The pizzas, devoured, simply amazing!!!
Perfect dough and cooking, top-quality ingredients, served with Federica's sweet and wonderful smile. Kudos also to Andrea, a fantastic pizza chef.
Well done, guys, keep up the good work.
18/11/2025: The pizza was takeout, so it took at least a quarter of an hour to eat. It was excellent, I can only imagine what it would be like to eat it there. I can't wait!
The owners are friendly, good guys!

24/10/2025: La Capriata is an excellent restaurant, with thoughtfully curated menus and wood-fired pizzas. We chose unusual dishes like smoked eel and confit veal cheek. The dishes are well presented, the food is excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The service is fast.
For lunch, the ground floor dining room is more pleasant, but for dinner, the attic room is perfect.
We will be back.
21/10/2025: Surrounded by the nature of Spluga, you can enjoy delicious dishes, including fish (unusual for the area). I love the tagliolini with blueberries.
It can be a bit crowded at times, but everyone is friendly and welcoming, and especially welcoming to pets.

13/11/2025: Nice place; we were in the downstairs room, and I have to say, the atmosphere was truly beautiful and welcoming. The staff was courteous and fast. I'd say the quality/price ratio was excellent.

30/09/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant and were very pleased. The staff was truly friendly, and the veranda in a peaceful setting was lovely.
The sciatt and pizzoccheri were very good. A special mention, however, goes to the tagliatelle with mushrooms. Fresh pasta and exceptional mushrooms (since it's in season, I had to order this dish).
Fair prices.

02/11/2025: Very large venue with smoking and non-smoking areas, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Excellent food, moderately priced. The only drawback is that it's quite noisy, but that's due to its size. Also great for aperitifs.

08/12/2025: We ate really well and the service was excellent. The only flaw is that the time slots for first and second sittings were well spaced out (2 hours), so we had plenty of time to enjoy dinner.

13/09/2025: Delicious dinner! Four of us had dinner at this beautiful restaurant with a truly enchanting atmosphere!
The risottos were excellent, especially the blueberry one and the Sassella risotto with bresaola!
The desserts were delicious, the cheesecake was amazing!
The waiters were very kind, knowledgeable, fast, and always smiling!
I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!!!

A must-stop place.
Recommendation
26/09/2025: I returned to this restaurant almost by chance, after having been there once a couple of years ago. This time, I chose the pizzoccheri again, and I was right: delicious, well-seasoned, and generous portions. They also have a good selection of craft beers, produced at their 1212 brewery (I even bought some to go).
The staff was extremely friendly. The place was warm and welcoming.
Highly recommended.

15/11/2025: We stopped by chance on a Wednesday evening. The place was cozy and crowded, but the service was fast. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the pizza was excellent, with a thin yet substantial crust. The draft red beer was worth a second thought.
Negative note: the prosciutto and speck on the pizza should NOT be added during cooking!
05/11/2025: Dinners, usually with pizza, in a refined restaurant. It's always crowded. The girls serving tables are fantastic.
