12/02/2025: Just when you think that their attempt to achieve perfection has now reached the insurmountable point, the owners of the pizzeria deliver the blow you don't expect. Which you almost don't believe. Indeed, if for any reason you eat vegan it brings tears to your eyes, hoping you have understood correctly. Not satisfied with having undertaken the winning path of first choice ingredients, which make their pizza unrivaled in the Territory, for goodness, originality and style, the "marvellous couple" now offers a skeptic-proof selection of vegetable cheeses. Not only are they delicious, not only do they not contain cholesterol, but they give the pizzas - try the smoked veg provola to believe it - an explosion of flavour, accentuated by the already incomparable friarelli cream to garnish, even the unrivaled fried montanarine. And then, the emotion of finally being able to taste a traditional margherita again, with veg mozzarella practically indistinguishable from the original, but with the addition of a special tomato puree and basil sauce, a secret creation (for now) of the Master pizza chef. In short, a surprise within a surprise, which makes this pizzeria already one of a kind, a place to be remembered for its ability and courage to always innovate. Try it and you will understand why it is better to book in advance. At the right price.

01/03/2025: We came by chance, found it on the internet and were tempted by the excellent reviews, a small but very welcoming (very familiar) pizzeria, as soon as we entered we were immediately greeted with a smile by the girls and the owner, I love being welcomed with a smile because it gives you so much serenity, very good pizza by the meter and coming from a Sicilian like me it's no small feat, finding a place in the north that makes good pizza is almost like winning a lottery, it's really good here, even quality ingredients and a not very high price. We will probably come from Casale Monferrato other times. 5 STARS OVERALL. Highly recommended
20/02/2025: Good evening, I wanted to share my experience, I ordered two "large" margherita pizzas for the first time to take away, I repeat it because maybe if you eat it on the spot it's different but they won't hear from me again, but not out of malice, but when I called the sixth sense didn't give much positivity, the girl on the phone was missing only asking you for the tax code and the map via email even if we live four streets away (but I'll leave it aside, it's just my thought), I had given the time as 8.30pm and he replies eh 8.30pm/9.00pm because we have a half hour gap and they still managed to arrive late even if by a few minutes but I say you have 30 minutes, then let's talk about the pizza, it's a wooden block and almost cold, and 16 euros for two margherita pizzas, of medium size and not as large as they think it is, which also seem to be reheated, no thanks, I had high expectations based on the reviews but also no. I ate more while my partner obviously had to order another one from somewhere else

10/02/2025: Very nice place, fast service, very kind and helpful guys. Spectacular pizza, soft and digestible dough and quality ingredients! The desserts were also fantastic (tried the cake and tiramisu). What can I say, I vote ten. PS they speak English as well, it's a plus for me :)

01/03/2025: The best pizza in the Novi area... the only flaw is the takeaway "service"... when you call and say a time to pick it up, it doesn't mean starting to prepare it at that time, and when you say a home delivery time, it's best to respect it and not be half an hour late... otherwise the delivery surcharge can be requested back. Having said that, I repeat, super pizza!!!

29/01/2025: Una bella sorpresa nella brutta addormentata Alessandria. Un locale accogliente ed innovativo, di facile accesso grazie al vicinissimo parcheggio di piazza Gobetti. Il mitico Aldo e le leggiadre Marina e Michela ci accompagnano alla scoperta di questo locale, che non esisteva ai tempi napoleonici della nostra gioventù. Infatti dispone di elettricità ed acqua corrente e c'è pure il riscaldamento, tutte cose non scontate ai nostri tempi. Il menù è ricco di proposte e le pizze sono semplicemente strepitose. Mia moglie gusta una pizza "bufala" alla farina di farro ed io prendo una bella Napoli, classico dei classici. La serata scorre piacevolmente e decidiamo di tornare presto.
Complimenti per gli ottimi ingredienti e per l'offerta di diversi impasti, tutti innovativi perché antichi.

15/03/2025: For lunch on Saturday on the advice of a local friend, we had a very good time tasting the local cuisine which we found to be well prepared and of good quality at a fair price. The hot focaccia served instead of bread along with a bowl of Russian salad is spectacular. Nice place which I imagine is pleasant even in summer due to the external pergola, we also liked the service. We'll be back.
15/03/2025: My husband and I ate at this restaurant today. Nice place with ample parking, quality food, well cooked and at a restaurant price. Very kind staff. The hot focaccia instead of bread served covered with a Russian salad offered by them is really good! Super recommended place!

During our 14-day trip to Piedmont we learned that the quality in the restaurants everywhere is extremely good. This experience ranges from the gourmet restaurant to the simple osteria to the agriturismo farm in the countryside.
The people who live here attach great importance to fresh, genuine products of local origin and of the best quality.
When we returned to our accommodation near Sarezzano after an extensive excursion, we decided to visit the pizzeria La Pesa in the village of Grue, just a few km away, without making a reservation.
The restaurant is the only one in the 300-resident community.
Because we got there very early, we were able to get a table on the terrace. As the evening progressed, the restaurant was filled to capacity - half the village and surrounding residents seemed to come here for dinner.
We both chose a pizza at the highest price level and were very surprised and very satisfied with the result, baked in the charcoal oven.
The dough was prepared with a gray flour that comes from the village. The color was similar to a pinsa dough, but made from different types of flour.
The tomato topping was San Marzano Agro Nacerino Sarnese - these are the best grown at the foot of Vesuvius. Fior di Latte (cow's milk mozzarella) from Campania, spinach, nuts, ricotta and salsiccia were also used. The result: a pizza like no other.
In addition to the aromatic San Marzano tomatoes, my wife's pizza was served with buffalo mozzarella, cooked panchetta, cherry tomatoes, basil, semi-dry yellow tomatoes and Evo olive oil, which originally comes from Umbrian olives and was recultivated by the University of Perugia.
The difference to a pizza in Germany, which is formulated for maximum profit, is gigantic.
In this pizzeria we cook for the people who live here and not for a quick euro with tourists who won't be coming back anyway.
That's why we love Piedmontese cuisine, where the quality of ingredients and taste are priority - happy Italy.
