22/09/2025: I found the wait for my food to be normal for what one might expect on a Sunday lunch in a tourist destination. I had no complaints about the service at our table, but seeing how others were served, I noticed general disorganization and confusion (the lady at the table behind us didn't even get a dish served at all). I'm sorry to say that, unfortunately, I ate one of the worst gluten-free pizzas I've ever tasted: the dough was poorly rolled out (my mother's had a hole on one side), and it was raw inside and charred around the edge. It was definitely tasty, and I enjoyed eating it, albeit with a vague feeling of unease. My father and I ordered the same pizza, except that his dough was regular and mine was gluten-free. When she arrived at our table, the waitress had no idea which one she was serving to whom, so she called the kitchen to find out. It wasn't a major problem, as I'm the only one with a gluten intolerance, but having had experience with celiacs in my family, I know the risks of cross-contamination. This isn't meant to be a strictly negative review: the staff is friendly and kind, and the location is excellent.

27/09/2025: I ate the pizza, very good and well cooked, good ingredients, friendly and fast staff, I hadn't booked but there were still some places, better to book if you go on the weekend, recommended place.

07/10/2025: A typical tourist pizza restaurant, with a very low quality-price ratio. For example, a Capricciosa pizza costs 15 euros, and the prices for the others are similar. One might expect a quality pizza. Instead, they serve one cooked in an electric oven, very mediocre, both in terms of dough and toppings. We're just a few kilometers from the Swiss border, and the prices for pizzas and all the other dishes are "Swiss." But in Italy, there are thousands of pizzeria restaurants where you can enjoy quality food for much lower prices.

04/10/2025: Good pasta with mushrooms, good pizza. Unfortunately, too expensive for Cannobio. We paid €100 for four people (2 pizzas and 2 pastas).

09/09/2025: The food (as well as the drinks) arrived relatively quickly, and it was also very tasty! (The lasagna had ham in it, which we found a bit difficult to get used to.) The service: Everyone was very friendly, and it wasn't a problem at all that we didn't speak Italian and only had elementary English. 😉 The four of us got a seat on the terrace. It was nice, but with a little more creativity and different tables, they could achieve much more, and it would attract more guests. Likewise, the restroom upstairs is in dire need of renovation.

23/10/2025: Let's start with the fact that we weren't able to book due to "time/forgetfulness/hesitation." We arrived and they found us a table, no problem, but with a slightly annoyed expression... (maybe because the girl was in a wheelchair?) The place itself isn't very big. It's unique in various ways. Lots of non-Italian tourists. We ordered an appetizer that was out of this world, not good, more than that! As for the "pizza," absolutely NOT! Too thin, without a crust, and with little toppings; not at all, in fact, we left it. The staff was varied: a kind and polite girl, a guy with glasses (perhaps the owner) who was all alone, and a lady who had a perpetually angry face.

05/10/2025: As usual, I found it via Google Maps and a personal recommendation. The Capaccio and the Tatar al Manzo were very good. Both pizzas are among the best I've ever eaten/tried, and I generally love food, and I also love pizza. Great!!! The staff is attentive and has a sense of humor 😊. I would eat here again tomorrow, but tomorrow is a day off, so we'll be moving on. Too bad, but we'll be back at the next opportunity. 👍😉

Fresh, high-quality ingredients, dishes with attention to detail and original touches, authentic and delicious flavor.

06/09/2025: Terrible and rude staff. I called to ask if it was possible to have three pizzas to go. The lady on the phone told me to wait while she asked (probably the pizza chef) if it was possible. Unfortunately, I heard, very annoyed, "This guy wants pizzas to go, we're in the middle of service," probably speaking to the pizza chef in a very annoyed manner. Then she told me no because they had to satisfy the customers at the table first. If you don't know how to manage the takeout system, don't put it on the website because you might as well. And secondly, a simple "NO" would have been enough and maybe you were a little more polite.

01/09/2025: Excellent restaurant, with a refined atmosphere and quick service, without compromising the delicious cuisine. I recommend trying it if you're in the Domodossola area.
