01/08/2025: The kebab shop pleasantly surprised me! The food was truly delicious – fresh ingredients, well-seasoned, and the bread crispy. The staff was super friendly and created a pleasant atmosphere. The only minor negative: the kebab could have been a bit bigger. Recommended👍 You should know!

29/07/2025: Istanbul is closed for holidays. I came here for raw piadina and raw kebab. No trays or napkins. I left it there and paid. Don't go!

06/08/2025: Absolutely the best pizza in Cannobio so far. Truly Italian, fresh, and homemade. Not a great atmosphere, as it's more of a takeout option. But you can also sit in. Absolutely great prices. They still understand craftsmanship, good food, and freshness here.

12/06/2025: I don't understand the positive reviews. The pizza tasted of nothing. It was a thin crust with toppings, but no flavor. The mushrooms were from a can. You had to take them out of the box at the table, and there was no cutlery. Furthermore, everything seemed very unkempt. There was a poster outside with advertising from last year, and it was partially torn.

04/06/2025: Qualità ottima, servizio rapido e cordiale, ambiente accogliente . Personale preparato e professionale. Location molto carina con una barca all’ingresso al posto del bancone davvero originale e molto bella! Consigliatissimo!

31/05/2025: Das Essen war super lecker und frisch zubereitet. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die große Auswahl – da ist wirklich für jeden etwas dabei. Der Service war freundlich und die Atmosphäre angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

26/04/2025: Tutto vale Per dare voce a chi di voce ne ha persa un po', oggi (in tali momenti clue, il decibel emesso da noi, i commensali, consone ad una trattoria di camionisti della bassa) siamo accolti con la gioia tipica di una giornata nella quale, da queste parti, il tasso di autolesionismo incrementa secondo un andamento matematico iperboleo. Ma in questa culla, tra i monti della val Strona, frequentata da gente a tratti chic, a tratti no, i primi di questa lista come il risottino mantecato alla moda vegia che dona le sembianze dell'eterno savoir faire della cucina piemontese, o come la prima categoria di clienti menzionati, ci si sente coccolati. Normalmente qui gli avventori intuiscono il rischio dell'altitudine. Lo svenimento o il collasso spontaneo dopo aver oltrepassaro la famigerata soglia dei 500 metri, sono naturali conseguenze della distanza dalle loro residenze consuetudinarie. In effetti una piccola (ma spaziosa) chicca, elevata tra i monti chiarendo che, Heidi comunque ci guarderebbe dall'alto verso il basso e Clara qui, non faticherebbe a raggiungerci. Piu in generale un posto caloroso e ricco di piccole sorprese, piacere supportato da un valido servizio: la ricerca del gusto, c'è, il vino, anche. 4 stelle +

07/04/2025: Io ed il mio compagno siamo stati un paio di domeniche fa, a pranzo, presso questo ristorante (attenzione che bisogna prenotare in anticipo altrimenti non si trova posto la domenica a pranzo, non so per gli altri giorni). Per non dilungarmi troppo sintetizzo a punti: - servizio: siamo stati abbandonati per circa 40 minuti (di orologio) solo con in mano il menù, senza sapere che c’erano piatti fuori menù…senza pane, acqua e vino. Nulla. Al momento di prendere l’ordinazione è stato tutto molto frettoloso senza nessuna spiegazione dei piatti del territorio proposti. Peccato. - Sala: molto rumorosa e chiassosa per la quantità di gente (tanta/troppa). - Cibo: nella media buono. I salumi dell’antipasto erano sicuramente di qualità, i secondi piatti ben cucinati ed i dolci nella media (il fondo della mia pavlova purtroppo era rimasto appiccicoso/umido). - Conto: antipasto di salumi, 2 secondi (coniglio e fegato entrambi con polenta), 2 dolci, vino e acqua (no caffè) totale: € 90,00. Secondo me ci sono giusto un paio di euro di troppo, ma anche in questo caso direi “nella media”. Tornerei solo qualora fossi di passaggio, perchè a mio avviso è un posto dove ho pranzato mediamente bene, ma come in tante altre trattorie/osterie della zona. La mia valutazione purtroppo tiene conto del servizio, ma per il cibo sicuramente 4 stelline. :)

07/06/2025: Overall a nice place. Fixed price menu, a good variety of pizzas. A cacio e pepe that didn't satisfy me but was still edible, a sufficient vitello tonnato, a dish of cooked vegetables adequate. It didn't leave its mark...

01/08/2025: Restaurant to avoid if you want to eat together, deplorable kitchen organization. Pizza served 30 minutes before the cooked dishes, we ate at a staggered time.

30/07/2025: TOURIST TRAP ALERT!! The cuisine is rather unrefined; the frozen pizzas next door are comparable, but the pasta is just okay. Luckily, the setting makes up for it, but I don't recommend it. RUN AWAY!!

10/07/2025: There are many restaurants on Pescatori Island, but we chose well. The homemade food was simple but very good. The portions were small, but the prices were good. The service was fast and the waitresses were very friendly.

02/07/2025: The little restaurant, run by young and dynamic staff, excellent food, fresh pasta, lake fish cooked very well and I didn't find even a thorn, homemade desserts, I think we will definitely be back.

07/07/2025: The pasta sauces are not bad, they are terrible and they charge extra money to sit in the restaurant and check the bill, they write extra items that you did not eat. In short, I definitely do not recommend it.

24/07/2025: Vengo spesso a pranzo in questo locale, ha un’ottima posizione sul lago d’Orta, panorama mozzafiato, molto grande sia internamente, dove sono fruibili due piani, sia esternamente dove c’è un ampio spiazzo ombreggiato con molti tavolini. Servizio rapido e cortese, camerieri efficienti e sorridenti. La scelta dei piatti è davvero ampia, e la qualità delle materie prime elevata, si mangia sempre bene con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Unico neo il bagno, veramente non adeguato a un posto così bello!!

11/05/2025: In attesa della partenza del vaporetto abbiamo consumato,per due volte,un pranzo veloce in questo cocktail bar che serve anche tavola calda,tutto bene anche il personale è gentile e disponibile,ottimo il mio risotto,prezzi in linea.

02/05/2025: Ci siamo recati in questo posto il 1 maggio 2025 , abbiamo visionato il menu e in tre di noi abbiamo deciso di prendere la pizza , , mia figlia ha preso la polenta e solo lei ha mangiato qualcosa di decente , per quanto riguarda la pizza lasciamo perdere , chiamarla pizza e' proprio un insulto alla pizza , questi non sanno neanche che cos' e' una pizza se dovessi tornare a Santa Maria Maggiore non mettero' piu piede in quel locale , lo sconsiglio vivamente
