02/11/2025: We ordered two pizzas for delivery. They promised 15 minutes, but they arrived over an hour later and delivered completely different pizzas than what we ordered! Avoid!

24/09/2025: I ordered 2 non-spicy pizzas, and I received 2 very spicy ones that we couldn't eat. For me, that's a noooo. If you don't understand Italian, put someone in charge who does. I threw €20 in the trash.

26/04/2025: They accepted a reservation but when we showed up at the appointed time it was closed.

21/04/2025: PLACE CLOSED!!! Booked for Easter Sunday with a nasty surprise... As soon as we arrived at the gate, we found a sign saying "closed for renovations." No one notified us... no texts, not even a phone call. What kind of manners are these? Five people had to run around trying to find an available place without a reservation. Truly speechless!!!!!! 1⭐ because I was forced to, otherwise the review wouldn't have been published. For me, even less than zero...

21/07/2025: De vacaciones en Lago di Varese, pedimosn3 pizzas take away, riquisimas! excelente masa y productos frescos. . No nos quedamos a comer ahi pero el instante que esperamos las pizzas , observamos que el ambiente era muy agradable , atendido por sus dueños y familia, el sitio estaba lleno, señal de que se come muy bien!! volveremos en otra oportunidad

03/07/2025: Un giorno doveva accadere ed è successo oggi: la mia prima recensione con voto 1. Lavorando anch’io al pubblico, mostro sempre comprensione di fronte a disservizi o inconvenienti che possono capitare perché comprendo che il lavoro del ristoratore e del cameriere sia difficile. Ma quando si è serviti con sufficienza,senza senso di accoglienza e si deve pure assistere a battibecchi fra colleghi, sinceramente certe cose da parte mia non sono accettabili perché viene a mancare il rispetto nei confronti del cliente.

23/11/2025: I stayed in room 106 for two nights. The hotel was excellent and clean, the room was clean, and the staff, Mahmoud (Egyptian) and Suzi (Tunisian), were friendly, courteous, and hospitable. The breakfast was wonderful. It's conveniently located near the city center, overlooks the lake, and is next to the metro and bus stations, and opposite a Carrefour supermarket.

09/11/2025: It is hard to believe that a gorgonzola hotel exist in Italy and this one is vecchio borgo. I stayed in 102 room and the smell of mold was terrible. I slept with the window open widly, even outside were 10 degree. Terrible hotel, should be closed because is insanely dangerous to health. Never again there.

15/02/2026: Slow and expensive. 24 euros for two negronis, fries, and four small pieces of pizza, and a 20+ minute wait. There are many better places.

08/11/2025: Upon entering, a very strong and terrible smell, terrible staff, we didn't even have time to put the coffees on the table and they didn't ask us to pay very politely, I will never go back there again

01/03/2026: Sly restaurateurs trying to raise the bill. When they asked for a list of their orders, an interminable and almost absurd discussion ensued. Strangely, the ATM stopped working after they raised the issue.

01/03/2026: The price, in my opinion, is untrue and much higher, which you can't verify without complaining because the receipt says 'pizzeria', nothing more. We were prevented from paying by POS because "it's past midnight and I can't anymore." If you want to avoid a hassle, go elsewhere.

15/11/2025: Cold pizzas, with raw vegetables. Bufalina cheese more like bread and tomato. Poor-quality salami. Poor.

19/10/2025: Contrary to what was indicated, the restaurant is closed on Sunday for lunch.

01/02/2026: Pizza is so-so, staff are not very welcoming.

16/10/2025: Low-quality pizza, very poor quality, poor leavening, high prices that don't match those listed on the flyer. Never again! I'm giving it one star because it's the best I can give.

12/01/2026: Unfortunately, they've always been rude, even getting angry one day when I asked for toilet paper in the bathroom. They said customers were stealing it and I had to give it back later... but then they got even angrier when I tried to give it back. Huh? I've tried to get kebab there many times, but once for lunch they told me they only did it after 6 PM. But another time I came back at 7 PM and they told me it was only for lunch! It sounds like a joke 😭😭 I don't mean to be mean, but even the decaf coffee was watered down and undrinkable...

20/04/2025: I'd been to this place under the previous management, and it wasn't bad. I decided to try the new management for Easter lunch, and the experience was terrible. Everything was seriously lacking, from the terrible service (interminable waits, except for one table that apparently had inexplicably preferential service) to the shameful food quality. It was as if the new management had just moved into the kitchen the day before yesterday. The place is still old and poorly maintained. Absolutely avoid.

09/09/2025: Very good pizza, excellent tomato and mozzarella, and the dough pairs well with the ingredients. Very kind people.

12/08/2025: Worst pizza I've eaten in years.

28/12/2025: At 9:15 PM, they kick you out of the place and start closing, even though the hours are until 10 PM on holidays. Unacceptable and rude.

08/09/2025: Service is cold, harsh, and rude. I was sitting right next to her and she made me walk all the way to the cash register to get my coffee.

01/03/2026: Embarrassing lunch...mushroom risotto returned to sender in no time...unacceptable...I paid for everything but there won't be any other occasions...not recommended

25/02/2026: A typical tourist trap, avoid it at all costs. We ordered two Spritzes, listed at €14. We were served two large glasses, and we thought that for €14 it was reasonable… But when we got to the till: €44 for two Spritzes! No clear explanation, the staff tried to make excuses rather than take responsibility. We had to pay anyway. Then, €15 for frozen "calenoni" (only 3 pieces in it…). The menu advertised pizza, but what arrived at the table looked more like a basic little pinsa than a real pizza. The olive oil left on the table had a really unpleasant taste. The service was terrible and particularly slow. The wait was excessive from beginning to end. The waiter came to clear our plates even though we hadn't finished. Prices are far too high for the quality offered. Clearly overpriced considering what is served. In short, mediocre quality, exorbitant prices, and questionable practices. The worst tourist trap we've ever experienced. I strongly advise against it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
