12/07/2026: Beautiful brewery, spacious, and lovely atmosphere. Often in such large venues, you risk waiting forever, but the service was super fast and efficient. Excellent food. A great experience in every way, highly recommended!

09/07/2026: A very spacious Bavarian beer hall-style atmosphere, with an excellent selection of gluten-free options (including excellent pizzas from a dedicated gluten-free oven). The food and draft beers are good and reasonably priced. It's a shame there's no gluten-free beer available on tap.

26/03/2026: I WENT TODAY AT LUNCH TIME... I ORDERED 2 MARGHERITAS AND ASKED FOR THE BILL... THE PIZZA CHEF FIRST TELLED ME 12 EUROS, AFTER HAVING Brought OUT THE 20 EUROS HE CALLED ME 13 AND YOU HAVE 2 DRINKS INCLUDED... I PAY BUT WHILE WAITING I CHECKED THE MENU AND SEE THAT THE MARGHERITA COSTS 5 EUROS... SO I ASKED FOR EXPLANATIONS AND THE PIZZA CHEF LAUGHINGLY TOLD ME THAT I TOOK THE DRINKS... SO I TOLD HIM THAT HE GAVE ME THE DRINKS AND I DIDN'T WANT THEM AND HE GAVE ME BACK 3 EUROS... IN MY OPINION, THIS PIZZERIA SHOULD BE CANCELED... NOT HONEST EVEN IF THE PIZZA WASN'T BAD... TOO BAD... HE LOST A CUSTOMER FOR 3 EUROS...!!!

24/11/2025: I ordered two takeout pizzas at 8:20 PM, and now at 11 PM my order was cancelled after hours of waiting and demanding. I would have changed pizzerias, but I had already paid for them in advance. At 11 PM I find myself having to look for something else to eat, and still on an empty stomach. I even regret being kind despite the hours of waiting. Shameful.

30/05/2026: Gluten-free pizza, 10%. Quality dough and ingredients. Selection of gluten-free bottled beer. My friends, gluten-free pizza, 10. Very knowledgeable young staff. Perfect dinner. I recommend it.

15/03/2026: A simple and super welcoming place, owners Pietro and Flora always welcome you with a smile and are always ready to accommodate your every need. The pizza is excellent, very light and super digestible, even the fried one. But the must-try is the fish, Pietro puts passion and precision into every dish, the desserts are definitely worth trying... friendliness, quality, and Neapolitan simplicity!!! Highly recommended for families and groups 🫶🏻

15/03/2026: A lovely discovery, delicious pizza, perfectly leavened, fresh ingredients, and excellent beer. We also had pasta, beans, and mussels; we'll definitely be back.

08/03/2026: It's definitely a simple place where families with children can relax while the little ones play and have fun. There's plenty of space for both tables and play areas. The pizza is decent, and the waitresses are very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The restrooms are clean and spacious. The parking lot in front of the restaurant is very large.

05/04/2026: The noodle portions are small and relatively expensive. The restaurant automatically adds a 13% service charge which I did not like.

01/04/2026: Average restaurant. I had spaghetti and a mixed salad and wasn't even close to being full; the cheese came from a bag... mmm... but the price was above average. The wine portion was also very small. Not worth repeating. What a shame. I can make better food at home.

18/05/2026: The owner was very rude and insulted me. The cutlets were raw. I paid anyway, but instead of apologizing, she didn't give me a receipt and attacked me because I didn't want the same cutlet again. A terrible experience, I wouldn't recommend it. The waiters were very kind.

12/05/2026: I wasn't lucky enough to be able to stay at this hotel, since I called to book a single room. The lady told me no problem, "We have availability." She asked me my arrival time, gave me the price for three nights, and provided my information, and everything was confirmed! But alas! After 15 minutes, the Hotel La Fenice called me back, this time a man, saying, "Sorry, we don't have availability for those days." He didn't know I had been confirmed, so he put me back through to the woman, who told me there was no availability without apologizing for the inconvenience. Nothing. Zero professionalism, just as courtesy. Those who love doing their job try to find solutions when they make mistakes. If you're starting a stay like this, Hotel La Fenice is best avoided.

17/01/2026: I can't understand the negative reviews. We've always been satisfied. The rooms are clean; if people are slobs, the hotel staff can't help it (you can see it just by walking past the doors). The pool is clean and quiet. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast might be a bit monotonous, but it's not expensive. The location is good. You can easily get everywhere. There's a shopping center across the street, and the harbor is just around the corner. There's a very nice pizzeria there. At normal water levels, excursion boats depart directly from the harbor in all directions. You can quickly reach any destination by car. We've always been satisfied.

28/03/2026: Unpleasant experience... working in the restaurant business and seeing such less than impeccable management saddens me. After an hour of waiting, the pizzas were even poorly topped or without the requested toppings. Not recommended.

08/06/2026: I've been dining here for almost a month thanks to a special deal with my work. I've always had a great meal. Excellent food, and the pizza is delicious and huge! The daily menu is always varied and varied. The waitresses are very kind, friendly, and fast. Some evenings I couldn't dine there because of the time, and they'd send me everything to take away.
