02/01/2025: Take-away pizzeria with tables for on-site consumption. The menu offers an excellent range of dishes: from classic pizzas to special ones, including appetizers and pan pizza, to satisfy everyone's tastes and needs. The dough is extremely digestible and in true Neapolitan style, with a small surplus, it is possible to request the crust filled with a cheese of your choice even when this is not present by default in the pizza ordered.
Prices are in line with the quality of the product. The environment is informal and in line with the type of venue. The service, although a little slow due to the amount of work, is very attentive and human. I absolutely recommend trying the marinara with the addition of burrata, which despite being an apparently simple pizza, makes it possible to understand the quality of the raw material used and is satisfying.

09/01/2025: Negative experience we were passing through ordered pizza asked for well cooked but it arrived raw after 45 minutes in which there were few people in the pizzeria who had already eaten on the bill there were three of us I got home I noticed that on the bill with receipt 4 place settings were marked x 1.50 x 4 is €6 but there were three of us. 25/01/2025: Last night we went to the Eataly cafeteria in Pinerolo and had three cannolis and a Chantilly. The cannoli had inedible sour ricotta and the Chantilly had hard, darkened cream and soft wafer
One of us returned the cannoli to the counter because it was inedible... Considering the cost of €1.80 per pasta... An experience not to be repeated

Service too slow.
No one brought the bread basket, even though I was with a little girl.
15 minutes for a cafe with 6 tables of 2 operating.
A bit of satire that I didn't like.
If you have a smartbox, forget it... you will not be the last but the very last wheel of the wagon.
Furthermore, the environment is rather cold (in terms of temperature).

14/01/2025: Historic restaurant in Pinerolo very popular among the inhabitants of the area. Let me start by saying that it may have been a particularly unlucky evening for our table but the service times turned out to be excessive. The place appears crowded but the number of seats does not justify the times encountered. The food belongs to the homemade tradition and the quality is in line with that of a common trattoria. The portions are considered too generous. It is advisable to divide the dishes among the diners and limit the orders. Important raw materials especially in the cold cuts and cheese platter but first and second courses (at least as regards those we ordered) can be improved.
16/11/2024: After several years we returned to this place which, for logistical reasons, we no longer frequented.
With great pleasure I found it as I remembered it, with some updates but, everything always good, fantastic people as always. I love you.

24/01/2025: Friday evening reservation for 10 people, place practically empty.
Old and never renovated environments, cold place!!
Dry and rubbery pizza, waiter who at a certain point started to take out the pizzas instead of the pizza chef, furthermore they had run out of zero coke (on a Friday evening with the place empty, unspeakable!).
Several times the pizza chef and waiters put their hands on the pizzas after touching something else and without sanitizing them first!!!
We will never return!

15/01/2025: I am shocked by the negative reviews, speechless!
On Christmas Eve (24/12/24) I went to this place with my son.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a family welcome, the owner himself was very kind.
We ordered cuisine, and in addition to quick service, we were able to enjoy truly excellent dishes. Nothing as prestigious as it is now customary to find in restaurants, but excellent simple cuisine which is now missing in many places, and I repeat, everything is truly excellent.
We will be back soon, and I recommend it to everyone.

31/12/2024: Pessima esperienza,cozze andate a male che puzzavano,l'abbiamo fatto notare,ma ci hanno risposto in malomodo, a questo punto,ci siamo alzati e ce ne siamo andati.
02/12/2024: Ho mangiato alla Fenice più di una volta.
La pizza è buona, gli ingredienti freschi, la pecca è che purtroppo si aspetta molto, anche in serate con poca affluenza e spesso le pizze per lo stesso tavolo arrivano in momenti diversi.
Inoltre, le dimensioni sono da rivedere, spesso arriva troppo piccola.
Ma finché la si mangia lì nel piatto, non lo si nota molto, ma quando si prende da asporto spesso sembra baby.
