pizza-making craftsmanship — and you can taste it in every single bite. At first, I actually walked past it a few times because, from the outside, the entrance looks incredibly small and unassuming. But exactly this little passageway to the back leads into beautiful, spacious, traditional dining rooms — the kind you could hardly imagine any more charming in Italy. The lovingly designed outdoor area is also a real highlight: in the garden, you can sit peacefully and comfortably, almost as if you were in a small pizza and grill paradise. The pizzas are simply outstanding. The dough is light, easy to digest, and full of wonderful flavor. They also serve fantastic puccia, those typical Apulian bread rolls that feel like little Italian burgers — only much lighter, fluffier, and incredibly pleasant to eat. 30/05/2026: We were taken by family from town to this fantastic spot! I had the absolute best pizza, and the lactose-free desserts were a fantastic bonus. Antonella, the owner, was so warm and friendly — she made our whole family feel welcome the second we arrived. Highly recommend!

10/05/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance on our first day in Polignano a Mare, but returned several times during our 5 day stay as the food was super delicious and the restaurant had a nice and calm atmosphere. Definitely recommended 😀👍👌⭐
