It was our best decision to go to this place for dinner. Our journey from Lake Como (Bellano town) took about 1.5 hours. This is the tastiest beef I've ever had.

An ideal place for a stopover. Delicious food, fair prices, very friendly staff, and a fabulous view. A highchair was immediately offered for our daughter. There's a really nice little playground directly opposite the restaurant.

22/09/2025: Valtellina cuisine isn't suited to Mediterranean stomachs. The venison was well-cooked, the wine drinkable, the service friendly, and the pine forest all around. Aurelio, the innkeeper, even lent us the key to Don Guanella's house, now a museum, so we could visit. Very kind people, a wonderful experience. It's a shame it will all be over in a few days...

13/05/2026: Excellent food with good service I ate on the veranda with a magnificent view.
12/05/2026: A truly authentic place, perfect for those who want to eat authentic Valtellina cuisine. The pizzoccheri were creamy and flavorful, made according to tradition, and the portions are enormous: you'll leave more than satisfied! The sciatt were also excellent, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, accompanied by a fresh salad that balances the meal well. The atmosphere is simple and authentic, the service is friendly, and the food is truly excellent. If you're looking for typical Valtellina flavors and generous portions at great prices, this place is definitely worth a visit.
