Located on the edge of Monopoli's Murattiano neighborhood, near the hospital, 80 secondi attracts the eye with its very modern decor and tantalizes the palate with its extremely refined pizzas. We dined near the entrance, and since the pizzeria also sells many takeout pizzas, we spent the evening with our jackets on because every time a customer came in for takeout, we were chilled by the air outside. I also had a hard time finding the right pizza since the menu offers only extremely refined dishes with a wide variety of ingredients. The prices (far from popular...) are certainly appropriate for the unusual ingredients (which also seemed high-quality to me), but I didn't find the experience particularly "WOW"-worthy, especially since the takeout customers delayed serving our order. In short: a great choice for a special occasion.

19/03/2026: I have only one problem with this pizzeria: now all the other pizzas will taste like cardboard. Seriously, it's illegal for it to be this good. I tried to find a flaw, but the only negative is that sooner or later the pizza runs out. Ingredients that scream "freshness" and a dough that doesn't make you feel bloated even if you eat two (and it was tempting!). Bring someone you love here; they'll thank you forever.

03/01/2026: Top-notch food, very good. Reasonable prices. However, if you don't know how to properly manage delivery, perhaps it would be better to remove it. You can't wait almost two hours for three pizzas, while also shamelessly lying over the phone. Otherwise, the best low-cost pizzeria in Monopoli.
30/12/2025: Excellent food and fast service. Very welcoming atmosphere. I recommend coming by more often to clean the tables.
