04/01/2026: I should point out that on January 3, 2026, I visited the Ristorante Pizzeria "Il Giardino Dei Tigli" with a friend, only for the pizzeria, so my review is limited to that section and not the restaurant. The restaurant is located in a somewhat remote area of ​​Pesaro, so you have to know it well to go there, but I assure you, it's worth it. It's a real shame that the location doesn't help the restaurant, as it's on a narrow, cul-de-sac. However, at the end of the street, there's a convenient, free parking lot with several spaces, which isn't bad. At the entrance, there's a rather small and barely visible sign, which doesn't attract the clientele the restaurant certainly deserves. You enter the restaurant through an outdoor terrace, which, obviously, is unused given the season, but it must be said that it would be nicer to have some streetlights. While it may seem like a minor aspect (but in my opinion, it's not), what stands out inside is the well-balanced lighting: it's not too bright (like a waiting room, for example) nor too dim, which helps you relax, facilitates conversation between diners, and enhances the evening. The restaurant is furnished in an informal yet pleasant style: the walls are adorned with a variety of photos, paintings, drawings, and various accessories, whose subjects and colors create a pleasing visual impact. The tables are well-spaced, ensuring ample privacy. The friendly and polite staff, after verifying our reservation, seats us at our table, where the immaculately clean tablecloths, plates, glasses, and cutlery are immediately noticeable. My friend and I opt to each have a pizza and a French fry to share, a medium draft beer, and two cans of Coke, and everything is served fairly quickly. I'll skip describing the type of pizza we ordered because, in my opinion, these are personal tastes and therefore not reviewable. What must be said is that the pizza was truly excellent: the dough was well-leavened, the cooking was perfect and even, so much so that the crust wasn't burned but rather a beautiful golden brown (you don't find many pizzerias that cook like this). The thickness of the pizza was just right: not too thick to turn the pizza into focaccia, nor too thin to let the ingredients fall off during the journey from plate to mouth (as often happens in many pizzerias). A quick note on the ingredients: my pizza had mushrooms, which didn't feel slippery or soaked in oil or vinegar, a sign that they weren't supermarket mushrooms but quality ones, even if they had been canned. The fries were cooked well, pale and not at all greasy: those were also good. We ended the evening with two good coffees. Lastly, the price/quality ratio was good, as we paid €35 ​​for two pizzas, two cans of Coke, one medium draft beer, one French fry, and two coffees. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet evening with good food and a good value.

08/08/2025: Chalet 99 was our first beach resort in Lido di Fermo. We've always had a great time, both with the beach service and the restaurant-bar. Over the years, the number of customers has increased, as have the umbrellas, but the beach has always remained super enjoyable. The restaurant has also improved significantly over the years, including an evening pizzeria, much to my surprise. The pizza and dough are exceptional. I've rarely had better. The ingredients are excellent. The fries are delicious. The staff are always attentive, and the owner is very friendly and attentive to everything. Highly recommended.

01/10/2025: The restaurant was open until 6:00 late in the evening. The food was good and tasty Italian slow food. The waiter was great, even though we didn't speak Italian and his English was poor we got along well and got the food we wanted in portions.

We waited a few minutes for our table to be re-set and seated, then ordered pizza, which took forever; one even had the entire edge burned. Luckily, the dessert was good.

15/01/2026: DUMBLED! We went to dinner at Rocca Verde on a Saturday night with friends, remembering the days when it could still be considered an honest place. Dinner got off to a bad start: the waiter came to the table and broke the cork while opening the wine (a mistake, of course), then left the table to go and change the bottle, only to return with the exact same one, pretending to open it in front of us. Of course, we noticed, so he told us again he'd change it, then returned to the table, saying that the bottle was finished (which is why he'd tried to sell us the same bottle he'd previously opened badly, causing pieces of cork to fall inside). The appetizers arrived very quickly, I must say: two delicious fried tomini, two portions of carpaccio still very cold from the refrigerator/blast chiller, and two portions of arrosticini (the menu should have counted 30, but there were 28, which we noticed when two people at the table ate one less). We skipped the first course and instead ordered two portions of pork shank, which were very good, I must say, and two of tagliata, which were cooked well and rare as requested, but also very tough, almost chewy. We went to pay, already dissatisfied with our meal, and the waiter who had served us throughout the meal (with the attitude of someone doing you a favor, by the way) told us "50 euros each" without consulting his computer or even giving a receipt to those who had paid in cash. We leave, amazed at having spent €50 each at an agriturismo (I repeat, agriturismo, not restaurant) for an appetizer and a main course each, along with a bottle of medium-low range wine for five of us. We check the previously photographed menu, doing the math over and over again, and conclude that they had rounded up our prices by approximately €2.50 each. In conclusion (and I speak with full knowledge of the facts, having worked in restaurants for a long time and never condemning mistakes made by the dining room and kitchen, which are perfectly normal), I cannot and will not tolerate such a mockery: this shows a lack of respect for the customer, the same disrespect that allows you to work by choosing your restaurant. I will definitely never return, and I will try to keep anyone I care about away.

03/12/2025: Great atmosphere, good food, and decent service. Unfortunately, we went at a peak time and there were no more pizza slices ready, so we had to wait, but it was worth it because they were very good. The prices are fair, and there's plenty of space unless you're bringing a large group. That said, I'm giving it 4 stars, with a slight lack in service, but it could definitely be improved.

02/12/2025: A DISASTER and my 6-year-old daughter's birthday party RUINED! I ordered a cake for 20 people with a printed design and agreed upon flavors and prices (€65/70). I went to pick it up and the price was €85 for no reason, I paid without a problem. I asked if it should be kept in the refrigerator or freezer or can it be left out in the open... They told me to keep it in the refrigerator until I eat it. Okay, I followed the letter. When I took it out of the refrigerator, the printed design was completely unsightly. I immediately called the owner or whoever... and she only apologized and said there was nothing she could do... "It must have been a bad batch of wafers," she told me. Meanwhile, my daughter started crying as soon as she could see it, and the photos of that party too. A beautiful memory! From their side, I would have expected (at the very least) a refund or at least some other way when I called, but I don't think I should have been the one to ask for it. I even waited two days because after I sent him a photo of the cake, he only replied after two hours with "Oh my God." Another thing that may have been overlooked... the cake's flavor was variegated with Nutella, and I expected to taste the Nutella that wasn't there. It was just a chocolate mousse.

19/11/2025: If I ORDER a cake for a birthday... I mean a traditional cake with sponge cake soaked in liqueur... I didn't ask for a semifreddo covered in cream. You should be clearer. In my opinion, it's not a pastry shop. The cake I picked up on Saturday. If you went to an ice cream shop, I would have saved money.
