05/12/2024: A lovely little place in a rustic and quiet beaded environment where you can taste a good menu of both meat and fish as well as pizza. Friendly staff, bright and clean room. The wine list is also excellent. Highly recommended.

10/11/2024: Returned after many years. Very old place. The pizza was really good, shame about the 40 minute wait for the pizzas, there were not even 20 people in the place

24/09/2024: Very nice surprise. Small, unpretentious pizzeria, extremely friendly, smiling owner who takes great care of the customers. The place is old but very clean. A very VERY VERY large choice of pizzas, which probably means you won't bore them with lots of changes (but it's easy to choose when you know what you want/what you like). We had antipasti and the same pizza (5 cheeses) 1X normal version and 1X gluten free. The filling was very rich in cheese ❤️ The dough for the Gluten Free pizza looked industrial but it tasted really good with the toppings on it. They have a dedicated oven for gluten-free 🙏

11/11/2024: Not very good or fresh ingredients. Mushrooms were clearly canned mushrooms (from a metal can), not very good ham, and not enough topping. But if it’s all that’s open, then then it’s better than going hungry :)

03/11/2024: A pizzeria from times gone by, where you went to eat pizza, the good one, without too many frills, without these gourmet useless things... Pizza must have 2 things: be simple and be good and you will find it here. I've been coming here for years, although not frequently (I don't live very close) and I've always left with a smile. Well done! Recommended!

14/11/2024: I picked up some food(pizza and risotto) and it was some of the best food on the trip. The hostess was very helpful with the order as the preference was for vegetarian food. The pizzaiolo Saeed was very friendly and showed me how he was operating the wood fired oven. I will definitely be back here when I'm back in Bellano.

18/09/2024: Sono ritornato pensando di cambiare la mia opinione, ma è andata peggio della serata già fatta e già recensita. Un consiglio alla persona alla cassa... Cambia lavoro perché gestire un ristorante non è una mansione per te, sempre se sa fare altro... E come leggo le recensioni recenti, non solo io esprimo un giudizio negativo. Io se fossi il titolare mi farei qualche domanda.

14/11/2024: Rispetto alle precedenti esperienze, purtroppo è da considerare una cena pessima. Ho richiesto la mozzarella senza lattosio sulla pizza e non vi era disponibilità e molti ingredienti erano terminati. Abbiamo atteso circa un'ora per avere le pizze, nonostante nel locale ci fossero pochi clienti. L'impasto della pizza ci è sembrato discreto, ma con scarsa qualità degli ingredienti e sugo crudo. Alla fine abbiamo chiesto il dolce (tiramisù e tortino al cioccolato) e abbiamo aspettato mezz'ora, nonostante fossimo rimasti solo noi nel locale. Prezzi troppo alti. Purtroppo non ritorneremo.

However, if you like to feel "at home" when you dine out, this may not be the ideal place: it lacks a bit of that feeling of warmth and welcome that makes a place truly special. Despite this, the service is quick and the organization is excellent, making the restaurant a recommended choice for those who have little time but don't want to give up a quality meal. For a no-obligation lunch or dinner, La Fabbrica Libera is for you!

16/12/2024: Management needs to change. we had already been there a couple of times a couple of years ago and had a very good time. Now, even with a reduced menu, the dishes were flavorless and of poor quality. Small portions, high prices. The location is wonderful, but the equipment is squalid, with a miserable and not even colored paper placemat, a morsel of bread each (despite a 3 euro cover charge). The friendly service, but the lack of ATMs, reported only at the end of the meal, was a serious shortage.

24/11/2024: Interesting location, like the internal environment. Most staff courteous. Average food.

05/10/2024: A perfect place for those with young children, the large porch, playground and football pitches (when not occupied) allow parents to relax in company, with the added value of a cost below the average for the area.
