14/06/2026: The food and service were average, but the menu system left me perplexed. The QR code doesn't allow you to directly view the menu: to obtain it, you must first send a WhatsApp message and then provide your phone number. The next day, I received a review request. I understand the desire to gather feedback, but I find it inelegant to have to leave personal information simply to read the menu. It would be much more correct and transparent to allow direct consultation and let the customer choose whether or not to be contacted.

08/06/2026: Giuseppe is a very good pizza chef; his pizzas are very well-stocked and it's a pleasure to eat there. The girls are very kind. The place is spotless. He's never turned me down for a takeout pizza, even though he was already very busy. Not everyone is good at it.

18/09/2025: Update: I stopped by again, and the situation hasn't changed. We ordered four pizzas, two of which were clearly dry and overcooked (I don't want to use the word burnt, to avoid offending). I also wanted to point out that reviews, even when they're not entirely positive, can be a valuable source of inspiration for improvement and greater attention in the future. The important thing is not to view them as a personal attack or to dismiss a dissatisfied customer as a "problem," but to embrace them as an opportunity for growth. If, however, they're viewed merely as an excuse to maintain the quality of service, we risk stagnating. Thanks anyway, and I appreciate your reply. Guys, I've been coming here for a while, but I have to be honest after having ordered so many pizzas. There's potential, but 1 out of 2 pizzas are almost burnt (charred in some spots). Sometimes they ask for multigrain dough, and I end up with the regular one (+€1.50). That's fine for a €6 pizza. But here you spend almost €12... I'm sorry. 3 stars because, as I said, the idea is interesting and the pizza isn't bad.

26/04/2026: Congratulations! We had a delicious fish appetizer and main course. The atmosphere was family-friendly, everyone was very kind, and it felt like home. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it. The service was perfect and the price was absolutely reasonable. Thank you very much.

12/02/2026: Four of us came to this pizzeria, reserving a table for Saturday night. The place was very crowded, and the table we were assigned was only big enough for two. We were so cramped that we had to carry the bread basket on our laps because there wasn't enough room. Considering we paid €2.50 for the cover charge, I would have expected better seating. However, both the pizza and the other dishes we ordered were good... a little pricey, though.

10/06/2026: Terrible service; they put us in a cramped space where we couldn't move. The bathrooms were incredibly dirty; they really looked like the bathrooms at a service station! The prices were incredibly high, €7.50 for a Margherita? Not recommended for group dinners.

10/06/2026: Horrible service, horrible smell, and extremely dirty. Terrible service, and they put us in a corner where it's difficult to access the restrooms. If there are a lot of you, don't come to this place!!! Thin pizza that's a cracker, enough of this place, never again. It used to be better and they made delicious pizza, Michelin-starred, but now it's ruined.

13/04/2026: My wife and I often go to Raffaello and his wife's to eat in or take home an excellent and very digestible pizza. I recommend the Vegetariana because it's delicious and doesn't harm cholesterol, especially for those like me who have to watch their diet. Five stars deserved! Courtesy and quality 🙂⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

04/04/2026: What a terrible service!! We paid for two pizzas and asked if they could cut them, but the blonde lady wearing glasses got angry!! We're paying for it, and I get it, you're tired from work, but could you be a little kinder to people?!? The pizzas are OK, but I won't go to this pizzeria again!!

03/06/2026: I'm sorry to write these words. I was a customer, but starting Saturday, I won't be anymore. We arrived Saturday evening at 7:40 PM and ordered four pizzas (three Margheritas and one baby pizza). The service was a complete disaster: two pizzas (including a baby pizza for a little girl) arrived immediately, while the other two were served much later, completely burned and inedible. After sending them back with the waitresses, we waited from 8:05 PM until 8:40 PM without anything arriving. We watched all the other diners who arrived after us and were served before us. In the end, we left out of desperation without eating. They didn't charge us the bill as an apology. Their excuse was that they had a problem with the oven. I've worked in a pizzeria myself, so I wouldn't have brought bricks to the table, but I think this mistake is partly the fault of the pizza chef. The most absurd thing was the excuse: "It was a problem with the oven," but in the meantime, you've served the rest of the dining room. So, a piece of advice: if the customer complains about the pizza and you've made an obvious mistake, the pizza that should come out first should be the one belonging to the customer who rightfully complained. This is, of course, in my house.
