27/09/2025: We went last night. The pizza was good and the staff were friendly. We only waited 1 hour and 10 minutes from when we sat down until the last pizza arrived.
When the place is full, they struggle with the wait times because other tables were also complaining about the wait.

09/01/2026: The place is really cute, spacious and with high ceilings, not too noisy, suitable for couples or groups looking for a quiet place and some privacy. The staff is very kind and attentive. The food is excellent; we had the chiacchere with prosciutto and buffalo mozzarella, and you could taste the freshness of the ingredients, with the pizza dough fried perfectly. We then ordered two pizzas: excellent dough, easy to digest, and not too salty. Special mention goes to the carbonara pizza, truly exceptional!
We discovered the place thanks to TheFork, which is currently offering discounts. Without discounts, the prices are average, and for the overall experience, in my opinion, they're fair!
09/01/2026: The place is a pizzeria, I don't know why it's listed as a hotel, but I highly recommend it, the pizza is very good with great variety and originality.

13/02/2026: I like it... Quiet, slightly retro decor, not a huge selection of pizzas, but I find a tranquility and serenity here that I don't find elsewhere. A truly relaxing pizza, a real treat for me.
15/11/2025: Excellent pizza also at lunch, AIC member, I had a Sicilian pizza while my wife had a gluten-free pizza, excellent dough of the two pizzas, we will definitely return to enjoy the cuisine more calmly

Leo has developed a dough that satisfies all tastes. His pizza isn't thin, but it's not thick; it's not soft, but it's not crispy; it doesn't have a high crust, but it's not shallow.
An exceptional pizza!

Even the kids eat the whole crust... if you can call it crust because it's soft, thin, not dry, fantastic!! The top is never too light, never heavy. For our tastes, top!! 21/02/2026: Disappointed and sorry! I've been a customer since 2018, and I've always gotten pizza from you. Mistakes happen, it's human, but this isn't a mistake. If you see a burnt pizza, you throw it away and remake it.
I threw it away, just like I threw away my money.
16/02/2026: I ordered a seafood pizza.
The pizza was inedible. I told the waitress about it and it was taken away. After a while, they came to tell me they'd tasted it and it was absolutely delicious.
But the pizza was really not good.
And they even had the nerve to make me pay for it.

22/01/2026: Excellent pizza.... That's why I gave it three stars. We were there on Saturday, supposed to be seated at 9, but there was already a half-hour wait. There were a lot of people, and I noticed only one pizza chef working. That's why there was such a long wait even for the pizzas. We expected at least an apology, which never came...
We definitely won't be returning, though I'm very disappointed about that, because the pizza is truly delicious. Perhaps the best I've eaten in Savigliano.

BUT IN THE WINTER I STOPPED GOING YEARS AGO, BECAUSE IT'S FREEZING (and from the reviews I see that other people have complained about the temperature)!!! ❌ It's strange to me how the managers don't notice this problem, given that the last few times I went, people were even eating WEARING THEIR JACKETS!! Of course, the people working behind the oven don't notice, given that it's 30 degrees there... but in the rest of the place... WELL!!!
Anyway, I'M STILL GIVING IT 5 STARS, BECAUSE THEY SERVE THE BEST PIZZA I'VE EVER EATEN IN **MY ENTIRE LIFE**. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

19/03/2026: We know the place because we're old customers, but unfortunately the pizza isn't as good as it used to be. The pizzas are raw and cold. The place is cold, so we couldn't enjoy our dinner. The coffee tasted burnt. Dinner was a disappointment. We won't be back again!!
09/03/2026: I had lunch at their place with the 'workers' menu, the food was still good quality, the staff were friendly, the prices were normal, the portion sizes were inconsistent.
