13/11/2025: Pizzeria da Pietrino – Vignole Borbera An excellent pizzeria in every way. The service is impeccable: friendly, attentive, and perfectly timed. The pizzas are truly delicious, made with quality ingredients and always cooked to perfection. I chose a pizza with Kamut dough, which was truly light and flavorful. A unique plus is the option to choose between three sizes: regular, large, or extra-large. I chose the extra-large and was completely satisfied: generous, well-topped, and delicious. The atmosphere is simple yet welcoming, ideal for a pleasant dinner. Excellent value: you can eat very well for a reasonable price. An absolute guarantee in Vignole Borbera. Highly recommended!

27/11/2025: I found this place by chance while walking, and it's truly a fantastic place. The Salami and Gorgonzola recommended by the owner was without a doubt the best salami pizza I've ever had: the aroma of the spicy oil and the depth of the cheese were perfect. You can tell there's a true passion for pizza here! The entire staff was incredibly kind, cheerful, and truly welcoming. Thanks to them, I had a happy and enjoyable evening. Plus, it was the first time I'd tried farinata, and it was truly delicious! 😋

This makes the difference between a professional and a non-professional! Thanks for the confirmation :-) Average pizza... shame about the staff, who were particularly rude.

14/11/2025: I went for the first time a few nights ago. The pizzas were fabulous, extraordinary, and large. I had the one with mortadella and mozzarella, which was delicious. The pizzas are also suitable for celiacs. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

11/10/2025: Our longtime favorite pizzeria, with the option of pairing pizza with champagne from small winemakers... the pan-cooked pizza is a real delight... Fabio, who runs the place, is always very kind and available for advice and curiosities about the magnificent Monferrato region.

14/11/2025: Much larger than you might imagine, the pizzas are varied and truly delicious, the prices are fair, the staff is friendly, and the service is fast. We found it by chance and are very satisfied. A little noisy, but given its size, that's inevitable.

The staff is ready to listen to your requests and offer recommendations based on your personal tastes. As for the food, there's nothing to complain about; it's simply breathtaking. Excellent, high-quality ingredients.

02/12/2025: I've been to dinner here several times, always at large tables. So, given the restaurant's decline, it's a great place for birthday parties or reunions. It's quite crowded. The place is nice, with a large window and a summer veranda. The food is good. The prices are slightly above average, but nothing out of the ordinary. If I can make one small criticism, it's the service; I'm used to much more kindness and friendliness.

Atmosphere and Service: The place is quiet and relaxing, ideal for a family lunch without the hustle and bustle of other places. We found the staff very courteous and attentive; the service was efficient and pleasant. The Food – A Pleasant Surprise: The portions are definitely generous, but the real star was the pizza, simply excellent! Light dough and high-quality ingredients, cooked to perfection. A special mention goes to the appetizer, which truly amazed us: we tried the "Belin che Fritto" (a name that says it all!) and it did not disappoint. Crispy and light fried pizza, an absolute must! In summary: If you're looking for a place to eat excellent pizza, feel comfortable, and not leave hungry, this is the place. Highly recommended!
