Hanno accettato la prenotazione per sabato sera senza dirmi che era diventata da asporto con tavolini e sgabelli in uno stanzino. Per telefono mi hanno detto il nuovo indirizzo, ma non il cambio di tipologia! Non c'è nulla di male a cambiare tipo di attività, basta dirlo! Se lo sapevo prima non andavo. Peccato perchè la pizza è buona

21/03/2025: When we happen to Pinerolo we always enjoy a lunch break at Eatitaly. The food is good (a little expensive actually) and the location is nice. Today, however, two strange things happened: the first was that in the salad ordered by my wife, mixed together with the lettuce and lettuce, there was also a paper pellet the size, to give you an idea, of a paper handkerchief (hopefully not used). Unfortunately we only noticed it at the end. We reported this to the staff behind the counter (where we were sitting) who expressed an apology that was not even remotely heartfelt to say the least! Second strange thing is that when it was time to pay, and it wasn't our intention not to pay for the dish ordered, not even two words of displeasure or, I don't know, two coffees offered. It's not for money but I believe that a bit of courtesy and kindness towards customers is never out of place.....but perhaps it's enough that they just bring the money and a lot of it. Sorry!

09/03/2025: I'm sorry to give so little but really we arrived and waited an hour to get a drink then another hour to have pizzas which were inedible too bad and the place is old and dirty you should renovate and add dynamic staff especially in the kitchen and pizza oven.

17/02/2025: Locale con stile retrò molto bello da vedere, le pizze che abbiamo ordinato ci sono piaciute veramente tanto che ne siamo rimasti stupiti. Proposta del menu ampia e servizio molto classico da pizzeria. Oramai una volta al mese ci torniamo sempre perchè è diventato il nostro posto preferito per passare una serata diversa dalle altre

01/03/2025: Abbiamo prenotato per il venerdì sera per 7 persone più un neonato , arrivati sul posto e la pizzeria era chiusa senza preavviso . Quindi NON abbiamo potuto mangiare .

Dry and rubbery pizza, waiter who at a certain point started to take out the pizzas instead of the pizza chef, furthermore they had run out of zero coke (on a Friday evening with the place empty, unspeakable!). Several times the pizza chef and waiters put their hands on the pizzas after touching something else and without sanitizing them first!!! We will never return!
