03/01/2026: I had lunch here with a simple and convenient online reservation in early January. The service was prompt, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I tried several dishes, and overall, the quality was good; however, most of the dishes were overly salty.
The only downside that partially detracted from the experience was the restrooms, located outside the main dining room. Given the low temperatures, having to go outside is decidedly inconvenient, especially with small children. Furthermore, the restrooms aren't heated, and changing a baby in temperatures near freezing isn't ideal. If it rains, access to the restrooms becomes even more problematic, making it necessary to bring an umbrella.
Overall, I recommend this restaurant, but preferably in the milder seasons. The food is good, although a bit salty. Prices are in line with those of Stresa, around €30 per person.

31/12/2025: I gave it 3 stars. Even though the food was good. Why, when did the bill arrive?
They charged me. Even the cover charge for two one-year-old girls. 2.50 for 2.
Which ate: One plate of pasta for two. And that's it.
It's unacceptable and unfair. It's a shame about this omission.
29/12/2025: 6 bruschettas for €40!! It was special bread and tomato!! Negative review because it felt like they were fleecing naive tourists.

29/12/2025: Strolling along the shore of Lake Maggiore, we saw the sign "Pizzeria, wood-fired oven" and ended up eating everything but pizza: green lasagna, ossobuco, ricotta tart... But it was all delicious!!
A pleasant place with quick and very friendly service. Definitely worth repeating!

20/07/2025: Fuimos a este restaurante porque no podíamos entrar en el que queríamos. Resultó ser un golpe de suerte - Amici es genial! Empezamos con parmesano de berenjena y burrata. Ambos fantásticos. Luego, tuve los ravioles plin y mi hijo tuvo el osso bucco. Finalmente, de postre tuvimos el pistacho semifreddo. Tenemos un litro de rosa de la casa. Volvería a este restaurante de nuevo, fue genial. Todo el mundo era muy amable y servicial. Era hermoso sentarse afuera bajo las vides.
12/07/2025: Ho ordinato un tagliere di salumi e formaggi ossolani (come riportato nel menù) ma, soprattutto per quanto riguarda i salumi, mi son sembrati di tutto (anche se di qualità) tranne che ossolani. Per il resto discreto locale particolarmente gradito ai turisti, buon servizio e prezzi nella media.

30/10/2025: We had a delicious meal and they were very considerate of our gluten allergies. One of the few places with gluten-free pasta. Fantastic!
26/10/2025: We came here on a recommendation. The staff was very friendly and the service was fast. They even accepted orders for dishes not on the menu (though the price was a bit higher than expected). But it was delicious, home-cooked. During our week in Stresa, we visited many cafes and restaurants in the city and can say that this pizzeria is definitely worth a visit. Thank you for a wonderful evening! Happy business!

25/07/2025: Un Spritz Aperol quasi « Virgin »… ultra light.
Une cuisine un peu bâclée.
Des aubergines grillées à peine assaisonnées et manquant un peu de cuisson.
La panacota à 6,50€ qui ne Ressemble pas à grand chose : 2/3 d’une petite verrine remplie d’une simple crème épaissie, sans coulis ni garniture!!! Ridicule en taille comparée au tiramisu qui lui est correct!
Et pour clôturer, le serveur en chef qui se paye ma tête lorsque je lui exprime ma déception par rapport au dessert!!!
