A choice of pizza, pinsa, and pizza pala with various dough types.
Good beer and coffee.
03/01/2026: We were very happy and will return soon, the owner is a very nice and good person and her husband is a good cook. Next time we will have a special pinsa.

14/11/2025: I went for the first time a few nights ago. The pizzas were fabulous, extraordinary, and large. I had the one with mortadella and mozzarella, which was delicious. The pizzas are also suitable for celiacs. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
11/10/2025: Our longtime favorite pizzeria, with the option of pairing pizza with champagne from small winemakers... the pan-cooked pizza is a real delight... Fabio, who runs the place, is always very kind and available for advice and curiosities about the magnificent Monferrato region.

19/01/2026: I ordered a takeout pizza because I was hungry, a pizza that was truly inedible in my opinion... the crust is a bit rubbery, but that's not the worst part. I ordered a pizza with porcini mushrooms, prosciutto, and parmesan.
First of all, the "porcini" were clearly the frozen ones and were clearly not porcini mushrooms but mushrooms. The prosciutto was cooked (which is usually added after cooking) and became the sole of my shoe... I had to give it to the dog, poor thing.
At least the service was very fast.
