15/10/2025: I came here a few years ago, recommended by some friends, and I must admit they were good. The pizza is very tasty and easy to digest, and the owners are kind and helpful. If you want to eat good pizza, stop here as soon as you arrive in Lodi; you'll be very happy.

16/09/2025: Discovered almost by chance after a visit to the abandoned village of Consonno, this place was a delightful surprise. Santa Polenta al Bell'Om is a gem where tradition meets authentic flavor. The dishes are simply divine, the atmosphere is rustic and welcoming, and the staff is friendly.

The restaurant is located in Ello, a charming and historic village with a splendid view of the lake. The prices are fair, and the atmosphere is very beautiful and welcoming. The waiters are also kind and helpful, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Alessio is a restaurant owner who is very professional, offering both dishes and wines. The food is fantastic. If you want to try snails, this is the perfect place, as they prepare them wonderfully! The restaurant is located in Ello, a charming and historic village with a beautiful view of the lake. Prices are fair, and the atmosphere is very nice and welcoming. The waiters are friendly and attentive, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable.

12/09/2025: One of my favorite places for breakfast in the area. The place is lovely, the staff is helpful, and the selection is vast. They're very well stocked with croissants and pastries, but not only that: they have a section dedicated to pastries, pizza, and bread, and they also do lunch. Truly excellent.

08/09/2025: Disastrous (or nonexistent?) service. We went to the restaurant and asked if eight of us could sit outside. After our table was set and we sat down, we waited about 40 minutes. No one approached us to bring us a menu or even ask if we'd like to order anything. So much so that at one point we had to get up and go get one ourselves. And still nothing, no one asking us anything, nonexistent service. And all this while the restaurant was empty and the waiters were leaning against the counter inside. We ended up giving up and leaving because it's not worth spending money at a place where you have to wait 40 minutes for the chance to order an Aperol Spritz. Waste of time, I don't think there's anything else to add.

02/10/2025: This is my friend Curzio's sister's pizzeria. We'd been meaning to go there for a while; then it happened, and it was worth it. It's not a big place, but it's a GREAT place, in the sense that you get EXCELLENT pizza, with a wide selection, and made with EXCELLENT quality ingredients. Furthermore, both the owner, very friendly and cheerful (she's also a great joke teller), and the waitress are skilled and efficient. I know they also operate a restaurant, I think mostly serving Lombard specialties. The place is clean, right in the center of Cassano d'Adda (I found parking right away), and tidy. I'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend it.

25/09/2025: We visited this pizzeria last week, and unfortunately, the experience was very negative. There's probably been a change in management, because it's no longer the place we knew. As soon as we entered, we were greeted unprofessionally: no greeting, just a curt, unkind "Have you booked?" The service was terrible throughout the evening, and the pizza was mediocre, nothing like the ones we used to have. We were regulars, but after this experience, we've decided not to return. Unfortunately, everything has changed, and for the worse. Highly not recommended: better to choose another pizzeria in the area.

07/09/2025: I've known this pizzeria all my life, and it's undoubtedly one of the best pizzas by the slice around. The biggest problem is the organization. I find it inconceivable to sit at a table at 7 PM and have our pizzas delivered at 8:15 PM! I understand Saturday nights, I understand everything, but no, obviously we weren't the only table complaining, but we were all in the same situation. Either you prefer takeout or you prefer customers sitting at tables, who in addition to the pizza also pay for drinks and a cover charge for such service. The icing on the cake was the waitress asking us if we wanted dessert before we even saw our pizzas—not her fault, of course, but that shows how long we'd been sitting at the table. Never again on a Saturday night! It's a shame because the place is really cute and the pizza is delicious!

08/09/2025: I went to this restaurant for lunch today. I had the crispy octopus, the veal with tuna sauce from the menu of the day, and a half bottle of Ventum Sforzato from Convento San Lorenzo. It was a fantastic lunch, with excellent food and wine.
