02/04/2024: We stayed here for a night and it was a huge mistake! Should have stayed at least two nights in this lovely hotel. All the staff were so helpful and friendly and they keep on asking if we needed anything. Will definitely stay in this hotel again if ever we’ll get the chance to be back in lake como.

22/11/2023: We hadn't booked but managed to get a table in the outside conservatory part. Staff were friendly. Cocktails were good. Pizza was delicious and good portion size. From the outside it looked like the nicest place in the area and it didn't disappoint. Would recommend.

04/04/2024: A little too expensive in general. Gluten and lactose free pizza is missing. Good pizzas but in my opinion too "cheesy". Too bad they don't have sweet drinks on tap.

20/03/2024: Lunch break, I had spaghetti with garlic, oil and chilli pepper with a salad....13 euros, for me that's a lot, too much for what's on offer (water and coffee are included) I didn't like the formula: first course + side dish Second course + side dish Pizza menu Complete menu Product quality and table service are fine, but the prices could be lower.

26/02/2024: Fast service. Polite and friendly staff. Very good pizza. Average prices. At midday during the week there is a working menu with both pizzas and traditional cuisine. Clean and bright environment. Ample parking available.

04/04/2024: In this review I only evaluate the restaurant as we did not stay in the hotel. We stayed at Easter. Easter menu consisting of 1 starter: pleasant, Irish meat tartare on an artichoke base, smoked buffalo mozzarella in basil oil. From here on, in my opinion we are not there. 2 first courses, a saffron risotto with scampi and asparagus. The risotto was too hard and the scampi together with the asparagus were a sort of ball placed in the center of the plate, in our opinion just taken out of the fridge as it was cold and unpleasant. Second first course, trofie with aubergine sauce with parsley emulsion. Here too, same problem as the risotto, in the sense that the parsley emulsion was placed in the center of the plate, cold as if it had been taken out of the fridge. The second course consisted of lamb ribs, radicchio with balsamic vinegar and pommes a la parisienne. Dish without infamy and without praise. Dessert: artisanal colomba with mascarpone cream and raspberries. As for the starter, all in all passable. Dirty and marked walls. Cobwebs seen in at least a couple of places. And alas, under the refrigerators in the room, you could see dirt and little attention to detail. At the table the cruet that had been made available to us in the center of the table was empty. The uncovered cheese maker. Overall, which I hope will be taken as constructive criticism, the bill was too high for the quality offered.

Better you can find something that comes close to this pizza an entirely Neapolitan excellence the pizza chef a talent and a gift of the best traditions good I recommend even just a simple marinara and then you will tell me

12/02/2024: Ordered for the first time. The pizza is delicious, thin dough, prepared very quickly. There is the possibility of making it with wholemeal flour dough. Excellent service, recommended!

07/04/2024: Pizzas were very good, pasta was not at all. Food didn't come at the same time and the price is clearly way too high for what you get, especially with the 'coperto' fee they add, 2,50€ per person for the service.

01/10/2023: Excellent pizza, with competent and professional staff. Delivery service on all the beaches of the coast of Abbadia Lariana, Mandello del Lario, free. The only place to offer such a service. I highly recommend!

22/07/2023: Experience we will never do again. One star because I can't give less. 4 of us enter the room waiting for 2 other people. The waitress sees us waiting and asks us "do you want something to drink?" "4 crodino thanks" The waitress shows up again with 3 glasses with crodino and ice: "I only had 3" :D Enough... end of story.. I say.. it's okay that you're already pissed off by not having 4 crodini but if you see that there are 4 of us and you don't have 4 crodini you either don't offer it to me or you ask me if I want something else. Ordered 2 plates of spaghetti with fish (clams and rock): salty like Satan. Taste both to verify. Awful. Both advance. The pizza (2 Naples) the best thing is the anchovies. I have always eaten at Ca De Baffo under the old management and I have never eaten pizza like this (raw dough) End of the meal... given the horrible experience we didn't even have coffee but as a sign of disgrace.

06/04/2024: We went for lunch here. The view is very good, with lake in front of the restaurant snd the staffs service are very quick. But the food is overpriced and portion is small. We ordered clam pasta and mixed seafood pasta, there was hardly any clam meat in the pasta, mostly shells; the mixed seafood pasta doesn’t taste good. Will not come back again.

04/04/2024: My first dinner in Italy in my life. Did I like it? It could have been, but I ate better in Poland. This is also my first seafood. On pizza. Unfortunately, I didn't like it very much. The portion is very filling, I really felt full. They download carpetto.
