19/06/2026: I went for pizza with a friend of mine last night! The idea to go there came to me on the way back from our walk in Campo Secco a few weeks ago, and passing by we remembered our adolescence and how many evenings we spent here, so we wanted to return after so many years. The pizza was delicious!!! I had the pinsa because as much as I love pizza, my intestines punish me if it isn't well risen, and I preferred that. My friend instead had the pizza. Both were delicious!!! I didn't have any intestinal problems, in fact I even ate dessert!!! Top service, fast and very kind, fantastic location, relaxing and cool despite this scorching heat!!! We were satisfied, we will be back again!!!! Highly recommended!!!!

08/06/2026: The place is nice and cozy, very nice garden for sitting outside. A really good place to have a dinner after visiting busy and crowded places like Varenna, Lecco etc.
- 0.5 points for the pricing, not the cheapest place to eat;
- 1 points for food. I ordered Nepoletana pizza after reading reviews and seeing the picture, Shame it was nothing like in the pictures- the crust edge didn’t rise, was hard, and was difficult to chew. Crusty beef (not sure why it is named crusty) was just a slow cooked beef. Collagen tissue was cooked properly and was soft, however, the connective tissue made up about 20% of the whole piece of meat, which is too much for a €24 dish.
Overall -1.5 for the price not meeting the quality of the food, but +5 for friendly staff and place. 3.5 rounded to 4
06/06/2026: A very nice place with great historical value. The service is good. It's a shame about the vegan options... practically nothing. They confirmed that the pasta e fagioli is free of animal products. The pizza wasn't bad. Perhaps the dough lacked salt. And at the time, they didn't have any vegetables to put on it (just tomatoes, olives, onions, and potatoes, which were a bit al dente).
No plant-based desserts.
