02/08/2024: After 5 years I take this opportunity to modify this review of mine: Great pizza!! If you are passing through Chiusa or on holiday, it is absolutely worth trying. Today 2 August 2024 I returned for the umpteenth time to get pizza here. And it's always her! The classic is good Salvatore pizza. Thin, well stuffed and cooked just right. Unfortunately it is not the pizza that has changed but the pizza chef himself. After at least the 6th time this year that I went to get pizza from him, he didn't even bother to say hello. Almost like I was a ghost. And talking to other people they quote unquote received the same treatment. I understand that each of us can have problems but I believe that in a work environment like a take-away pizzeria, education with the customer is very important. I think that no matter how good the pizza is I will still give it a chance, if at least the greeting is reciprocated I will continue to go but if I continue to be treated like a ghost it will be the last time I will have pizza there. PS: Very clean place Exceptional pizza And the girl who takes the orders very kind and polite. I hope for an improvement from Mr. Savior.

06/08/2024: 3 of us came to eat 2 pasta dishes and a pizza. To order normal waiting, the pizza arrived in normal times, the two "dish of the day" pasta dishes arrived more or less 40 minutes after the pizza. The waiter made an attempt to lighten the wait, but at the checkout they simply pretended nothing happened. I understand an unexpected event but I find it unacceptable to pretend nothing happened instead of justifying or apologizing for the long, unjustified, for me, wait. Averagely good quality, shame about the lack of attention to the customer.

26/07/2024: A place where overall the food is good, especially the pizzas which are excellent and the first courses of the day. The only thing is that, from the time you sit down to the time you start eating, you have to allow at least an hour. Apart from this, the last time I went I was disappointed to have been made fun of by the waitress, who I then found again at the register when it was time to pay. In fact, when ordering desserts, she offered us several desserts including the black chocolate profiterol. Happy to finally eat a dessert that wasn't the cheap one that is normally offered with milk chocolate, I ordered it. When it was served to us, I immediately noticed that the chocolate was light and in any case I still enjoyed eating it. I then asked the waitress what she meant by black chocolate but she, very superficially, replied that the chocolate is either milk chocolate or "normal". Not wanting to admit his ignorance, he continued by reiterating his point. I let it go, I had guests, but I noticed that in the freezer in front of the cash register there was a pack of frozen "CREAM OF COCOA..." profiterol.

29/08/2024: Lunch on the veranda, excellent dishes, excellent tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and truffles, very delicate veal with tuna sauce and real tiramisu, not like the creamy ones that everyone now gives you. We will be back!

29/08/2024: Excellent restaurant in the center of Limone Piemonte, Fassona fillet never eaten so tender and well cooked on the grill, The polite and welcoming owner, Miss Cristiana, served us in an accurate and pleasant way, fair bill, liqueur offered thanks. 27/07/2024: Pizzeria nel centro storico di Sampeyre, dove si possono gustare pizze cotte in forno elettrico, leggere e ben condite. Consiglierei di aggiungere al menù una pizza con prodotti locali, magari con il famoso "tumin del mel". Ben apprezzata l'idea di offrire come birra alla spina una birra artigianale di un noto produttore della zona. Davvero ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Il locale non è molto grande e nei mesi estivi conviene prenotare un tavolo.

25/07/2024: We called here today. We are a family of 5 on holidays from Ireland. We were told by locals that we could pay to use the outdoor pool. Obviously we were misinformed. The man was lovely and even offered us a 10 minute dip in water. My family were upset by rudeness of the woman who told them get their things and get out. We were so embarrassed and we felt like riff raff. We used bathroom which we think upset her. My husband has big birthday this weekend. Before this encounter with the angry woman we woulf have come back for pizza. Its actually a beautiful place. .

23/07/2024: Struttura stupenda. Abbiamo dormito nella casetta di legno. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e accoglienti. Ci hanno offerto un calice e delle focacce prima di cena e la mattina ci hanno portato cestino per la colazione. La casetta aveva tutti i comfort necessari. Bagno senza finestra e piccolo, ma tutto sistemato alla perfezione (compresi di asciugamani). Ovviamente si trova in campagna e non puoi non aspettarti qualche formica o altri animaletti. C'era un ventilatore ma la notte non l'abbiamo accesso, si stava bene. Piscina a due passi con lettini disponibili. Tutto molto bello, nella pace delle langhe. Abbiamo usufruito del ristorante e ne è valsa la pena!
