16/01/2025: I have been frequenting this place for a few months and have never been disappointed by both the quality of the products and the service. The aubergine parmigiana is amazing! The numerous doughs it offers are all excellent. My favorite is the spelled dough!

07/01/2025: We found here very tasty and large pizza, which is prepared in a wood-fired oven, and which even has the aroma of fire, delicious coffee, friendly staff, low prices.
The only thing is, the next day they couldn't have lunch at about half past five, because the kitchen is closed at that time. But we were invited to come after 19:00.
My good recommendations.

29/09/2024: It is cafe-style, visit the country to order and to collect. We had to wait a bit as they were very busy with takeaways. The smaller size pizza was ample for a hungry adult.
22/08/2024: Pizza a dir poco sublime: impasto sottile, digeribilissima ! Veramente Top! Una delle mie preferite! Locale piccolo ma accogliente con Saletta esterna vicino al Calvario di Monopoli e poco distante dal Bar La Nave ( altro posto Top di Monopoli)
Rapporto qualità/prezzo veramente incredibile per una delle pizze più buone che abbia mai mangiato! E credetemi che a Monopoli, la concorrenza è agguerrita e soprattutto di ottimo livello!
Del resto lui, Ciro, è stato eletto campione d'Europa nel 1996 nella categoria! Non è un caso....
5 stelle meritatissime!
Ah, dimenticavo: Panzerotto spettacolare! Come fatto in casa!

01/09/2024: Sono anni che frequento questo locale ma non ho mai rilasciato una recensione.
Al giorno d'oggi la merita eccome in quanto, il Privilege, resta nel 2024 forse l'unica pizzeria/ristorante a Monopoli che propone una cucina genuina, abbondante, con una carrellata di antipasti in puro stile anni 2000 mare-terra senza adeguarsi alla moda di questi nuovi guru della cucina che propongono di continuo un FALSO-GOURMET e che puntano solo a svuotarti il portafogli facendoti restare con la fame.
Garantisco che quì basterebbe un antipasto completo per essere già sazi.
E poi in ultima battuta, ma non di minor importanza...Donato il titolare...N°1. Ogni volta sono Risate.!

04/01/2025: Se hai fretta, scappa! Questa pizzeria è perfetta se vuoi vivere un'esperienza gastronomica... al rallentatore. Le pizze? molto buone, ma preparati: potresti invecchiare nell'attesa. Ho avuto il tempo di imparare a giocare al solitario e a tetris e ripensare a tutte le mie scelte di vita prima che la pizza arrivasse.
Ho iniziato a pensare che forse stessero coltivando il grano e mungendo la mozzarella direttamente in cucina.
Morale della storia: se sei un monaco buddista o hai portato il letto pieghevole, vai pure. Perché la pizza é buona ma se hai fame, portati uno snack per l'attesa.

19/12/2024: Soul & Passion... Restaurant and Pizzeria with quality products and good presentation of the dishes. Qualified staff, friendly and attentive to customer needs. Added to this is a welcoming and familiar environment. When I can I go there very willingly... and it's like feeling at home!!!

07/12/2024: made a reservation via just eat, delivery delayed by more than an hour from the one communicated to me at the time of confirmation despite two telephone reminders, nice trick to avoid losing the order... I have never had dinner on site, but after this experience I will avoid any type of interaction with them... NOT RECOMMENDED for those who would like to dine at a decent time

17/01/2025: In piazzetta there is a restaurant that is always busy, as I experienced it, from morning to evening.
The restaurant is in the middle of the small piazza and there is always something going on.
Regarding the service, it was very friendly and accommodating.
I only ate one pizza so it will be difficult to rate the food, but the pizza was great and I would recommend this place without hesitation.
13/11/2024: The pizza is delicious, but I thought it was absurd that they charged 6 euros for toppings when they didn't even bring bread to the table. We paid 25 euros for two pizzas + 6 euros for toppings, that is, 24% more. They don't even charge that much for a service charge.

26/01/2025: The food is very good, we had fish appetizers, fried dishes and orecchiette with mushrooms and sausage. I must say that the fish was truly delicious and very fresh, as was the pasta dish.
Very welcoming and spacious room.
