03/09/2025: Rude staff and shoddy product! My son and I head to the restaurant, which immediately appears old and full of flies. Despite some hesitation, we politely ask for two kebabs. The owner is friendly and jokes slyly with my son about his football affiliation. We pay the bill (a whopping €22!!). We're presented with two poorly made pizzas. At that point, just as politely, we point out that we'd asked for two kebabs. The owner suddenly changes his attitude and, annoyed, blames us for the mistake (as in: the customer is always right!!!!), refusing to replace the pizzas with the kebabs we'd requested and already paid for. After much insistence, the owner shows up with just one kebab, boasting of his immeasurable generosity, perhaps demanding a "thank you" and, who knows, additional payment. When I pointed out that there were two kebabs and not one, he told us he didn't have time and that this was the best he could do. I could have eaten the pizza, which, although unsolicited and poorly made, had since gone cold. After my complaints, the owner and his coworker (I believe a family member) rudely addressed us and kicked us out. We left with two cold, "inedible" pizzas. I will never go there again, and I strongly advise everyone against going there.

17/01/2026: We visited this pastry shop on Sunday morning before going to the National Theater, and it was a terrible experience. The place was dirty and poorly managed: no one paid any attention to us, even though we were waiting. We had to ask to order and were seated at a table that was only slightly less dirty than the others, which was already unacceptable. After repeatedly asking for our order, they even forgot our barley cappuccino. Poor service, total disorganization, and no customer service. We definitely won't be returning, nor would we recommend it.

07/01/2026: I went to the Buonarroti Cremeria this afternoon for tea. The dining room is extremely shabby...it looks like a junk dealer's warehouse. The tablecloth on my table was stained, and the waiter didn't offer to change it... Overall, I noticed a noticeable lack of attention, inconsistent with the prices.

30/12/2025: It's not the first time I've ordered, but it always makes the same mistakes. I called to report the mistake, and the answer is, "I can't do anything about it next time." There's no next time. If I tell you there's a problem, apologize and offer. The customer doesn't ask you to remake the pizza or send it back, but you make a good impression. I'll start by saying I asked for a kebab pizza without spicy ingredients; they put everything on onion and yogurt sauce. I asked for ketchup and mayo for the menus, and neither arrived. I asked for two peach teas, and they arrived with lemon. When I asked if they could call to see if they were okay, the answer was half in Italian and half in Egyptian, perhaps telling me to go to hell. This is the last time I'm ordering from here. What makes me angry is that it's also good. P.S., change your ways or you'll be among those who sink like so many others. This isn't a criticism, but a suggestion. I've read similar reviews, so the problem isn't me, but you who aren't paying attention. Oh, thanks, my son won't be able to eat anything.

11/08/2025: Friendly, helpful, great food and wonderful atmosphere. Not on the beaten track and worth seeking out. It is card only, and brilliantly, the owner took me on his bike, so I had cash😄

03/01/2026: The staff were rude, especially at the cash register, and the pastries were lacking. It's a real shame, because I'd been there as a child with my grandfather (I lived in Pavia at the time), and it was a whole different story. I still remember the waitress's kindness and the cream canoncino I ate!

14/12/2025: December 8th. We decide to stop for an aperitivo at what's described as one of the most renowned and elegant venues in the city. The place is packed, but despite not having booked, we're kindly shown to the upstairs dining room, which is currently empty. A great start. Too bad that from there begins a sort of sociological experiment on how long a customer can be ignored. We sit for at least twenty minutes without anyone noticing us, while other customers arrive. At a certain point, the waiter in charge of the dining room appears and distributes menus... to all the tables except ours, leaving without even looking at us. Apparently, being the first to arrive didn't even warrant a greeting. After a few more minutes and the intervention of a second waiter, we finally manage to intercept the first and politely ask for the menus. We're asked if we want the herbal tea or cocktail menu. I reply "both," since I want a herbal tea and my partner a cocktail. All hell breaks loose. The waiter snorts dramatically, flares his nostrils, purses his lips, and sighs in annoyance, as if I'd insulted him or as if he were facing someone incapable of understanding, repeating the same question in a rude tone. I calmly repeat that we want both menus. He disappears. He returns after several minutes and, with the grace of an Olympic thrower, tosses us a menu of herbal teas and a dessert menu, before disappearing again. At that point, we both order a cocktail and also ask for two chips, enunciating carefully; perhaps a refresher course was needed. Chaos ensues. Tables receive random appetizers, incomplete orders, customers wait. We see our chips and olives arrive at another table, where a woman, appropriately surprised, asks for an explanation. She's told that "they're included in the aperitif." Too bad nothing else arrives for half an hour, with an increasingly nervous child. The ensuing discussion culminates in a very elegant "go fuck yourself..." from a waiter who evidently thought no one was looking. Pure class. Our cocktails arrive without appetizers, which arrive only halfway through after repeated reminders. Excellent chips and olives, it must be said: probably the only thing that worked. At the cashier, we're asked if everything went well. I try to explain my disagreement, but he arrives: the waiter in question (brown hair shaved at the sides with an upward fade, a perpetually sullen and annoyed expression). He interrupts, draws attention to himself, and effectively ends the conversation. The end. Such behavior is unacceptable in a venue open to the public, regardless of the quality of the food or the location. The disrespect, arrogance, and nervousness of just one person caused inconvenience to customers and colleagues all evening. We have no reason to advise against it. We'll probably return, hoping that the owners will pay more attention to staff training and, perhaps, take responsibility for what happened. Apologies, every now and then, are still in fashion.

