The pizzas are truly delicious, made with quality ingredients and always cooked to perfection. I chose a pizza with Kamut dough, which was truly light and flavorful. A unique plus is the option to choose between three sizes: regular, large, or extra-large. I chose the extra-large and was completely satisfied: generous, well-topped, and delicious. The atmosphere is simple yet welcoming, ideal for a pleasant dinner. Excellent value: you can eat very well for a reasonable price. An absolute guarantee in Vignole Borbera. Highly recommended!

The Salami and Gorgonzola recommended by the owner was without a doubt the best salami pizza I've ever had: the aroma of the spicy oil and the depth of the cheese were perfect. You can tell there's a true passion for pizza here! The entire staff was incredibly kind, cheerful, and truly welcoming. Thanks to them, I had a happy and enjoyable evening. Plus, it was the first time I'd tried farinata, and it was truly delicious! 😋

We ordered spaghetti aglio olio, even though it wasn't on the menu. It was no problem. Highly recommended!

28/10/2025: Ai Prati is a restaurant and pizzeria on the road from Ovada to Silvano d'Orba. Located in a shopping center, parking is not a problem, and the atmosphere is simple and comfortable. We've tried it for dinner a couple of times. The pizza is good, with a choice of toppings. The pulled pork with fries is excellent. Recommended.

28/10/2025: We happened upon this place by chance on a Monday. There's really very little space available for an impromptu dinner, out of the ordinary weekend, without having to travel at least 40 minutes. We were greeted very politely and were able to eat quickly, and the pizza we ordered was very good. Except that the waiter's suggestions made us change our minds a thousand times, but we were short on time and decided against it. There was a nice variety of tempting options. Very kind and courteous staff. Very fair prices. We'll definitely be back if we're in the area again!

20/10/2025: I tried this restaurant after several friends recommended it, and I must say it lived up to my expectations. Renowned for its seafood and the quality of its offerings, I was very satisfied with my experience. Some of the menu's combinations were also quite original. Prices were reasonable, and the service was fast and efficient. The only downside was that some of the dishes were a bit bland, but I think that could have been easily remedied by asking for more salt. The restrooms were clean.

11/10/2025: Our longtime favorite pizzeria, with the option of pairing pizza with champagne from small winemakers... the pan-cooked pizza is a real delight... Fabio, who runs the place, is always very kind and available for advice and curiosities about the magnificent Monferrato region.
