19/10/2025: Used to go here in 2005 and was driving through Torino so I had to make a stop. Still an excellent restaurant. Very home with quality house red, excellent gnocchi, and wonderful steak on a stone or filet with Castelmagno cheese and pistachios. Wonderful desserts and items are marked if gluten free.

12/10/2025: We tried the pizza, but it was really disappointing. The dessert was good: I would have liked to try the zabaglione, but the waitress said the wait was really long, so we opted for the usual chocolate cake.

The atmosphere is simple and relaxed, perfect for those who want to chat and enjoy an evening with friends. But the real secret here is the farinata: you can taste the authentic flavor of the chickpeas, and it's delicious. The real revelation? The stuffed farinata! We only tried it tonight (and we missed out on years of deliciousness!): it's simply excellent. ​If you're looking for a place where quality is evident and where the ancient farinata is superbly reinterpreted, you absolutely must stop by! Don't make our mistake: try the stuffed farinata right away!

22/09/2025: The pizzeria is truly lovely: it's located in the center of Melezet, right near the church. The interior is decorated in a rustic mountain style, a warm, welcoming, and intimate atmosphere that I find particularly romantic. Perhaps it's because the warm lighting at night creates a very evocative atmosphere. We had the pizza, which we loved: good, tasty, and with a distinctive flavor reminiscent of the mountains. Perhaps it's also due to the water, which is truly excellent here. The owner is a friendly, kind, and always available person—he always has been. I've been there often over the past few summers and continue to happily return, partly for convenience and partly because I really like the pizza. The prices are truly reasonable. The only thing to consider is the opening hours: they don't have consistent opening hours year-round, so it's always best to call ahead. In the summer, however, reservations are often necessary because of high demand. Tiziana

24/09/2025: A small but welcoming place, where you're treated with kindness and attention. The farinata is among the best you'll find in Liguria. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The pizza is unique. It looks like it's pan-fried, but it's not your typical pan-fried pizza. It's basically cooked twice, or even topped with raw ingredients, depending on the pizza. The dough is very well-leavened, making it incredibly easy to digest. My favorite? The Cupolino, with wonderfully sweet Saarxano tomato slices and buffalo mozzarella. A true spectacle. Beers from the Soralamà brewery in Vaie. What more could I ask for? Try it!