30/01/2026: Horrible, dirty, never again in my life. I ate there yesterday, when we entered I wanted to leave but I wasn't alone and we sat down, I had a pizza and in the late afternoon I started to feel sick, I had food poisoning. Even the people I was with didn't feel well but I had the worst of it! They should close!

04/11/2025: Terrible place. At 10 PM on a Saturday night, we were the only customers. We understood why when the terrible pizza arrived and when, going to the bathroom, we noticed the terrible hygiene and cleanliness. Absolutely not recommended; they don't even have a debit card!

08/07/2025: Non è un posto cattivo, ma neppure un posto in cui tornerei di corsa. Il locale si presenta un po' vecchio negli arredi e nelle stoviglie. Il servizio è, seppur simpatico, un po' lento ed impreciso. La qualità delle pizze è assolutamente nella norma (io ho preso una salsiccia e friarielli), nulla di più, non ci sono proposte particolarmente interessanti.

17/06/2025: Riscrivo, delusione per l'ennesima volta, ordiniamo antipasto napoletano da 12€ e arrivano i stuzzichini surgelati da2€,presi di fronte a Aldi, stavolta mai più ...

01/02/2026: Wonderful osteria in a peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere. We had agnoli in brodo, a wood-fired pizza, and a side of asparagus. We'll be back!

08/09/2025: When it was time to pay, the lady at the cash register started adding up the amount on the calculator. When I asked for a receipt, the embarrassed lady changed the amount, saying the calculator had made a mistake. A terrible impression!

12/06/2025: It's been my trusted bakery for decades. I used to get my afternoon snack here and now I've passed on the passion to my children. Great variety, excellent quality, friendly staff.

23/11/2025: I stayed in room 106 for two nights. The hotel was excellent and clean, the room was clean, and the staff, Mahmoud (Egyptian) and Suzi (Tunisian), were friendly, courteous, and hospitable. The breakfast was wonderful. It's conveniently located near the city center, overlooks the lake, and is next to the metro and bus stations, and opposite a Carrefour supermarket.

09/11/2025: It is hard to believe that a gorgonzola hotel exist in Italy and this one is vecchio borgo. I stayed in 102 room and the smell of mold was terrible. I slept with the window open widly, even outside were 10 degree. Terrible hotel, should be closed because is insanely dangerous to health. Never again there.

26/04/2025: They accepted a reservation but when we showed up at the appointed time it was closed.

21/04/2025: PLACE CLOSED!!! Booked for Easter Sunday with a nasty surprise... As soon as we arrived at the gate, we found a sign saying "closed for renovations." No one notified us... no texts, not even a phone call. What kind of manners are these? Five people had to run around trying to find an available place without a reservation. Truly speechless!!!!!! 1⭐ because I was forced to, otherwise the review wouldn't have been published. For me, even less than zero...

01/01/2026: Raw pizza in the center, raw sausage, waiters not at all kind, there were 32 of us and they didn't treat us well, I recommend looking at the bill before paying more.

28/12/2025: I gave one star because it couldn't be any less! There were 4 of us for lunch. The three pizzas we chose were rubbery, the one with thickly sliced ​​mortadella and pistachio discs with an obscene sweet and sour sauce, the other with sausage and nduja, the sausage was fake, the last one was the fried pizza, the ricotta was acceptable but nothing else. 3 miserable half slices of sweet salami, who knows! Spaghetti with tomato sauce was not al dente but almost raw and the tomato was absolutely not there. Exorbitant price for such poor quality products and without considering the €3 cover charge. Not to mention the really dirty and smelly restroom. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
