17/08/2024: Review for the restaurant. We went on Friday evening, karaoke day, we had a table. Let me start by saying that we had chosen the karaoke evening for the fun but the music was excessively loud during dinner, we couldn't converse, not even the waiters could understand the orders and we had to raise our voices. We asked to lower it a little, at least for dinner time, but the DJ wouldn't hear of it. With this we do not want to diminish his skill but only a piece of advice because the volume that is too loud during a convivial moment, the dialogue especially in the presence of elderly people, can really be difficult. Let's move on to reviewing the dishes. Hot and cold appetizer, in the opinion of the majority of diners the fish was without praise, according to some it was even frozen. However generous portions and good plating. Crispy fried, plentiful but here too the quality of the fish did not impress. First courses: cuttlefish ink tagliatelle with spicy calamarata, but only for lovers of truly spicy food because your mouth was literally on fire. Tagliatelle with seafood, dry, overcooked, without sauce. Very good salmon tartare, ricotta and spinach ravioli with excellent speck. Good gnocchi with meat sauce. Desserts: chocolate cake, excellent tiramisu. Overall, perhaps the land menu is better than the seafood one. Prices: 30 euros each

25/08/2024: Excellent food, fair waiting time for dishes. 4 of us went to eat and the dishes all arrived together. Delicious desserts, friendly and helpful staff. Despite the large number of customers to serve, the waiters were prepared and approachable. Truly excellent quality of food and prices. A first course each, a mixed fry, 4 desserts and 4 bitters came in total to around thirty each. An experience to do at least once if you come to Marotta. If you are looking for a quality restaurant 2 steps from the sea I recommend it.

25/07/2024: Wow this place is an excellent experience. The quality of the food and wine here is superb and prices for the quality and service represents very good value for money. The food quality and service is top notch and represents very close to Michelin starred food and presentation. The wine list is representative of the local verdicchio with many producers from Staffolo represented. The whole wine list shows how much the owners of the restaurant appreciate matching their excellent food with excellent wines. Well done. The prices of the wines on offer are extremely competitive for a top restaurant. But it is the quality and presentation of the food that shines here. Innovative dishes but with a local heart and tradition. Well done. This was the best meal my wife had I have had out this year and we look forward to returning.

07/07/2024: Even if in the splendid hills of the Marche it has a wide choice of sea, modest but nevertheless of excellent quality of land. Charming atmosphere and good service. Crescia bread and homemade cured meats. Baked goose is excellent and difficult to find.

31/08/2024: We booked for one night as we were passing through and took advantage of the restaurant located under the hotel to have lunch and dinner. Good rooms, highly recommended restaurant with excellent dishes. Very good value for money

09/08/2024: We frequented this splendid restaurant for 2 years when we lived in Ancona. After 8 years it was an obligatory step... already excellent at the time they managed to improve. It was a pleasure to see most of the staff again and even nicer that they remembered us. Mr. Franco in the dining room is an institution and Antonio in the oven is a pizza artist. Simply congratulations... you are great!!!

15/08/2024: Clean and welcoming place, friendly staff and very fast service. The pizza is undoubtedly the highlight, stuffed properly and with a soft crust. The variety of choices is also wide. In summer there is the possibility of eating outside and the environment is really pleasant. Overall I highly recommend it, if you want to pay a visit to Gradara it is the best because it is right at the entrance to the fortress. Pizza and go!

11/08/2024: One of the best pizzerias in Pesaro! Pizza with a high edge, truly excellent Neapolitan style; the fried foods are also very tasty and varied. Service on time, the staff is very kind and professional. Prices normal.

25/08/2024: We have been going there for many years. It's always a joy to come back there and for the staff but especially for the kitchen. Pleasantly located in Ripatransone recognized as a world heritage site
