08/02/2025: I have been frequenting this restaurant for years, personally always finding it very good. I find it more difficult to find satisfaction in this, where you have the opportunity to see people reinventing, changing, venturing into ever new challenges, than evaluating a place where you have only been once (make or break). Congratulations to all of you at La Mimosa, for the passion and care you always put into it and for the desire to always offer your customers something new and special.

11/01/2025: We went unexpectedly one evening, on a Sunday, looking for a place that could accommodate 4 of us for a quick dinner. Nice place, old but elegant furnishings. The pizza wasn't bad, decent but nothing exceptional, high prices for the quality. It's also a shame about the service, we waited almost 1 hour to eat our 4 pizzas, in the meantime a table who arrived after us had already finished eating. The staff too, the waiters were friendly, but the woman at the reception and a waitress really didn't want to be there and it showed. Too bad, I thought I could enjoy a proper dinner, given the popular place, but instead I was disappointed. I won't go back there again.

04/02/2025: I was at the Fiordifarina Bistrot in Gallarate and overall the experience was good, but with some negative notes. The place is located right in the center, so very convenient to reach, but parking is quite difficult to find, especially during rush hour. The environment is quite large and the staff proved friendly and helpful. The pizza is really good, with fresh ingredients and a good variety of options, which I really appreciated. However, two aspects made the experience less pleasant. First of all, the waiting times were very long: we waited almost an hour for pizzas, an excessive wait even considering how crowded the place was. Furthermore, the price is definitely too high. I understand the quality of the ingredients, but a pizza with fish for €18 is really excessive. In summary, excellent quality of pizza, but long waits and unjustifiable prices.

25/01/2025: Very nice and quiet place, very friendly and professional staff. Rich menu and you can also find the dishes of the day. I got a pizza and it was great.

20/01/2025: Too long in serving and poorly organised. If I order a starter and the other person has a first course they have to bring them to me together, it's not possible for the other person to stand by and watch while I eat the starter. Personally negative experience

30/12/2024: Pizza made with skill. Particular attention to leavening. Choice of raw materials starting with special flours. Basil pizza is highly digestible. The dining room staff are friendly and ready to satisfy every request. For those who love pizza, a place to try.

15/12/2024: Parking is easy and the staff is very friendly. We were allowed to order food when we entered at ten o'clock in the evening. The beer was delicious and the pizza was delicious. Perfect!

08/02/2025: Cheap place, I ask for 4 medium beers they arrive with 4 33ml bottles of beer all different, I ask for wine on the list they arrive with another bottle, I ask for oil they arrive with a bottle from the supermarket, I ask for pepper they arrive with a pepper grinder from the supermarket among other things with little pepper. Spaghetti with clams drowned in oil. Low level.

11/02/2025: Truly super pizza with top quality ingredients and the service is good, unfortunately the place is rather small and not adequate for the amount of customers it manages with time slots, very inconvenient parking.
